hello! I used the lightroom on my iPhone, logged in from my personal profile, and had a gallery with a lot of processed images and my own presets. then my profile was connected to the company's profile, and after I logged into the lightroom, all my presets and gallery disappeared! Tell me how to get them back? What can I do?

CPU Ryzen 5600xNvidia 2060 SuperHi everyone. I encountered an issue while doing my usual stuff. I didn't do anything uncommon, just my usual workflow. Software always autoupdates to the latest version. Usually exporting process take about 20 minutes. But this time I've waited for hours just to encounter an error while rendering. So what is the issue?I tried H264, H265, Apple prores 422. Tried the same thing in AME. I tried segmented rendering and it don't stop at the same place. I tried layered rendering and found out that the issue is the rendering of Lower thirds I made in AE. They always worked fine and I didn't make any changes on them. So I tried rendering the footage only layer and it worked fine. The idea was to render the lower thirds layer separately with alpha channel, so I could add it later. And it did got stuck again. I tried updating the mogrt file by creating newer version with the newest version of after effects. Saved it on cloud/drive/local library. Same res

I created an SVG (attached) in illustrator that is intended to be used as part of a set of cutting files for use on things like Cricut. I have never used Cricut before so I wanted to make sure my SVG would upload to their Cricut Design Space (CDS) program correctly. When I uploaded the file into CDS, parts of the SVG were missing (image attached). Everything was made using compound paths and there are no patterns or gradients anywhere, just solid fills. The two upper left clovers are just the outlines and have no issues showing up in CDS, but the other four clovers are missing the fill in the bottom righthand leaf of each one. The compound paths are created for each like shape/color, so the bottom center clover, for example, is one complete compound path layer in illustrator (attached image of the layers panel for reference). This is why it's so weird to me that just the bottom right leaf is missing on each of those four: the leaves aren't even separated layers, so why just one missing

Hello! How do I lock the main Photoshop window so that it doesn't shift when I move an object?Video link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YmonOfR1GJF54Ayrzf3pJrEjiAVHc8V5/view?usp=drive_link

Is the font or text size slightly different  in the Canvas size window compared to the image size window. It just doesn't feel like it matches the rest of the UI anymore, is it just me?

I'm trying to resize my image by 25%, but when I try it goes to 99,9%.When I try resizing by pixels it won't do that at all.I have Resample checked.I have been working with Photoshop for 30 years and have never had any problem with this.

I'm using version 25.12.1 and after the recommendations of another community member, the program still randomly resets itself.  It will either a.) reset the workspace, plugings, actions or b.) will reset the hotkeys. It's a random thing and happens at least once or twice a month.Any suggestions - I've uninstalled and reinstalled.  I've made sure that it's being run in Administrator mode.  I'm signed in to the Creative Cloud when I run it.

Since updating to LrCC 15 yesterday (Windows 11), I find my workflow much slower. Both the library and develop modules are slower, photos taking a long time (a couple of seconds) to paste settings in the develop module (despite LRCC receiving the input to paste immediately, the effects take a few seconds to apply to the image - this is true across both my Phase One tiff/raw files and my Fujifilm X series raw files).   Anybody else experiencing some slowdowns (as usual with a new LRCC release, unfortunately).

Is there a method to add an Administrative Role to a synchronized group? We have a service desk that needs to log onto the administrator console and right now I am adding the users individually. We already assign licenses and products using synchronized Entra/Azure groups.  Can the same thing be done for the Admin Roles? These users are all added to an Azure group and removed when they leave- so a group makes more sense than a manual add.

I am reaching out to locate an account I accidentally created. I started a 7-day free trial on 16/3/2026, but I cannot log into the account because I don't know the email address used. I am worried about it converting to a paid subscription. I have the last 4 digits of my TrueMoney Mastercard and the exact transaction date. Can you please search your billing database using my card information to find the associated account email, and then cancel this trial for me?

Eu fiz o uso do teste grátis por 7 dias, mas de imediato me cobraram. Cancelei no mesmo dia e até o momento não fizeram meu reembolso. Poderiam por gentileza fazer meu reembolso?

Just started working with AfterEffects & interested in working in C4D Lite. When I open a Cinema 4D file, or use FILE > NEW > MAXON CINEMA 4D FILE, the Cinema 4d Launcher window appears. After a moment, a popup from Maxon requires me to register an account on their website. I made sure that I registered on their website with the same login as my Adobe CC account. However, no c4d files can be opened, it asks me to activate a Cinema 4D trial instead of reflecting some kind of Lite license.  I'm not finding much information online about this license manager at all. In all the tutorials that I see, there is absolutely no mention of this License registration or MAXON account requirement - they all seem to just open straight into the 3d editor.  Is Cinema 4D Lite no longer included with After Effects in v17?   EDIT: I restarted the app again, and now when I open a Cinema 4D Lite app, this very confusing screen blocks me from doing anything:

I downloaded this image that said it was vector/eps. I opened it in Illustrator and it is only an image. I double checked the layers and there are none. How can I get my credit back? This image is of no use to me not being a vector. It was clearly mislabeled. https://stock.adobe.com/ca/search?k=sparkler&asset_id=1922649086 Collection of golden fireworks or sparkler rays and lines. Vector decorative elements.By Nushratlisha

I’ve been using Photoshop Elements for about 7 years and save most of my edited files as JPEG, using MAX quality option (I save the unedited originals, and RAW files when I use them in editing, offline). As my disk storage space now sometimes shrinks below 10 percent free space, I’m wondering whether MAX really bought me anything useful, versus using HIGH, which would have resulted in my having a lot more free disk space. I don’t publish or sell my photos. I sometimes share them with friends, and once in a while show them on my 60-inch TV, and that’s the extent of their use. Opinions?

Hi , I have the same problem as Karin. And I see i have been charged. I am confused and I could not find a customer help to ask .,Can you please help me as wellThanks

Went to my adobe products page and noted all my old versions, prior to pse 2020 are no longer listed.   Not that big of a deal- I only use them to help answer questions.   I used to have all versions of PSE back to pse 2010, now my product listing stops at pse 2020.I seem to recall reading here that others have had the same thing happen.I have not changed payment method or account info in years.Anyone else note this?

I am not sure if this is an existing thing already.I just had a thought how efficient it could be if we could create graphics inside an illustrator file that could be edited inside another illustrator file same as ‘smart object’ in Photoshop? To be able to have the same design / text / element repeated and changed only in one place?

Dear Community,I’ve submitted my first photo to Adobe Stock but unfortunately it got rejected because of quality issues.I went through the documentation of course to find what is defining a quality issue and I think I understand the documentation but I could not find of those in my photo. Can you please help if you see something in particular?Your help, hints would be deeply appreciated.Thank you in advance,Tamás

I am editing a New Testament translation and I need to revise some of the verse numbers. They are seperate from the body and I can't figure out how to get to them. Any suggestions?

I currently have these print settings and, as you can see, the print preview is showing it should print on 2 tabloid pages, however, it prints 6 pages.  I haven’t tried with 0 overlap, but I would like a little to line up on as we all know printers can shift 2mm.The canvas is configured as about 10 mm less than 11x34 with 4mm margins.

I need help figuring out how to turn this D into dots in the shape of the D. I could do it manually but I know it will take too long.

Legong is a traditional Balinese dance that uses expressive eye movements, especially the seledet (a kind of intense gaze). These photos had been accepted into my portfolio and are part of a larger series. I’d say the last one with different makeup might be considered spam, but what about the others?
