Solved

Downloaded the latest Beta version. I can create with Firefly, but when using Gemini or Flux, it runs for a while and then informs me that the "Service is not running" and that I should check my internet connection (which is clearly not the problem)?

Neither of the three calculation fields (Value, Simplified field notation, Custom calculation script) will save anything when I edit them. They just revert to greyed out after I have finished adding a calculation, does not matter what I input, I've tried everything. This is on a blank document created in Acrobat Pro and saved locally to my hard drive. The weird thing is I have another cloud pdf doc where calculations work just fine. After some experimentation, I tried copying a working field from the other document to the blank document. Then the Simplified field notation field would save correctly, and I was able to change the formula to fit my field names in the blank document. But if I change this field to a Value and try to pick the fields, we're back to not saving anything. If I then go back to Simplified field notation and input anything, it now won't save, so it is now broken. So it is kinda doable with the workaround as long as you keep it as a Simplified field n

I wanted to export my images for my client but when previewing them, I noticed the color of the woman's dress is off from the proof in Develop. I haven't had issues in the past on any session before this one. Color space SRGB. Please give guidance. I have updated Lightroom after this screenshot and it is same issue.

Hi there? Is there a way of removing signature form a odd document? The Help is saying that removign the signature is possible until you have the doc open than not...?

Hey all!  I have been working with Illustrator for quite a while but ran into an issue that has me stumped and I am hoping someone here can help me out.  I am looking for a direct fix to my method if there is one, or any way to mimic the effect to get the desired result. So, the issue is with this effect I used on a portion of our company logo.  The way I went about creating the effect was as pictured below.  As all of our product packages are white I didn't think this far ahead and went about creating the effect as follows... used smaller rectangles with drop shadow applied and then use slightly larger white rectangles to cover the left hand side of each to get the desired effect of our logo is sliding under portions of our packaging. Now, I have the following issue.  We have grown and would like to release some mech in the form of tshirts... 'of various colors,' and therein lies the problem. If we just print the logo on say a blue shirt...

Why dose Adobe change all my word document to pdf. How do I stop this please

I opened an image as follows. You can see it has a transparent background:Then I click Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy the image. Click menu File->New.... In the dialog I select Clipboard and click "Create":In the new document window, I click Ctrl-V and I got this. As you can see, the image itself was pasted as expected, but the background are all white. I hope that the background can be copied as well, that is, the checkerboard in the source image which represents transparency. So, what is the correct operation to copy and paste in Photoshop with transparent background preserved? Or, if it is not possible, how can I convert the white background to transparency (i.e., checkerboard)? Thank you.PS: I am using Photoshop CC 2019 on Windows 10.PS2: I have spent a couple of days trying to learn to use Photoshop by paying and watching an online tutorial, but after so many days, the tutorial still refrains from telling me how to do it (even Ctrl-A was guessed out from other Windows sof

Has anyone published KDP paperbacks using AI images? I'm wondering if KDP will accept them. I haven't modified the images in any way. Thank you!

What step am I missing to make this function work? The snippets I am using are "click to go to frame and stop". When published, these buttons are not taking me to a new frame. I have the latest version of Animate CC and am using OS 10.11.6. Please help.

Hi, I am trying past the contents of one .ai file into a second file and have those contents align with an object. The original files contain a dieline layer as well as a couple of artwork layers, and the file that I'm pasting into has the exact same dieline. I want to paste in all of the layers from the original file and then be able to align all of the content so that the two dielines line up. And I want to do so without mis aligning the artwork from the dieline or merging layers. Is there a way to do this? Because the artwork bleeds over the dieline unevenly, aligning everything relative to the artboard is not an option.

I have just installed LRC desktop from within my new creative cloud subscription.  I want LRC to use (migrate?) my Lightroom 6.14 catalog, but before I can look for the migrate option as suggested in some help searches I am being prompted to upgrade the LRC catalog or choose another catalog?  Not sure what to do and I am paranoid I will destroy my current Lightroom 6.14 catalog before it gets input to and then the default catalog for my new LRC desktop?

If you open PDF files from within the Adobe internal file explorer the files will not show up under “recent files” when you try to attach in Outlook.   In outlook when you click “insert”, “Attach File” then look under “Recent Items” the list shows all recently opened items EXCEPT pdf’s.   (All PDF’s are missing)   This issue was a problem a couple of years ago but this seems to be a very recent change or issue.    Cause (as I’ve identified it)    If you open the PDF using windows explorer instead the files do appear in the recent file list.  (see below)   After opening from Windows Explorer the file shows up in recent items list

Photoshop's UI is way too small on Mac, and is wreaking havoc on my eyesight when switching between programs. The UI font size in preferences/settings is on Large, and is still nowhere near as large or visible as the interfaces in Indesign and Illustrator, which are set to small/medium.The UI scaling pref is grayed out and I can't seem to find a way to make it active. Mac OS display settings is set to Default 2560 x 1440.Why is Photoshop unable to acheive the same UI scaling that Indesign and Illustrator are capable of?
