Solved

Hi All,I've tried dozens of ways to add new eyes to a male ballet dancer's face with generative fill and no matter what I try a message pops up telling me I am violating the guidelines. I'm at my wits end. I'll list what I've tried below and upload some images.  Does anybody have a 'workaround' or solution I haven't already tried? I'd really appreciate any input! some of these files date back several years.  How do I best manage them and how do I free up disc space?

Dear Adobe Support,I am contacting you regarding recurring charges that have been deducted from my account without my knowledge or clear consent.I only intended to make a one-time purchase. I never knowingly agreed to a recurring monthly subscription or to automatic monthly charges. However, I have been charged 304 MAD every month on the following dates:23 April 2026 – 304 MAD23 May 2026 – 304 MAD23 June 2026 – 304 MAD23 July 2026 – 304 MADI did not realize these charges would continue automatically, and I do not use this service.I kindly request:A refund for these recurring charges.I would appreciate your prompt assistance and a fair resolution to this matter.Thank you,

I upgraded to PS 2026, but my custom actions did not migrate from PS 2025 even though I had selected to migrate presets and actions. The Actions still work in PS 2025, but the corresponding atn files do not show up in the Actions folder in Finder, which is probably why they did not migrate.I recreated one of these Actions manually in PS 2026, saved it, used it, but it also does not show as an atn file in the Actions folder. If I try to Save Action from PS 2025 into PS 2026, the the file shows as greyed out.So it looks as though my custom atn files exist as ghosts ?Can’t see this specific issue addressed in the Help community, but please advise.

I recently updated to PE 2026 and when I save my PSD as a JPG the photo printing site says this type of JPEG is not compatible. I never had this issue in the past.

Hi all,I have quite a few photos rejected for quality issues but I am having a hard time understanding what I can improve on. The main subjects are generally in focus and the image resolutions are reasonable as they are shot on fullframe. Sorry for the screenshot of the thumbnails but haven’t been able to find the ogs yet.

A question for the tech-smart people on the forum: I'm wondering, for the purists out there, if there's software that isn't using AI? Adobe keep promoting their generative functions but what if some of us don't want them, do we have any alternative (other than film and a darkroom again)?

This doesn’t happen every time, but has happened several times over the past few months on my laptop and desktop (both Macs). When opening PS, I get an error that says PS is damaged. I have to install PS again which erases everything I had saved in PS (workspaces, plugin credentials, tools properties, etc). Super frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?

Using Illustrator trial and finding select, ungroup, color/fill not working. I’ve tried everything: top nav, Shift Select, updated Image Trace, right nav. Seems the imported image when “selected” by clicking on it shows a red box - I can’t seem to click on the vectored image (maybe vectoring via Image Trace wasn’t completed??). I’m in a class (with no tec support) so any help would be much appreciated.

I am using the touchpad on a new MacBook Pro. The paint tool and eraser tool stay engaged after I have released the tools, sometimes for several seconds. I am also beginning to have release problems with the modifier keys. How can I fix this?

Since my latest update to PS, my brush looks different. It always had a solid curculare line, now it is a jaggy cirsular edge. My settings have not changed. Anyone have this issue or an answer?

I just need to correct a link that was mistyped so that the hyperlink works correctly when someone clicks it. As far as I can tell, the only way to do this is to completely recreate the entire document. Otherwise the link will remain even if you delete the entire line of text it’s in. I’ve been searching adobe’s useless help pages for an hour trying to fix it. You can’t contact them for ANYTHING! Everything is just, “go back to our “customer service” page and tell us how much more money you want to give us!” I think this company is shit and if you can avoid it you should. Honestly how much more difficult does life need to be? They also constantly log you out of the software because god forbid you look at a PDF without a software license. I hate this company and I hate this software.

I just started the free trial by setting Autopay with free trial, I refreshed the page but now I am not able to find any subscription account even if have logged in with same email, it says to start free trial again but I have already started and the auto pay is also updated now not able to cancel or use the account

Hello,I need to get the source width and height of a selected timeline clip to accurately calculate anchor points. Here is what I have tried: Downcasting: Retrieved the ProjectItem base item from the clip and cast it using ppro.ProjectItem.cast(baseItem) to a ClipProjectItem. Checking child objects: * clipProjectItem.getMedia() only exposes start and duration. clipProjectItem.getFootageInterpretation() exposes frame rate and PAR, but no resolution. Metadata: Parsing ppro.Metadata.getProjectMetadata() streams is failing to capture the properties. What is the officially supported UXP method to extract the asset pixel dimensions of a source item?

Hey, Seedance 2.0 model is still not available in my Adobe Firefly Premium Plan account. Can anyone please assist?

I recently upgraded from PPro 24 to 25 and I’m finding some of the small changes strange and frustrating. This one is very particular but in the past when adding markers, I would hit the “add marker” key, hit it again to open the Marker window, type in my text, and then use the “tab” key to cycle through the marker colors before using “spacebar” to select the color and enter to close the window. I thought it was standard behavior on the mac for the “tab” key to jump through all clickable elements in a window, but in PPro 25 about half of the clickable elements in the Marker window are skipped over. I know you can set a shortcut key to change marker color, but that’s not what I need. This has been my workflow for years, is ingrained in my muscle memory, and in my opinion is more efficient and less fussy. Small things like this do add up when working on lengthy projects. I’m wondering why this functionality changed and if it can be fixed (or if I’m missing something!)? Being forced to re

Hi, I’ve just updated my Mac operating system (MacBook Pro M3 Pro) to macOS Tahoe 26.1, and right after doing so, I noticed that I can’t launch Adobe Illustrator. When I try to open the app, it slows down, freezes, and becomes completely unresponsive (I have to force quit it every time). I’ve read online that this issue might be caused by a conflict with Wacom tablet drivers, so I completely removed them (including all files located in the user library). I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator, but nothing changed and the problem persists. Interestingly, this issue only occurs with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign seem to work correctly. I really need help with this. I have a project deadline and need to get Illustrator running again.

Can someone from billing contact me. I canceled the free trial on 7/23 and it looks like it was just the AI assistant. I just cancelled the adobe pro today (7/24), as I didn’t know there were 2 different adobe to cancel. I don’t want to be charged for a month.

Hi everyone~The 'none' in cell style and object style seems to indicate:noneCellSty = app.documents[0].cellStyles.itemByName('[None]');noneCellSty.duplicate();I tried to copy the None style directly, but it is failed. Perhaps I have to create a new 'trueOne' style based on [None] to control it.another question:how to represent 'basic paragraph style' and 'no paragraph style'?Like this:noneBasePar = app.documents[0].paragraphStyles.itemByName('[None]');And ,How to express the 'basic paragraph'?Thank you.
