Solved

Hi everyone,I've been working on larger Photoshop projects recently, and I've noticed that once a file grows to dozens, or even hundreds, of layers, keeping everything organized becomes almost as challenging as the editing itself.Everyone seems to have a different workflow, so I'm curious how experienced Photoshop users handle it.Do you rely on:Layer groups and color labels? Smart Objects? Naming every layer? Layer Comps? Libraries? Keyboard shortcuts for navigation?Or is there another habit that's made a noticeable difference in your workflow?I'm interested in approaches that make projects easier to revisit weeks or even months later, especially when collaborating with others or making revisions.I'd love to hear what works best for you and whether there's a tip you wish you'd adopted much earlier. Thanks in advance!

When exporting a multitrack mix down of the entire session, I go into the format settings and change the bitrate of the MP3 settings from 192 Kbps to 64 Kbps. The export works fine. However, the next time I use multitrack mixdown during the same session the bitrate has been reset to 192Kbps.Is this by design or a bug? I really can’t see a reason for it being by design and it always ends up a file that is WAY too big for my use and I have to go through the process again resetting the bitrate to my desired rate.

I just updated to the current version of illustrator. I am realizing some things are not working as they were in 30.2.1 until i get it figured out i wanted to install 30.2.1 alongside the newest version. When trying to reinstall 30.2.1 creative cloud only gives me the option to remove the current version and then go back to 30.2.1 which I ended up doing. how can i install two versions on the same computer at once?

I have 2 users who have created fillable forms in Acrobat, and they are trying to set up eSignature and initials fields.  However, when trying to designate fillable fields for initials or signatures, Acrobat crashes without producing an error message.  I’ve seen other posts about this issue, but has it ever been definitively fixed? Troubleshooting:• Uninstalled, ran the Adobe cleanup tool, reinstalled• Disabled the Generative AI• Disabled Protected Mode• Deleted the signature files in C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security• Signed out of Adobe account and signed back in System info:Win11 Enterprise 23H2Acrobat DC 26.001.21529Creative Cloud 6.9.1.1Adobe Genuine Service 9.1.0.52Adobe Refresh Manager 1.8.0

Hello,my interface menu (font size) are so small that I cannot read the menus. How can I change this?  I am on a MS surface PC.

Good day. I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,624.00 as the 1 year subscription of the app.  I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends. Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the 1 year subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. Google Play won't allow me to refund that's why I am humbly asking ffor your consideration. Attached below are proofs of payment and purc

This has just started happening !  LRc version 15.4.1  PS Version 27.8.0When I select A RAW file (Sony ARW), and edit in Photoshop the resulting PSD file has the creation date aet to the date/time of editing and appears out of sync in the Lightroom develop module as a result. This is very annoying since it results in the original file and the edit PSD not appearing next to each other when the images are sorted by creation date. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING and has only just started to happen - it didn’t used to be like this - the creation date of the image in the ARW and PSD files used to be the same with the PSD adopting the the creation date of the RAW file. The image below shows what I mean - the image shot on 24/07/2026 - the psd fille has a creation date of 25/07/2026 - which is when the image was edited, not when it was created. If I look a at some images from just a month or so ago this did not happen the image below shows an image taken on 01/05/2026 and edited a few days later - the o

Hello! I made a logo on Illustrator and it’s perfectly centered in the actual software. However, when I go to export it as a PNG file,  the logo goes to the right corner so when it exports and i open the png file, the logo is in the top right hand corner. Does anyone know how to fix it so it’s centered when I export it? Thank you!

When applying a freeform gradient i can edit the color points but the fill turns invisible.I can choose from preset gradients, and can edit the linear and gradient ones, but as soon as i select freeform (points or lines doesn’t make a difference) the fill turns transparent. Illustrator 30.3 Windows

I use Adobe Stock for a website that covers steampunk news. I also run profiles of steampunk artists. Many artists in the steampunk world are up in arms about generative AI. Some have day jobs as designers and illustrators and see this as an existential threat to their livelihoods. That's not hyperbole. I know a mid-career designer/illustrator who has been asking friends for advice about making a career change. Then, of course, are all the issues surrounding how the AI models were trained (using copyrighted images on the web). As a result, I have publicly stated that I will NOT use AI-generated content on my site unless its for articles ABOUT generative AI.Here are the problems as this relates to Adobe Stock: First, the Adobe Stock interface offers no way to filter out AI-generated images, which means I'm wasting a lot of time looking at images I won't use due to my policy. Second, not all AI-generated images are clearly labeled as such. Some have tags that say "AI," but otherwise there

I have Acrobat Pro as part of my corporate Creative Cloud plan. When I try to save a fillable PDF as PDF/A, Acrobat prompts me to install additional components. I was under the impression that Preflight is included with Acrobat Pro. Is this expected behavior, and why would Acrobat require additional component installation for PDF/A conversion?

I’ve created a script that will create a layer group from a selected layer and the group will take on the name of the selected layer. Sharing here for anyone that can use it. It’s very handy.var d = new ActionDescriptor();var r = new ActionReference();r.putClass(stringIDToTypeID("layerSection"));d.putReference(stringIDToTypeID("null"), r);var r1 = new ActionReference();r1.putEnumerated(stringIDToTypeID("layer"), stringIDToTypeID("ordinal"), stringIDToTypeID("targetEnum"));d.putReference(stringIDToTypeID("from"), r1);var d1 = new ActionDescriptor();d1.putString(stringIDToTypeID("name"), app.activeDocument.activeLayer.name);d.putObject(stringIDToTypeID("using"), stringIDToTypeID("layerSection"), d1);executeAction(stringIDToTypeID("make"), d, DialogModes.NO); Note: For anyone who hasn’t used scripts in Photoshop you need to past the above text into a simple text file (e.g. using an app like Notepad, Notepad ++, etc.) and change the file extension tag to .jsx - load this file as a script i

I have been a long time user of AA Pro since version 5. Although some versions took a step back on some of the features, was still a rock solid app. A major impediment was the overwhelming majority of the users were clueless on using several features built into the app. They would have been most comfortable using AA Reader. I was using Pro daily up until retirement. Now I only occasionally being retired.I think Acrobat may be getting a bad rep which I do not believe can be blamed on Adobe. I think this may be due to some aftermarket apps which can generate a PDF. When most users see the Adobe PDF logo on the file an assumption is made the file was created using Adobe AA Pro. May someone can shed light on how these companies are generating these files. The other day I downloaded a PDF from a government website. I have a myriad of issues with this file. Was totally unlike the AA files I could navigate, and make enhancements to. I could not even recognize the GUI. In the past I with

Hi There,My logo was rejected for being "too similar" to existing Adobe Stock content. However, I searched using multiple keywords before submitting and couldn't find any logo that closely matches this design. This logo was created entirely from scratch and is not copied or traced from any existing artwork. It has also been accepted on Shutterstock & others which made me even more curious about what Adobe considers too similar.Could anyone point me to the similar logo if you've seen one? I'd really appreciate any feedback on what makes this design appear too similar and how I can improve it for resubmission. Best Regards

Hey guys,I've received a signed contract document from the client as the pdf. It's signed with a digital certificate on Adobe Pro. I also have the Adobe Pro, but I'm not able to sign from my end - also using digital sign / certificate option with Adobe Pro - the option is simply disable, I don't know what to do.

I've been using Adobe for over 20 years, and I've encountered more issues in the past year than I did in the previous decade combined. I can’t be the only one feeling this.

All I want is to increase the font size of items in the menu bar.   NOT ALL TEXT. JUST THE MENU BAR. The one at the top of the page. They are things like FILE, EDIT, HELP, etc. I do NOT need to know how to enlarge type on the screen. I can do that. I simply cannot see the menu bar well even with glasses. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

Who to contact for a refund??

Please give me advice to fix this rejection. so i can fix and resubmit it again. i think my vector file doesn’t contains raster/bitmap image. This is the rejection reason: QUALITY ISSUESYour file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements. Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file. Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels) You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file Thank you

Lens Blur option if Camera Raw filter is not working,  showing an error "Something is wrong.....etc" without any error code.

The blend tool has done a pretty good job of blending my ombre shape, but it colored outside the shape lines in a triangular pizza-like shape. How do I erase the pizza-like shape?

I have been using Premiere for the last 10 years.I shoot and edit my video projects for non-profits. I have an issue with Premiere 2025.  A few weeks ago  I started a new project I noticed the audio levels when I placed them on a sequence were hot, I had to bring the audio level down to -10 or more. This was a live talk in a noisy public space so, I wasn't happy with the audio but it was acceptable and the clips seemed to be OK when levels set at -10 which I had never done before. Today I started a new project for a client we work for every year. We filmed an interview with a better environment, I imported the interview footage into 2025 and again the audio levels were hot and I had to bring the interview down about -9. I shoot with the Canon C300ll and have been using the same microphone combinations for years. I always watch my levels on the C300 and when I import the footage into Premiere, I usually have to bring them up to +3- +4 to get good levels. I have been using Premiere 2022

Hi everyone,I am running a system with an NVIDIA Quadro K4200 (Kepler architecture, Compute Capability 3.0). As many of you know, Adobe deprecated CUDA acceleration and hardware decoding support for Kepler-based GPUs in recent releases. When trying to edit in Premiere Pro 2026 (v26.0), I constantly encounter the following issues: "Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file..." error popups during playback. Frequent black screen issues on the Program Monitor where only audio continues to play. Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is completely grayed out, locking the project into Software Only mode and straining the CPU. Due to Creative Cloud's current N-1 policy, older versions like v14.9 (2020)—which was the last stable release fully supporting CUDA acceleration on Kepler cards—are no longer accessible or listed in the CC Desktop App.My Questions / Request: Does anyone have a working official Adobe direct download link or offline instal
