Hello everyone,I would like to ask if anyone has experienced this issue and knows how to fix it.For more than two months, I have been unable to use the Noise Reduction (Denoise) feature in both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic. When I select the option, the program starts processing the image, but when it reaches around 20% progress, it stops and never completes. There is no error message; it simply gets stuck and does nothing.I am using RAW files, as I always have when this feature was working correctly.I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom, but the issue remains. I also tried removing and reinstalling the Adobe Camera Raw plugin version 14.5, but the Noise Reduction feature is still not working.I know I am not running the latest version of Lightroom, but my system only supports up to Lightroom version 8.5.1, which is the version I currently have installed. The strange thing is that this feature used to work perfectly on the same computer and without any issues.

Hi, We use Windows OS and Adobe Reader as our main PDF reader at our company. Since there are various attack vectors and vulnerabilities in Reader, Adobe provides a reference guide with most of the options that can be enabled or disable to mitigate this.[0] The ADMX template[1], that can be installed int the component store has not been updated since 2015!!! There is no easy way to add or update the ADMX template, because the Preference Reference list[0] is ONLY a vieweable HTML page. Why Adobe does not provide an updated ADMX template with all of the lastest updates or changes ? And even the preference reference list does not contain, for example, registry key on how to DISABLE or ENABLE so called "Generative AI". [2] The registry key "bEnableGentech" is not even mentioned in the [0] preference list. I am aware that there are 3rd party solutions, such as, NIST template[3] or Powershell ADMX generator[4] but this does not solve the main issue. Adobe, please, ta

Hi. im trying to bake normal maps from my work and got some error log.In the project the mesh has 3 texture set lists. 2 of them use only one tile. but the other one has UDIM with 2 tiles.Mesh maps of all of them have been done sucessfully, i also checked Log '[StacksExporter] Map export ended' text to make sure. And during work, i didn't meet any problem. But when i tried to export final normal maps today, two mesh texture sets with no UDIM got it success, but the mesh texture with UDIM keeps failed and in the log i can only see two lines that is[MapExporter] Nothing could have been exported on the Cup stack:[MapExporter] The channel Normal is not available in the Cup stack.(Cup is a name of the texture set.) i did some tests. With the same mesh texture set,  i tried changing output directory and file type and nothing worked. And did exporting other maps like rough or diffuse, or height with exr format and they all ok with exporting. of course the border of UV tiles has

Need some help with installing an older version of after effects on my MacBook Pro. My Mac is a 2017 MacBook Pro running macOS Ventura 13.7.8. Creative Cloud only shows After Effects v26.3 as “System incompatible” and v25.6.6 giving the options of free trial or buy. Clicking “Free trial” on v25.6.6 doesn’t download anything—it just says “You already own After Effects.” There is no “Other versions” option anywhere in my Creative Cloud interface. I’ve looked at the tutorials for downloading older versions but my layout looks different and the three dots that is supposed to offer you older versions only says plug ins?? Can anyone please help me install a compatible version?

I'm looking for a Photoshop script (JavaScript/ExtendScript or UXP) to automate my card deck mockup workflow. My workflowI create Tarot and Oracle card mockups. Each PSD contains multiple Smart Objects representing cards arranged in a specific composition. Each Smart Object already contains a card image from a folder. For example: Deck A/1.png2.png3.png...56.pngThe PSD already uses these images in different positions. For example: Card 1 → 14.pngCard 2 → 3.pngCard 3 → 27.pngCard 4 → 8.pngNotice that the Smart Object names are not related to the image filenames. The composition has already been carefully designed. What I wantI have another folder: Deck B/1.png2.png3.png...56.pngThe filenames are identical. The images are different.I want to select the new folder and have the script automatically replace every Smart Object with the image that has the same filename currently used inside that Smart Object.Example:Current PSD Card 1 → 14.pngCard 2 → 3.pngCard 3 → 27.pngAfter running the script: Car

Hi everyone,I'm trying to automate part of my workflow in Photoshop and I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve this, either with an Action, a JSX/UXP script, or a plugin.I have a PSD containing multiple Artboards. Each Artboard contains several layers (text, shapes, images, etc.).For each Artboard, I'd like to:Select all layers inside that Artboard only (excluding hidden and locked layers). Convert those layers into a single Smart Object. Rename the Smart Object using the Artboard's name. Center the Smart Object horizontally and vertically within the Artboard. Repeat this process automatically for every Artboard in the document. The final result would look like this:Before: Card 01 (Artboard) Background Title DescriptionAfter: Card 01 (Artboard) Card 01 (Smart Object)I'm using Photoshop 2025 on macOS.I initially thought this could be done with an Action, but I couldn't find a way to select only the layers inside the current Artboard or loop through every Artboard automat

I updated Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro today, but now I’m getting a “Invalid type conversion” error in the Events Window every time I load the program. This happens before I ever import any footage or create a sequence. It’s there waiting for me every time the program opens. What’s causing this?

Hello,I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts. My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.Could someone please explain:Why are my payouts constantly being declined? How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection? Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.Thank you!

I'm posting here in the hope that someone from Adobe can finally provide a clear answer. My case has now been ongoing for over two months. During that time, Adobe has repeatedly confirmed in writing that refunds totalling €1,025.05 had been approved, initiated and would be processed. To date, I have received only €35.75. Over multiple support cases I have been given several different explanations:The refunds had been processed. The refunds were delayed because of a card issue. The refunds were rejected because my old card had expired. The refunds would instead be processed to my new payment method ending ****, which I provided through Adobe's secure payment link. Today I contacted my bank. The bank informed me that their systems cannot investigate refund attempts that never reach them highlighting these are EXPIRED cards, meaning they cannot verify Adobe's claim that my bank rejected the refund. This leaves me with a simple question:If Adobe says my bank rejected the refund, what evidence

Hi everyone,I already subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro, but when I try to access or renew it, the system shows this message: "This purchase is not compatible. You already have Creative Cloud Pro," and it blocks me from proceeding. The problem is that even though this message says I already have an active plan, I'm not able to use it normally / the system doesn't seem to recognize my subscription in the account I'm logged into.I've already tried:- Logging out and back in- Clearing browser cache / using incognito mode- Checking that I'm using the correct Adobe IDNone of this has worked, and the virtual assistant hasn't been able to resolve it either.Could someone from Adobe support please check the status of the subscription linked to my account and help me fix this inconsistency? I need to be able to use the plan I already paid for. Thanks in advance!
