Solved

Good morning! I'm trying to auto straighten a bunch of photos, something I haven't had issues with in the past. I select my images, select 'auto sync', go to the crop tool and hit Auto to straighten. All of my images look like they've had an adjustment made (or LR thinks they have) but if I go back into the image and hit the auto straighten, more adjustments are made. This is frustrating as this used to work, so I don't think it's my technique. Any ideas on how I can make this functional again? Anyone else having this issue? TIA.

Using the pen tool, I have created a path.  It will not fill, despite the fact that it is a positive “Combine” shape and is a completely closed path.  If I copy and paste it to a new document, it fills just fine.  Paste it back into my working document, and it won't fill.  I have another path near it, on the same layer, which is filled.  I've tried using "Combine Shapes" to make sure it's a positive shape, I've made sure it is on my top layer, I've made sure the fill color doesn't match the color behind it.  This has happened before.  Windows 11 Pro, updated; all drivers up to date; Photoshop 27.5.0.

I haven’t had any issues using LRC. Just tried to log in and get this error message

I already subscribe to the plan Creative Cloud Pro but the 100GB of storage for Lightroom Classic is not enough. Knowing there exists a plan for 1TB storage as a stand-alone, I’d like to be able to pay a bit more on top of my plan to get that 1TB storage.I can’t simply swap my current plan for Lightroom Classic 1TB plan because then I’d lose access to the other apps I still use. What’s the solution here? The website and AI agents as well as the human support team hasn’t been able to present me a solution.

I used Adobe Acrobat AI about a year ago, and cancelled before the free trial was over. Then I noticed that there were still payments coming out of my account despite the cancellation. Cancelled the subscription again (this time in May of last year). The payments kept on coming out of my account.I have now cancelled the subscription for a third time. I’ve multiple confirmation emails of the subscription being cancelled, I’ve taken screenshots.Where/who do I talk to to get a refund because has gone on for far too long.

I subscribed for free trail but it automatically deduct the amount and I cancelled the subscriptions which is tagged with Apple Account before 7 days but the account is still active .I want refund at this moment

Hello, there. I have made several PSDs to be used as PSD logo mockups, but when I went to upload them, I couldn't find a template option:  while I can see that some PSD templates are already being sold on the market. Any idea on how can I upload my PSDs to Adobe Stock?

Usually when I place an Ai file into another Ai file it acts like it should: If I make changes to the original, when I go back to the file it’s placed in, it asks if I want to update it. Just now, I placed an Ai file into another Ai file, and instead of placing it, it pasted the artboard from the placed file so that it’s editable in the file it’s been placed into. WHAT?? Is this something new? The backstory is that I’m putting together a presentation of creative concepts to present to a client. The creative is placed into the presentation document multiple times, hence my having one creative development file to edit that automatically updates multiple instances in the presentation doc.

Hello, I’m facing since a few days a strange behavior with Lightroom classic. When inserting the card in my Mac, non images are displayed in the import window. Nevertheless, it’s possible to see them in the Finder (both jpeg & raw)My current configuration is Mac Studio M2 Max, Tahoe 26.3.1 & LRC 15.3 Using the same card & card reader with my Wx computer & LRC 15.2 does not bring any issue. Images are present to be imported.(I just tried to remove / install LRC on the Mac keeping the profile and it provides the same result) Any idea  ? Thanks

I want to drag a text box from on page to another. But when i try, the object hits an invisible wall and wont let me move it to the next page. How do I drag a text box/object from one page to another? I am using PC. Acrobat 2022.

Hi, I’m preparing my documents for an NBI online appointment, and I noticed that my scanned ID looks a bit blurry and unclear when viewed in Adobe Acrobat. Since these documents are used for official verification, I want to make sure the quality is clear and acceptable.I tried scanning from my phone, but after opening the file in Acrobat, the text and photo are not sharp enough. I also checked some basic tips here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/edit-scanned-pdfs.html but still not getting the best result. Is there any way in Acrobat to enhance or improve the scan quality? Also, are there any recommended settings (resolution, format, etc.) to make sure documents are properly readable for verification systems?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have tried the same original video file in other iOS apps to convert it for mobile use, but no problems with other apps. In premiere the exported file looks “blocky and pixelated” i have tried all export settings. The original is H264, but i have tried other 4k files with H265 codec and the same result.

Hello--I did the following steps. However, when I copy the link and insert the link into a google doc, it says invalid URL link. How do I create a valid link that can be copied and inserted into a google doc? Thanks. Open the file you want to convert in your PDF editor.Select the Create & Edit button on the right-side toolbar.Click Export PDF at the top of the window.Choose HTML Web Page and select your options. Single HTML page will create one web page, no matter how long the PDF. Multiple HTML pages will create several web pages, split up based on the length of your PDF.Click Export and choose the folder where you want to save your new page.

I am not able to sign out from creative cloud

It’s really kinda dishearting when you create photo, edit one by one carefully and got them all rejected massively….I edited photos on Photoshop, made multiple revisions and confirmed there are no crushed blacks or blown-out highlights. I also double-checked the colors and curves, and everything seems fine. What other factors could be causing it to fall short of the quality standards?I upload one of the examples, of course all other 99% photos are rejected…Would appreciate if anyone can give me specific advise. Is it base on the reviewer and not any technical point of view ? (for example tone curve, color grading etc )

I was subscribed to Adobe Acrobat without my consent. I cancelled it immediately, but I have still not received a refund. I contacted the Google Play Store, and they told me to contact the developer. For the past 10 days, I have been trying to get in touch, but I am only being given links and procedures. I have followed everything, yet I still haven’t received my refund. Please help me process the refund from your side, as I am unable to resolve this myself. My registration email is the same as the one used for the subscription.
