Hola buen dia.

Hello:For at least the last three years I have been paying $29.99 per month for my All Apps Creative Cloud Subscription.Suddenly, last month, without any notice (yes, I check my spam folder), my bill increased to $59.99 per month. That's DOUBLE the price! It is impossible to contact Adobe, although the Help Center suggests that it may be the end of a trial period. I do not believe a trial period would have lasted three years.Has anyone else encountered a similar increase, and is the new price really $59.99 per month?Regards,Patrick

When animating in Photoshop, and moving the playhead left or right, it doesn't select the actual visible layer of the video group I'm working on, and I have an annoying message saying I can't draw on the layer on screen. I have to manually select the layer I see to be able to paint on it.Is it possible by script to automatically select the layer you see when moving playhead ?

I'm trying to download a mixamo animation for a Y bot character, but the site just hangs and takes forever to prepare the download. This happens only with the Y bot character, but that's the one I need.

I've figured out how to add lines directly underneath text by editing paragraph styles...but I'm trying to get a horizontal line to sit in the middle of two lines of text. Is there any way to do this or do I have to add each line manually?

Was just trying to open a .jpg and this keeps popping up. I've done everything under "Learn how to fix", deleted presets, disabled GPU excelleration, updated windows, updated graphics drivers, disabled graphics drivers, uninstalled, re-installed an older version, restarted my computer - I did everything. I checked the forums and it's all the same advice and mostly frustrated people in the comments with no resolution still even though Adobe has known since 2021 based on the dates of the posts. I guess my post is just to let Adobe know that the bug still persists. Unfortunately, I don't have anymore time to troubleshoot this. If I can't even fix it with an uninstall/reinstall, I'm going to have to cancel my subscription because Photoshop has been rendered useless.

Good afternoon community,I am having problems opening photos in webp format with photoshop elements 2024.  I have installed the plugin from the adobe website but it doesn't work. Is there any way to work in this format with this version of phostoshop?

I had to log in, then it wasn't obvious how to uninstall. I looked forever, turns out it uninstalled after logging, but this is infuriating and a waste of time. DO BETTER ADOBE, STICK WITH STANDARD UNINSTALLS AND DON'T USE UNINSTALL AS A MARKETING ATTEMPT.  I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER ADOBE DOES THIS.

I'm unable to open webp files in Photoshop Elements v. 13.1. I see that (in a Program Files folder for Adobe, Elements 13 Organizer, Plug-Ins, File Formats) I have a file that I must have added at some point, WebPShop_0_3_0_Win_x64.8pi, but it isn't helping. Today I searched and found a forum recommendation for a download from https://github.com/fnordware/AdobeWebM#download. I tried it, and it has two versions of the file WebP.8bi, for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Photoshop. So an obvious question: how do I know which version I have? But then I simply copied one version into that same plugin folder and rebooted. When that didn't do the trick, I deleted it and copied the other version and rebooted. Still no good. So second question is what else I can do. Thank you,

I thought I posted about an hour ago but nothing shows. How long before a new post appears?

Hi, I have a large image that I am cropping several pieces out of.  In terms of upres'ing these smaller images, Is it best to use LR super resolution and then export the smaller crops (upresing after if nec)?  Or is it best to output from LR and then upres?  What is the best way to upres if after LR? Mac 15.6.1PS 26.11.0LR classic 14.5.1

Hi everyone, My name is Andrii, and my Adobe Stock account was recently deactivated. I never intended to break any rules, and if something went wrong, it was due to inexperience. I’m ready to correct any mistakes and truly value the opportunity to contribute to Adobe Stock.I’d greatly appreciate any advice on how to restore my account!

Hi.  I am very confused as to what is happening with Lightroom.  I'm not getting any help from Adobe 'Chat' I just received an email stating any content on the cloud would be deleted in 14 days unless I purchase a plan including cloud storage.First question is - how do I know what is stored on the cloud?  I don't remember putting anything on the cloud.Secondly, I already have a plan that includes cloud storage. - and I pay a monthly subscription, so not expired as far as I know. (Photography Plan with 20GB storage). I have searched my emails and can't find anything explaining all this. I'm not technical - can I please just have some simple answers as to what might be happening, and what I need to do?    Thank you

Hello everyone! I created an Adobe PDF file from an Illustrator document that crashed my illustrator and lost all my progress.Fortunately, before it crashed, I created a review share link to send the file to others and it shows the full file that I worked on.Is there any way to recover the file so I could download it from the share link? It's all there in the shared pdf but not in my AI file anymore since it crashed Illustrator. I checked the recovered and auto-save files in my files (on a mac) and the only recovered file was the one I see when I open the file in Illustrator. It's hours of progress I'm losing, any help would be appreciated thanks!

When I download these product it comes up with an error Access Denied.

This has been infuriating for well over a decade now. Why, why, why, WHY can we still not create a table of contents INSIDE of Adobe Acrobat? This relatively simple task should not even be considered a "feature" at this point, but a requirement. PLEASE add this update.

How to prevent/remove the shadow that forms on a transparent background when you use chiseled text.  Files are for T-shirt printing so no faded or semi transparent parts of the image will work.  Workin on a PC.  Thank you in advance!

When working on a current PDF and opening a new PDF, I want the system to open the PDF in the current window of Acrobat PRO DC and to use the current size of the window. Instead it always resizes the current window to full screen.  I cannot find a setting whereby Acrobat keeps the current window size of the already opened PDF instead of resizing it. Any help?

I want to change my monthly plan into yearly how can i do this?

Will it still be possible to use Creative Cloud with Windows 10 after Microsoft discontinues support on 14 October 2025? Will programme updates still be available?

I can't seem to get my files sorted by filename. For example, I have 100 photos named MAY_1000.NEF through MAY_1100.NEF. For a select few, I run the files through Topaz Denoise, which renames that group MAY_1035-Edit.JPG, etc. When I try to sort the files by name, Lightroom puts the "edit" group at the end of the original files, instead of  adjacent to them. Shouldn't LR sort them like: MAY_1034.NEF, MAY_1035.NEF, MAY_1035-Edit.JPG, MAY_1036.NEF....? In other words, I'd like to sort by the first 8 characters rather than the randomized sort the LR currently does. Thanks,Jeff Hall - North Carolina

I cannot get my Neural Filters presets.  I am running Photoshop 2025 Version 26.11.0 on a MacBook running Sequoia 15.6.1.  I can click on Filters > Neural Filters.  I have successfully downloaded the Landscape Mixer.  I have a fully populated filter directory folder …/PHSP/26/internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/ which includes landscape and preset directories amongst others.  I have erased this directory structure and re-downloaded  the filter 3 times.  When I choose Landscape Mixer and then activate the button there are no presets, simply a large blank black panel.  I have logged out of Creative Cloud and all Adobe Apps and successfully logged back in 3 times.  When I launch Photoshop I show as logged in.  My internet connection is fast and stable. Can anyone help me with why presets do not show in Neural Filters.
