Please help me stop the acrobat standard billing.

Hi, for the past few days I've been having a very annoying problem with the image.canon service connecting to the Lightroom cloud service to send photos from image.canon directly to Lightroom... Now it's impossible to connect to the Adobe server... What on earth is going on?I've attached a screenshot of the problem... I understand it's more of an Adobe issue than a Canon one... Please help.

My company had 12 subscriptions, we got billed for 17 on two separate days, two separate transactions. When I finally got someone in Customer service, our account was billed $3,903.01, they Deleted our organization page and refunded $0.01. We now have no plan, they cancelled access to our account, and refuse to refund the remaining, $3,903.00. Anyone have any suggestions? No one responded from Customer Service, and the bank said Adobe refused.

Realizei o pagamento da minha conta e ela foi encerrada, não consigo mais utilizar e nem entrar em contato com nenhum suporte

I have a user who’s consistently producing documents that include character encoding failures when I or her supervisor run the Accessibility Checker. Yet when she scans the documents using the Accessibility Checker, she sees no error. What could cause her not getting a failure on the accessibility check? We are all using the same version of Acrobat. She and her supervisor are using the “new” user interface, I’m using the legacy UI - so we’re seeing the failures when the check is run in both the new & legacy UI, and failing to see them in a case where the user is running the new UI.

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue with the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription. I only signed up for the 7-day free trial because I needed to convert one file. However, I was unexpectedly charged £4.98 for the subscription after the trial ended. I have not used the AI Assistant service at all since then. When I tried to cancel the subscription, Adobe informed me that I would also need to pay an early cancellation fee of approximately £29. I did not realise that the free trial would automatically convert into a longer-term subscription with an early termination charge. I would like to cancel the subscription immediately and request that the early cancellation fee be waived. I would also appreciate a refund of the £4.98 charge, as I have not used the service during the paid subscription period. I have tried to contact Adobe support, but I cannot find any way to speak to a live agent, which is why I am posting here. Could an Adobe representative please help me cancel the subscrip

Hi, I registered for a 7-day free trial, which has now ended. Adobe is trying to charge me, but I don't have enough funds to pay. I want to cancel the subscription, but the system won't allow me to do so. Could you please help me cancel this plan and waive any pending charges? Thank you

I would like the print on both sides checkbox that appears when you try to print through adobe acrobat to change whether or not the file prints one sided or two sided, but currently the button does nothing whether it is checked or not, adobe instead uses the option that the printer has selected in its properties. The printer in question is an hp laserjet 404dw. Originally I was using the HP smart universal printer driver for said printer, but decided to change the driver to be the specific driver for my model located off HPs website to see if that would fix the issue and it did not. This is only an issue in adobe acrobat, as printing from edge, excel, word, or notepad all print based off of the setting selected when printed, not the default setting in the properties.incase it is important, I am running windows 11

I have been repeatedly emailed with requests to consolidate one of our employee’s personal account with our team’s account via our ‘Account Manager’, and despite replying multiple times at this point that we are not interested, without any acknowledgement of that refusal. I’ve just received another one, and at this point am borderline thinking of eating the rest of our subscription term and cancelling. How do I get Adobe reps to quit annoying me with this?

I would like to be able to calculate row- and column totals automatically within InDesign if this is possible. One one page of a large/complex document I have one table formatted exactly the way I want it to look, with numerical values that update regularly. There are column headers along the top, row headers on the left, column totals on the bottom, row totals on the right, and the grand totals in the bottom-right cell. All the cells inside the table contain only numbers or no data. The row totals on the right also require footnote references (*1, etc) that are detailed in text below the table. For the last 25 years I’ve just been updating the numbers manually and using a calculator, but I have made mistakes on occasion. I’d rather not mess with Excel and importing/linking/etc; just a very simply way to add top-to bottom and left-to-right. Is it possible to do this? Please and thanks. Here is the table.

Is there a way to repair this? Because every time I try to preview my footage the video shown is completely black. Is there an option to tick or something? This problem started after doing some 3D edits.

Hi all,Hope anyone could help me to resolve my Acrobat request e-sign Authentication failed issue.  I do have the Enterprise licenses for Acrobat Pro with other service included Acrobat Sign.  After I selected the document, request e-sign, enter the email address and click on button "Specify where to sign" it shows Authentication failed.   Already tried below from Adobe admin account- Unassign and assign back the Acrobat Pro license to user account- Delete user account from admin and recreate the account I also checked Acrobat software is running the latest version and ran repair but it still doen't help...Would anyone can help?  Thanks.

I keep getting these fails and when I checked, it is a bunch of tabs. Is there a way to solve this issue? I have percentages next to a graph and then one tab to align the words. Is there a way to solve this?

Issue summary: A smart object produces unexpected behaviour when dragging a smart object with polar coordinates applied to a new document depending on where you drop it off on the canvas. Product and version: 27.8.0 Operating system: Windows 11 Steps to reproduce:  1. Create a square document 2. create a gradient (or any other content) and turn it into a smart object 3. Apply the polar coordinates filter 4. drag and drop the smart object to a new document 5. depending on where you let go with your mouse on the canvas, the filter outputs different results Expected result: same output as the document the object was copied from Actual result: result depends on placement on canvas, which can’t be changed by repositioning the smart object. double-clicking the smart object also does not help. it seems like the polar coordinates filter is stuck to the coordinates where you let the mouse go. When I click on the E-sign feature with a document open, I get the message --> "Create a copy to modify. Shared files can't be modified. Create a copy and make changes to your copy." The original document was created in Google Docs and is stored in Google Shared Drive. The document was downloaded to Adobe Acrobat. This document can be signed and submitted from our website, but it can’t be downloaded and/or printed from our website. Also, when this document is emailed, this message come up to the sender when they try to fill out the fillable form areas, "Create a copy to modify. Shared files can't be modified. Create a copy and make changes to your copy." How do I fix these issues? I have had a challenging time getting the support I need from an advisor, and AI assist.

After adding new pages to my Portfolio site I found that dates had started to show under the page title when hovering over the page image to enter. Date is toggled off under header. I wonder if anyone can help me get rid of it? I could not find any appropriate suggestions on the question section.

i am trying to upload my eps files as usual but today i got message says filename.eps couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.
