Product: Adobe PhotoshopAffected Version: 27.10Last Known Working Version: 27.9.1Platform: WindowsDescription:Photoshop 27.10 appears to have introduced a regression in the way DCS files containing multiple spot-color plates are interpreted. The exact same DCS file opens correctly in Photoshop 27.9.1. In 27.10, the first custom plate is instead interpreted as Photoshop’s native Gray channel. After this happens, the spot-color metadata/tagging associated with the subsequent channels is also incorrect. This affects production files used for screen-printing color separations, where every DCS plate needs to retain its correct plate name and spot-color assignment.Steps to Reproduce:Open the attached DCS separation file in Photoshop 27.9.1. Open the Channels panel. Confirm that the first plate and all subsequent spot channels are interpreted correctly. Close the file. Open the exact same DCS file in Photoshop 27.10. Open the Channels panel. Observe that the first custom plate is now interprete

For context I unistalled After effects 2023 from my Windows 10 PC around a month ago and recently wanted to re download it. Many people have said you need to contact Adobe to get access to the download link for legacy versions of the software but the issue is that I am on a student subscription for creative cloud (Managed by my school) which stops me from being able to contact Adobe directly. If anyone knows someone who can provide the link to After Effects 2023 that would be great

Hi All,I have very limited experience in Photoshop and I need help simplifying a process that I need to do on a regular basis.I have drawings in Adobe illustrator that i print to PDF and usually i have about 8 or so pages of drawings in the pdf (one drawing per page B&W only).I need to run them through photoshop and:change to RGB color mode set a minimum pixel dimension that height/width can’t go below set specific dpi save in basic (not progressive) jpeg format originally in illustrator the drawings all were the same scale and I need to maintain that relationship. In other words I can’t have one image all of a sudden much taller and wider and another image shorter and skinnierI want to create a script that will do all of this but my current process has too many steps to create a script and I am trying to come up with an improved process with less steps. Any help is appreciated!

Dear Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe DRM that prevents me from reading DRM-protected eBooks.I recently created an Adobe account and I can successfully sign in to account.adobe.com using my email address and password without any problems. However, I cannot authorize either Adobe Digital Editions or my PocketBook e-reader with the same credentials. Here is what happens:I downloaded and installed Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 on my Windows PC. When I try to authorize my computer using Adobe ID as the eBook provider, ADE displays the error:"Incorrect ID/password for this eBook vendor." I have verified multiple times that my email address and password are correct because I can log in successfully at account.adobe.com. I have already reset my password, but the problem persists. I have tried both a personal Gmail account and a school email account. The exact same problem occurs with both accounts. I also tried authorizing my PocketBook PB619 (Verse) directly with the same Adob

Why is the Adobe Reader app asking me to update my payment method even though my subscription is still active? My subscription is valid until August 30, 2027.

In troubleshooting a Cloud Activity warning:"Libraries not currently syncingOpen the libraries panel to sync assets to Adobecloud storage." Where is this mysterious Libraries panel? (note that after I followed this path down a rabbit trail that I still don't know where the panel is still see the syncing error message).I felt confident when my search on Adobe.com led to a webpages that suggested that I should download and run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg.What a foolish act. Running that app deleted the Creative Clous app.More clicking, another Adobe.com webpage had me download the CCLibrary installer. Whew.Too soon to relax. All Adobe apps disappeared from the Applications folder and Dock (except for Ps, but it's nonfunctional).I had to install LrC, Ps, and Bridge ......LrC v13.5.1 installed successfully, with catalog intact!Ps v25.12.0 installed successfullyBridge v14.1.2.300 installed successfully

I frequently create brochures, and at some point in the project without fail the share for review link stops allowing me to update content. The review links are an integral part of our workflow, and for my non-brochure work they are fine (although I have to update those less frequently), but with my brochure documents it will allow me to create a new link, but after that I can no longer publish any changes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign, turned off and on countless times, ensured the document I’m updating is the only one open, packaged then opened the idml and re-saved the document to indd. It just doesn’t work, and it’s really frustrating to explain to our clients that their comments have gone because we had to make a new link (or they get confused, comment on an old link and we don’t make the updates). Any ideas?

According to <https://windowsonarm.org/26a238b5-5ea8-41d2-b2a1-b42250aca451> Acrobat runs on Windows ARM with Prism-emulator. Prism-emulator is included in Windows11 24H2 and newer. Having 2 Microsoft Surface Pro (11. Edition) with Snapdragon X-processor with Windows ARM 24H2. Download and install Creative Cloud-App. But running CC-App --> CC-App crashes. In "Creative Cloud.exe" property-window | Compatibility-tab | "Windows on ARM" | "Change emulation settings"-button is greyed out and cannot be activated.  How can I install and run Acrobat? Is there a tutorial available?

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,I hope you are doing well. I have been working in this field since 2022. All my designs are created manually. Even after all this time, I have just over 1,100 files; I have reached this position through immense hard work, toiling day and night. . I support my family with the income earned through my design work. My account/content was blocked Date: 9/25/2026 for violating Guidelines. I believe this may have been a misunderstanding or an error, and I respectfully request a review of the decision. To the best of my knowledge, I have always aimed to follow the Account and Submission Guidelines and maintain compliance with your platform's standards. If there are specific details regarding the alleged violation, I would appreciate the opportunity to und stand them better and provide any necessaryclarification or corrections.I have already contacted the support team via email, but I haven't received a solution yet. Here is my Case ID for reference: ADB-47256239-N

Hello,I canceled my Adobe subscription approximately three months ago. At the time, I was offered three free months to stay on, which I accepted. I understood this to mean that after the three months ended, my subscription would simply lapse and I would need to actively resubscribe if I wanted to continue.Instead, I was charged, and I've since discovered the subscription auto-renewed into a paid plan. I did not receive any renewal notice or email ahead of this charge, and I have not used the service during this period.I'd like to request a full refund for this charge, as it was not my intention to continue the subscription. Please let me know what you need from me to process this.Thank you,Daniel

I’m doing a simple Indesign data merge with multiple record layout to place 8 name tags per page (using Avery Template 5390).I have a single design on the page (with 3 variable text fields). It won't create multiple records per page - it keeps putting one name tag on each page.I’ve done Data Merge > Create Merged Document > Multiple Records per Page. When I select “Preview Multiple Record Layout” it populates the first name tag but shows no additional name tags. When I click “Ok” to merge, it creates one name tag per page, not the 8 name tags per page that I need to work with the Avery template. Screenshot below. I’ve spent hours on this trying just about everything (including placing the design elements on a Master page). Hoping someone can help!!

On my desktop (Mac Studio M1 Max), I opened Premiere to sync my settings I uploaded 2 days prior from my laptop (Macbook Pro M1 Max). But I was greeted with an error message: Syncing Failed With Error Code -516 Not sure what this means, and it happens when I try to download and upload settings. I couldn't even find a forum with a similar error code, but I tried the basic troubleshooting steps outlined below, but to no avail: Restarting my computerCleaning my cachesBacking up my Adobe Premiere settings in my documents so it can create new folders to try and re-sync from thereUninstalling/reinstalling PremiereUninstalling via the Creative Cloud cleaner toolManually migrating my settings from my Macbook to my Mac Studio, which DID bring them over, but I want to be able to sync settings in case I make any changes or keyboard shortcuts.  Frustrated, I contacted customer support who transferred me 3 times because they couldn't figure it out either, ultimately le

I cancelled my install of Acrobat on the Creative Cloud Desktop. It has been stuck on 'Cancelling' for days. How do I fix this?

Hi everyone,We regularly share project documents with clients, like technical specs and proposals, and some of them contain sensitive information. Right now we protect them with a password in Acrobat, but we're wondering if that's the best option.A few questions:Is certificate-based encryption more secure than password protection for sharing with external clients? Is there a way to stop printing and copying text while still letting clients view and comment? Does AES-256 encryption in Acrobat work well for clients using other PDF readers?Would love to hear what works for others. Thanks!

Hi Adobe Community Team, I want to know that how to upgrade photoshop from the 2019 Version to the 2021 Version. Is there any way? Please Adobe Community Team, Give me a reply. Thanks!

I tried to open Premiere Pro and it said “You can’t open the application ‘Adobe Premiere Pro 2026’ because it may be damaged or incomplete.” I opened Creative Cloud and it was stuck updating at 48%. I decided to cancel the update and redo it. It won’t even do that, so its now stuck cancelling the update. I also having difficulty updating Media Encoder. Is anyone else having this issue? Please let me know. Thanks.

Apparently yall have been charging for 2-3 months for my adobe account that I canceled back in June. Even when I check subscriptions it says that there are none and that I’m using the free to use portion of adobe. So why am I getting charged, and will I get refunded?

When I ask for a lawn to be installed in the front yard of a home, I don’t want a lawn with rocks, or a car sitting on the lawn, or a lawn with soccer nets all over the place, I just want a nice looking front lawn with nice green grass with nothing added. it’s so frustrating. maybe one lawn in twentyfive tries comes out looking good.

OK. So what gives here? Its obvious Adobe is aware of dark mode and its importance as every other App from adobe has the option. Every other webite and creative or social Web platform I go to has it as an option. So it kind of anomolous in my workflow to have to pop into adobe express and be blinded while I'm using it. Not to mention that this is a visual creative app, and often times I am trying to work with images that are low light dark images and the contrast of the white background makes it impossible to see what im doing. I dont quite understand how this app is this far along and it doen not have dark mode. how did it not get it from Day 1 is the real question. but now its inexcusable, I know I myself and many other adobe express users have requested this, and it not an unreasonable request at all, nore one that should take months of development cycles to impliment. It's obviously not a priority to you at this time, but it is very important to people like me, I am actually limite

We are under a business account and another employee had the libraries and licensed photos under their account.  I went through support to help with the transfer and now as the account/contract owner my adobe stock library is empty.  I saw another post where it seems someone with a similar issue was able to get help recovering the content. Due to this being a business account I am really hoping this is possible for my case so I don’t have to spend hours finding the exact licensed photos our teams use. Any insight and help is much appreciated, thank you.

I’m trying to figure out how to dynamically jump to a slide using the JavaScript API. There is a “Go to slide” action, but that can only handle hard-coded destinations.cpAPIInterface has an undocumented method, “goToSlide”, used by the aforementioned “Go to slide” action, but it appears to not be intended for developer use. For example adding an action to go to slide 3 of a project results in the code “cp.goToSlide(1526, 780)” being generated. That seems almost deliberately cryptic.I find it hard to believe that such basic functionality as jumping to a slide is missing from the API. This is essential for any sort of dynamic branching applications.
