Can anyone help me, I purchased the Atmospheric smoke bundle overlay but I can add it to my lightroom? It won't let me add it in the presets.  It won't light up to allow me to add them.  They are jpg, which is suppose to upload onto lightroom. Why is it not allowing me? Was this a bad purchase?   Before I purchased it said it was allowed with lightroom   Please help   Jen

I had a repair on my desktop and have not been able to successfully install Lightroom Classic with my most recent Catalogue.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled without success.   I have a catalogue that was saved on 12/30/2025, but can't get Lightroom to import it.  This is the message I get: Lightroom cannot create a catalog named "Lightroom Catalog-v13-13" on volume "This PC" because Lightroom cannot save changes to this location.Lightroom Catalogs can not be opened in network volumes, removable storage or read only volumes. The catalogue is on my C drive, which is not any of those things. Thanks for any guidance. Bill Black

Mein Lightroom Classic 15.1.1 findet den Katalog auf meiner externen Festplatte nicht. wer kann mir helfen?

Hello I'm using version 16.0.1.18I have a really annoying problem, when I open with camera raw a photo, it opens a windows that I can't move. Even if this windows isn't maximized, I can't move it to the second screen. This is really annoying because this second Bridge window blocks everything on the second screen. It prevents me from watching a video or searching help on other web sites because with each mouse click, the bridge window gets back in front.does anyone have the solution to my problem?Thank you for your helpValerie

I am trying to get acrobat reader, no free trials, no upgrades. I am in a loop, I am being forced to select an upgrade plan for pro, which I do not want or need. I downloaded the official reader download, but it auto updates, and in my case, there is no icon to follow the opt out instructions from, the client does it immediately in the background. I cannot run the product, because I am not putting in credit card information when I have no BUSINESS with adobe. Surely there should be a much simpler way to stop this.

Hello, I have been a Photoshop customer for many years. My previous version 25.x worked perfectly. With the new subscription contract, I was prompted to download version 27.2. Unfortunately, my PC no longer supports this version. In the shop, I can only find version 22.x. Is there any way to download versions 23.x to 26.x somewhere?   [Mod: Moved to the "Discussion" subforum regarding the forum guidlines]

I am unable to locate the pen tool in the effects panel. I can't locate the pen tool for Lumetri or Opacity.  Usually the pen icon can be found at the top of each sub-panel but I don't see it. Am I mising something? "All Panels" view is enabled. This is the first time experiencing this issue and it only began after updating to the latest version, 26.0.0 (Build 72). Attached is a screenshot of my current view in Premiere Pro, then the second attachment is what it used to look like. Thanks

Hi all! I'm using v. 27.2.0. And all of a sudden, I can't save as a JPG file. I made sure "Enable legacy "Save As" is checked; I tried "Save as" and "Save as a copy." None of these allow me to save as a jpg any longer. I CAN export... but that takes so much longer than just saving! Is this something new in 27.2? Thanks.

The OS is incompatible. How can I download the old version of After Effects? I've already paid for the subscription.   [Moved from the Using the Community Bugs forum by moderator]

At one time, I had all the programs loaded onto my computer using CS6. I then stopped using the programs and when I needed Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I decided to load in creative cloud again, where I have all the programs again, but this time I only use 3 of them. Everything was fine until the other day when I was using both Illustrator and Photoshop without being online for about 6 months.   After that time, It was as if I somehow went past a certain amount of time to "check in" and so Photoshop told me to upgrade my hardware. Now it still loads, but it says I need to upgrade my hardware. I don't keep anything on the computer, I put everything on external hard drives, and I have updates of all my programs turned off. How is it that I "must upgrade my hardware," now, after 6 months of everything just working fine? [Moved from the Using the Community forum by moderator]

We upgrade the desktop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 end for some days the Photoshop and Illustrator was working right. Some days after (I think after changing the computer name) the Photoshop and Illustrator cannot be opened.Asking for Activation limit. How can I activate the Adobe CS5 on Windows 11?From the chat the support suggested to buy a new version because the CS5 is not working on Windows 11.But as you can see from the above, I could working on Windows 11 before for a while.

I have been running into some UI issues,  first one,  searching for effects doesnt work - you can type into the field, and nothing.  This list of effects is also missing TONS of stuff, both default premier, and my installed boris BCC stuff.Beta:Production: Another issue:  Entering values in certain places, like this crop dialog for CROP bottom:will not let you hit enter or accept the change update most of the time, but not all of the time....  sometimes when it accepts a input, it doesnt perform the crop either.  sometimes it does. Here is a grab for when I exit the dialog by usign the mouse to click on another place on the screem the dialog stays active like its still waiting on input: Thje production version doesnt have these issues.

Hello, I was charged automatically and I want to cancel my plan. I was not aware this was an annual commitment. I have not used the service and I am requesting cancellation without penalty.

I submitted a couple fhotos which were both approved by Adobe last week, however they still don't seem to be showing up in search results when using any of the key words.  Is there typically a long delay from when content is approved and when it appears in the search results. Thanks in advance

I do not understand why the image is rejected for unknown reasons. The title for both of the images was "Indian independence leader delivering a historic speech at the Red Fort."

I have been charged for monthly subscription. I have cancelled this within 7 days. Still amount not refunded.

I am a student working throught the Adobe Premier Pro book Lesson 16. It is having me do a quick export. Literally all it has had me do so far is open the file and click quick export. Nothing happens when I click quick export. Apparently the Quick Export Dialog Box is supposed to appear. But nothing is happening. No alerts or anything. I have the most recent version of adobe premier pro - 25.6.2 and I have tried closing and restarting etc... I am on Windows 11 so things are up to date there. I have tried selecting everything in the sequence and then clicking quick export and still nothing is happening. I need to finish my class, any help is appreciated!

I want to transfer my premier mobile project to desktop. I used instructions provided. But I don't see option of Premier desktop (Beta) when I select Export icon.I have subscription of Premier Pro desktop and installed Premeir Pro Beta. I have signed in with the same account details on both the desktop and mobile.Do I need to buy separate subscription for using mobile app? Not sure if that's the reason.

Is it safe to update now to LrC 15.1? Ive been avoiding it since 14.1 because all I hear about on here are problems. Im running Mac OS Sequoia 15.6.1 on a Macbook Pro M1. My Generative AI Removal has been playing up, running error messages when trying to delete objects, so I wonder whether its time to bite the bullet and hit the update. However, I'd hate to be disappointed with a slower app or some other problem people have been having trouble with.
