Solved

I have a windows 10 all in one desktop computer.  I cannot open or read any PDF files.  I have tried turning off my Norton Security firewall and that does not resolve the issue.  The error message is very generic:  Application Initialization Error.  I have also tried to installing using Google Chrome but receive the same error message.  Microsoft said they cannot help me.  Adobe doesn't offer phone support for Adobe Reader.  Can someone please tell me what I can do to get this resolved??? It is extremely frustrating!

Firefly only generates videos 5 sends long I can;t see how to make 20 second videos

My account currently has two profiles:An organization profile, provided by my design school. A personal profile.I recently graduated so I’m expecting my Adobe Contract to be termined in a few months, which raises some questions for me.My files and my Behance are associated to the organization profile, but I wish to move them to my personal profile. At least, I need to be sure that I won’t lose my Behance profile, because I want to keep my views, ratings and followers.¿What happens after they stop paying for my adobe plan? ¿Will I lose both profiles? I already change e-mail access to a personal one. ¿How can I be sure I don’t lose my personal files at the organization profile? ¿Can I migrate them between profiles? ¿How can I ensure I don’t lose access to my Behance portfolio after my organization plan ends? Please help, since I am very worried about losing access or my whole my portfolio being deleted.

I have tried all of the fixes for this. I have tried the incognito window, clearing the cache, and tried different browsers. The only thing I have not tried is un-installing the desktop and re-installing to see if this makes a difference. I have even tried to delete parts of the project to see if I could find the issue. I also have duplicated the project and tried to download, no luck. I have no stock material in use in the project. Need help, Please help me.

I’m an Assistant Editor and am needing to un-nest nested video and audio sequences in order to export an EDL to our archival producer reporting which archival clips are being used in our cut, and what the Source TC In/Out of those clips are.Is there an extension that quickly un-nests nested audio & video sequences (the audio ones are usually ringouts). I don’t need to carry over any effects, resizes/repositions, etc.; I just need to have the assets within the nested sequences in the sequence so they will show up in the EDL.

Hi everyone, I used to be able to link an Adobe Express Video into an Adobe Express Page but it seems the only videos I can link to now are YouTube or Vimeo. Does anyone know how to link an Adobe Express Video into an Adobe Express Page?

Does anyone know of how you would export an interactive PDF as CMYK? Using Indesign 2022. It always wants to change the colour profile to RGB when I export?

Photoshop worked fine earlier today. Now, when clicking New file and then Create, the modal closes but nothing happens. No new file is created.I also tried to save an existing file. It did not save, even though the workflow to save didn’t not result in any errors.I had tried to crop an existing file. Nothing happened when I tried to crop.I can’t try any other actions, because I closed and re-opened Photoshop as a potential solution. So all files are now closed, and I cannot open any files in Photoshop.Nothing like these issues has ever happened before. All other programs are working. Adobe XD is working, Microsoft products are working, Chrome is working. My mouse and keypad are working.

I am encountering an issue when launching Adobe Photoshop from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application. After installing the Creative Cloud package and attempting to start Photoshop, the following error message appears:“Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application.”Please note that all other applications within the Creative Cloud suite function without any issues. Below are the details of the workstation where the issue occurs:Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHzInstalled RAM: 16.0 GBGraphics: NVIDIA Quadro P400 (2 GB), Intel(R) UHD Graphics 750 (128 MB)Storage: 477 GB SSD (Netac NVMe 512 GB) + 932 GB HDD (Toshiba HDWD110)System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorEdition: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSCVersion: 21H2Build: 19044.6456Could you please advise on the proper resolution steps or confirm whether this issue might be related to compatibility with Windows 10 LTSC or the Photosho

I don’t know what the thing is called. I want a floating tool pallet and whatever the strip along the top is called. I have the same issue with InDesign. When I switched to this latest version I followed the instructions for importing my preferences, but only the pallet locations and my actions transferred. Everything else reverted to the current Adobe defaults.

I signed up for a free trial of the DC Pro. Free for 7 days then a fee.  $14.95 a month later and after a few months of payment, zero value, I cancel and get charged a $29 early termination fee?!?!  Talk about total BS!!!! I'll be buying Adobe's competition from now on.

I closed my business by the end of 2025 and want to remove the VAT ID in my Adobe account. This is apparently impossible: (I try to translate the Adobe UI in German to English.)Selected my plan, selected Manage payment, selected the currently used credit card and selected “edit”: removed the VAT ID (earmarked as Option in the UI) and saved the changed setting. (The price of the plan did not change - as I expected.) The January 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment with the credit card - edited above - and it showed a VAT ID - I had removed it ?!?!? I got into Manage payment and selected “new credit card”, entered all required data about the credit card and did NOT fill in the VAT ID - and saved this new payment. The February 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment of the recently entered new credit card: a VAT ID was shown. I searched this Community and found a posting: changed my pa

Are you sure your brain is functioning properly? I already stated that I completed the trial membership. Your ridiculous subscription agreement is designed to steal people's money like thieves, which is why you blocked my account and reactivated my subscription as soon as money was credited to my account. This happened without my request or consent. You don't have a customer service phone number or support email address; it's a joke that I have to try to explain the situation to amateur, incompetent people like you through this ridiculous support panel. Refund my money immediately. And whether I use your ridiculous app or not is none of your business, know your place!

I have a Teams Plan which includes 3 Adobe Acrobat licenses for my work team, however we now only require 2 licenses.  I have been going round in circles trying to see if I can amend my plan with no luck whatsoever.  None of the help pages provide any correct or useful information and there is no where to have a live chat that I can see either as it just links back to the same 'help' page.  Please can someone advise how I can actually amend my plan? Or speak to someone at Adobe that can do this for me? Either this or I will cancel the plan altogether and set up a new one, but I cant even see a way to cancel the plan either! Please can someone help? Thanks in advance!

When I try to place multiple images at once using the Gritify tool, my InDesign seems to break. It stops letting me undo, I can’t make any new files, it's constantly loading and it wont let me close the program anymore. Any way to stop or circumvent this?

Since Adobe makes it difficult to contact them to inform them of poor quality products, I'm going to post here. Apologies if this is not the correct avenue, but I guess that's another complaint for another day. I would like Adobe to be aware that the content in their Stock library is often of very poor quality. There are numerous cases of repetitive images with only slight differences, where the contributors are clearly just trying to squeeze out more from one image. But also, some complete garbage being returned in search results. The following image is a good example of something completely unusable and unprofessional. Image #522730440, which, inexplicably, is a PREMIUM image. https://stock.adobe.com/ca/images/a-group-of-workmen-sitting-at-a-construction-site/522730440?asset_id=522730440 There are a few other issues I could mention with the Stock library, but that's a start. Adobe, can you please remove the low quality images from the library? Such a waste of time scrolling

Good morning, the sysadmin closed my previous account and created a new one. This has the side effect of disconnecting all my posts from my previous profile from my new Adobe profile. Is it possible to merge the two community profiles? Thanks

I can’t get updates for my Adobe Acrobat on macOS for a while. I’m using Help - Check for update for manual update control but I get an error saying “ An error occurred. Please check for updates again later. Error: 1782”Currently I’m on Acrobat version 2025.001.20937 and macOS 26.3 (M1 Pro Macbook Pro)Does anyone have any idea what may be the reason?

I’m trying to print one page from a PDF file which only will load in Acrobat; although each time I try to print, I get an error that it’s a manual feeder even though my printer settings are set to automatic ?
