I recently signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat, but I’ve been told that Acrobat Reader is free. I want to try it and see if it does what I need it to do so I don’t have to subscribe to the pro version. However, despite downloading and installing Reader, I cannot access it. Everything opens up in just Pro. I searched this and several people suggested logging out of Acrobat Pro. I tried that, but it wants to log me out of all Adobe programs, not just that one. How can I use just the free version of Reader without being logged out of Photoshop?

I recently cancelled my subscription after they just charged me, is there any way to get a refund??

I’ve just installed the latest version today, and the icons for swatch libraries, add/delete swatches/groups are no longer showing at the bottom of the swatches window.  I can get to them via the hamburger menu but I’d prefer to have them back at the bottom. Is there some way I can get them to show, or have they been removed?

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with Adobe Premiere Pro where the Export window won’t appear at all when I click Export or press Cmd/Ctrl + M. Nothing happens, no error message, no hidden window; I am still able to export via Media Encoder. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Resetting workspaces Switching to the Export workspace Resetting preferences Restarting Premiere and my computer Updating Premiere Disconnecting external monitors, Toggling GPU AccelerationI’m using: Device: MacBook Pro M4 Pro Max - Sequoia 15.7.2 (24G32)Premiere Pro version: 2025 - 25.6.3 (Build 2)

I'm having an issue where my dialog boxes are not showing up (trying to "save as", resize canvas, literally anything that has a popup where you have to confirm something) so it appears as if photoshop is frozen waiting for me to select something in the dialog box. If I hit the esc key, the missing dialog box will flash for a second but then disappear and photoshop "unfreezes." I fixed this once by exiting out of photoshop entirely, but now its starting up again.

I am using Lightroom Classic and I have a storage issue.Whenever I import photos into Lightroom or export them as JPEGs, it seems that copies of the files are being stored on my computer's internal drive. I would like to avoid this because my internal storage fills up very quickly. Some time ago, I copied all of my camera photos from the memory card directly to an external hard drive, and I want the original files to remain there. When I export photos as JPEGs, I also want those JPEG files to be saved directly to the external hard drive. My goal is that no photo files are stored on my computer's internal drive at all—only on the external hard drive. How can I configure Lightroom Classic so that both the original photos and the exported JPEGs are stored only on my external hard drive and nothing is saved on my computer's internal drive?

I'm trying to update the my software on the Creative Cloud Installer, but it wants me to type in my password. Is this my Mac password or my Adobe ID password? It won't take either of my passwords, and I've had issues in the past with my keychain

Hi, I just updated my Bridge to the latest version and now it won't recognize any of the files on my Desktop or Documents. There are a LOT of files in both places. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how can I fix this? Also, Bridges shows arrows on top of the Desktop and Documents folders. I've never seen that before. Yet if I click on either of these folders, it won't recognize even one file inside them. I've never had this issues before. Please help?

Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic do not handle multi-monitor (different DPI) setup properly.Issues:When launched on Display 1 (see below) all is displayed and scaled ok. When moved to Display 2 (see below) all UI (window titlebar, menu and also window content) is too large - scaled incorrecly. When launched on Display 2 (see below) part of the UI (window titlebar, menu but not window content) is too large - scaled incorrectly. When moving window to Display 1 (see below) part of the UI (window content but not titlebar or menu) is too small - scaled incorrectly. It seems scaling is not handled properly on launch on Display 2 (non-default). Also, moving windows between displays is not handled correctly. Result is that on one of my displays Lighroom cannot be used with proper scaling at all. Display 1 (laptop screen) Windows Display SettingsDisplay resolution: 3840 x 2400 (Recommended)Scale: 250% (Recommended)Display 2 (external monitor) Windows Display SettingsDisp

Hello Adobe Stock team,I'm trying to submit my drone footage as a contributor, but I keep getting the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."I previously had a second account, which I have already deleted, but the error still appears. I also opened a support case about this around two weeks ago (Case #00515944) but have not received any reply yet.I would like to keep only ONE contributor account and have the other one fully closed. I can share both account emails privately via DM if a moderator can assist. I confirm I intend to operate a single contributor account going forward.Could a moderator please help escalate this so the residual link from the old account is cleared and I can submit again? Thank you for your help.

I made a payment on May 30. Two days later, I tried to cancel my subscription and thought it had gone through, but it seems it didn’t. I finally canceled it on June 14, which means more than 15 days had passed. Is there any way for me to get a refund in this situation?

Id like to make sure I am looking at this correctly, as another user im talking with I think is mixing ppi image resolution with dpi print resolution meaning….  I have the attached image I open in PS and I see Resolution 96 ppi.  Is this the same as what I see in Finder ?  I believe so….  The person who supplied the image says all his all his supplied images are at 360DPI - including these examples.  So what is the resolution of the image?  They are SUPPOSE to be at 360ppi….. Photoshop screenshot:  ( I had to reduce the file size to meet upload requirements).  From finder on Mac:

I own Adobe Acrobat Classic.  I got a new computer and when I log in Acrobat it will not let me because it said, my email is in use and can’t use it.  Of course it is in use, it is my email.  How can I log into Acrobat?

The Goal:  To sync an interview that involved 2 Nikon DLSrs, with external audio from a sound guy.  There are about 8 clips from each camera, and 8 audio files.I tried to drop them all in a timeline and just select all and sync.  Sync was greyed out.  I then tired just 1 set of cam a cam b and audio file, sync was greyed out.I then tried just selecting the audio waveforms form independently of the video clips, without the external audio...greyed out.Not sure what I need to do.  Meanwhile I am in manual sync mode.  Good thing the team that shot this stuff is on it with slate and keeping the clips tight.Any help would be awesome.ThanksRex
