(google trad) Hello, I'm having trouble installing Photoshop Elements 15 on a new PC (Windows 11). Photoshop Elements 15 refuses to activate my license. After contacting Adobe support, I was able to verify (unsuccessfully) that my license was indeed deactivated on my other devices. I also tried reinstalling with my antivirus and firewall disabled.Has anyone else encountered or resolved this type of problem? Thank you for your help.

I have login in free trail of acrobat but on the same say i cancelled it through the safari login and it says u sucrssfully cancelled ur premium but today there is a mail coming of 40 dollar

Logo, peço ressarcimento do valor pago no plano anual.

This has been a problem for months and months and Adobe refused to fix the problem. When attempting to have a PDF document sent for signature, the application hands at upload at 72% and won't budge. The solutions offered by Adobe personnel don't work. Using the online version doesn't work. Signing out and back in doesn't work. Switching networks doesn't work. Unisntalling and reinstalling the application doesn't work. Using different PDF's doesn't work. Doing all the above and rebooting in between each doesn't work.  This CLEARLY is an on ongoing problem and the workarounds provided don't work.  ADOBE - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?! ENOUGH WITH THE NONSENSE, WHY ISN'T THIS BEING FIXED?! As I'm typing this the online version is stuck on "Loading..." I use eSign for my business and this is a MAJOR problem? If I'm forced to signed up for Docusign, I'll just cancel my entire Adobe Suite and find alternatives. This is a feature I pay monthly for and if I can't use it, and Adobe

I've tracked a shot and created a 3D camera, added a logo and text in the shot.  I've added drop shadow and stroke to the text, and drop shadow to the logo but they don't show up.  As soon as I turn off 3D in each layer, they're magically there.I did the same exact thing last year to a project.  As a matter of fact, I opened the project and there was the drop shadow. I've added them as an effect and as a layer style, neither work.I'm pull out what few hairs I have left.TVS

There used to be this option in previous version where in export setting I could adjust LUFs for loudness control and now it's not there? Did they change the placement of this effect? Why would this be deleted? Is everything wrong with v26??v26 v25.6.4

How do I enable single key labelling in Bridge? I do not see the “Use Ctrl/Cmd for Ratings and Labels" check box at the bottom of the Content panel. I do not have that option.

Hi all! I am trying to create my own .mogrt file of a typewriter effect that's meant to mimick a robot speaking, with plans to move it into Premiere Pro so I can control the speed, font, colours, etc for future projects. The attached image is from a template that I downloaded, and the speed can be controlled via this slider and NOT keyframes.  The below image is my effect that I'm creating. As you can see, it has the normal 'slider' with the keyframes. My issue is that I want to bring this into Premiere Pro and control the speed in there, and that can't work with keyframes. Does anybody know how that 'speed' fx was added onto the first image, allowing the typewriter effect to be made without keyframes? Thanks! Hope that made sense lol

So, basically I opted for a free trial in acrobat for acrobat premium subscription. But,now I don't need it anymore . But I forgot to turnoff Autopay . So , the money are automatically deducted. Could u please guide me how to get refund or any other alternatives to get my money back ? And the payment is done just an hour ago. So,I sincerely request you to look in to my issue and resolve it at the earliest.

I would like to know if there is any project management  tools that adobe provides? The idea is to help me with multiple clients when it comes to delivering projects. I have heard of adobe having marketing tools, but not sure if there are tools that help provide project tracking and collaborating?

Hi all, this seems like a stupid issue but its driving me crazy. I work such that I fairly frequently need to relink files due to file path changes and it used to be I simply located the first clip for Premiere and it would then automatically link all the files in that same folder that matched. The files are always in one folder so this made relinking a non-issue. All of a sudden now, Premiere won't link more than one file at a time no matter what I do. I've tried removing and reinstalling Premiere and updating everything on my Mac to the lastest version of everything but its still linking one at a time.  I hope this is just a dumb issue that I did something but whatever the solution, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

Hi, not sure if I’m having an off day or not here. I asked a college and they were also puzzled. I’m placing high resolution images into Indesign. The document size without a doubt is 1920x1080 px.The Images are large stock images, bigger than this document size at 300ppi.When placed at 100% these images are smaller than the document? For example: One image is 3840x2160 px at 300ppi. When placed into a 1920x1080px document making it the full page size indesign says it is 208.3% scaled, and the effective ppi is 144?  This makes no sense, the effective ppi should exceed 300, and the scale should be less than 100%?!  See link panel and item selection image for details. Please help.

I have just opened Illustrator 30.2.0 to get this home page:You can see that the LH side is missing several objects. The Recent grid view is filled with errors (while the list view seems to work).I then clicked on Open, opened a PDF file and, after briefly seeing the main interface with the single-page PDF in it, Illustrator crashed.I relaunched Illustrator but there was no crash reporting dialogue.I tried to open the PDF again and managed to perform a couple of edits (edit artboard > A3 > resize image to fit the artboard). Illustrator asked if I wanted to Save changes before quitting (but I had not asked it to quit). I pressed Save and Illustrator quit. What can I do?macOS 26.2.1 on Apple Silicon M3 Max.

Hi everyone,I’m facing a strange issue in Photoshop 2024. The Generate Background option under Generative Fill stays greyed out even when I have a clear selection active with the lasso tool. Generative Fill itself works if I type a prompt, but the specific “Generate Background” shortcut never becomes clickable.I’ve checked that I’m signed into Creative Cloud, internet is working, and GPU acceleration is enabled. I also reset preferences and tried a fresh document with a simple subject cut out, but the option still does not activate. I’m on Windows 10 with the latest Photoshop update.Has anyone run into this where Generative Fill works but the Generate Background option refuses to enable? I’m wondering if this is tied to document size, color mode, or some hidden requirement I’m missing.

Hi All,In LR5 I have added keywords to photos as well as videos. In Windows Explorer detail view I can select “Tags” as a column and see and search on the keywords for image files. But this does not seem to work for video.(I can search videos via keywords inside LR5.)Is it a limitation of some kind? Or is there something I’m missing?Thank you for any suggestions.

行ったこととしては、ユーザ/[ユーザ名]/書類/Adobe/PremierePro/25.0/Profile-[ユーザ名]の中身をユーザ/[ユーザ名]/書類/Adobe/PremierePro/26.0/Profile-[ユーザ名]に上書きしました。 しかし、ショートカット・ワークスペース・エフェクトプリセットが全く引き継がれません。24.0→25.0はこんなに苦労しなかった気がするのですが・・・ やり方をご教示頂けますと幸いです。

When I download my file to PDF for printing, everything looks great in Acrobat and other viewers but when I upload the file to my printing website (Got Print) several large white boxes appear. It appears to have something to do with the shadows being applied to layers but I cannot figure out how to fix it! Is there a way to flatten layers in Adobe Express? I've attached the file as it looks in Acrobat and then how it appears in Got Print.

Hello, I accidentally clicked on the license button today on #851865308. I couldn't find a way on how I can undo it. How can I unlicense it?Thanks,Mark.

I need to transform a lot of dashed (single) lines into separate lines... Who can tell me how to do this in a few clicks. I don't need an outline of the dashed line. So the black dashes I need, the white in between the dashes I want to loose.A little complicated to explain... See the example. I need the second lines.Kind regards, Ellen

I want to search for all with a keyword in subfolders in LR.  Is this not possible, as it is in Bridge.  Help searches only tell about Bridge. Like here, I want all in 2601.

I have a bug/issue on curviligne Text / text on path or curve.   After designing and saving the Illustrator file, everything seems normal. Once I reopen the Illustrator file, then the text that has been placed on a curve (Type on a Path) disappears.   This has happened in different working files of mine.
