Greetings Adobe Community, on a users new PC with installed Adobe Reader and logged in Adobe Account, the Pro Features won't be installed. I just get something like "Unknown Error. We repeat the installation in the background", sorry if it's not the exact wording, the Adobe Reader is in german and the user unfortunately already left for today.We were giving the Adobe Reader approximately 20 hours over three days to try to install the Pro Features, but we still get the error message. What I've tried so far:- Reboot PC- Repair Installation- Uninstall per AcroCleaner > Also cleaned all folders that I could find- Relog the User Account- Switch to old view> I saw a community post from the start of 2024 where the user had an "Install Pro Features" Button under "Help" in the old view, but my user dont seem to have it.- Run Adobe Diagnostics and sent the information to them- Checked Eventlog but there was nothing that could might fit Do you guys know a way to either fix th

My personal account mazuba@gmail.com was used to host the organisation VIP account. Then we asked that we would rather we use an organisation email address mazuba.mwiinga@marysmeals.org We were told the personal account was removed. Now i have discovered that there two accounts hosting the VIP account with these two different emails. The problem is that, the apps cant be used after installing them. Now want to delete the personal account.

Hello, I am trying to integrate Adobe Sign with Salesforce for E-Signature. I have followed all the steps from the below Guide but still I am not able to see the button Send to Adobe Sign on Generate Document page in Salesforce. I have installed Adobe Sign Salesforce CPQ Connector version 1.8 and Adobe Acrobat Sign version 25.6.  Adobe Sign for Salesforce: CPQ (SteelBrick) Connector We had previously installed DocuSign a few years ago but discontinued it afterwards but the package is still there in our org. Could this be the reason behind this?

Hi, I'm a VERY long term Adobe user (from 2003) but a brand new noob to Express. I've just started using it on an iPad Pro with iPadOS 26. I noticed that in portrait mode, the app won't go full screen and resizing limits the app to landscape dimensions. I did see some posts from a while back (Dec 2024) but nothing recently. Is this a bug or current limitation of Express? Operating the iPad in landscape with two hands is very challenging (and I have looong fingers too!) 😂 Thanks.

How to upload my photos to generate with promt

I am running Windows 10 on a GTX 1080 Ti. I've had this issue since a very long time. The latest graphic drivers are installed (released 17/08/2020). XD is updated too. Crashes seem to happen randomly, ie when resizing a layer and even when just moving a layer. I cannot use XD at all because of this problem. If actively wanting to work on a project XD lasts no longer than 5 minutes before it crashes. I keep pressing the Send Report button after the crash since weeks but never heard back from anyone and the crashes  weren't fixed in the recent XD updates. What can I try to fix this problem?

Hi, I have an Adobe account and a subscription that I've already paid for. However I cannot use the Adobe Photoshop app. When I try to use the app and edit photos, the application tells me that I have to renew my subscription (but I already renewed it at the beginning of this month (September 3rd)). Could you tell me why could that be? Thank You in advance.

Hello, A simple question ... how set up Illustrator (or even Photoshop) to create graphics in HLG color space (Rec2100) which can be imported in After Effects or Premire that suits HLG color space images ?Even when i use color profile and set up in Rec2100 HLG, it seems to be converted ... For example, in my screenshot, the Rec2100 HLG footage is converted in rec709 in Photoshop (left image) and the color are not displayed as the HLG footage (right image)...Thank you !

After spending *DAYS* on a video, I click download and get this unhelpful, generic error. "We are unable to license some content." This is a complicated timeline and the message gives no clues as to what type of asset even is involved (music, static images, sound effects, or video stock). This is an absolute dealbreaker! 1) I'm simply using things that I have browsed through Adobe's library which it assures me is all licensed. 2) Where do I go from here? If I cannot depend on exporting a file, there's no point to using this software. I've tried individually deleting stock, to no avail. Please fix this!

I made sure there are no recognizable faces, logos, branded items, or any other items outlined in Adobe's terms for intellectual property. Any remaining legible text is totally generic without any identifiable information. They were still refused. I really like these photos - they're taken in popular a public park and scrubbed for anonymity, so would love to hear if anyone knows why these were refused for IP violation.

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community, I have noticed that some top seller accounts do not appear in the recent weekly top sellers list on Adobe Stock. I’m curious about what exactly causes a seller to be missing from these lists. Is it related to policy violations, account suspensions, or some other reason? As an active contributor, I want to understand what lessons I should take away from this to stay compliant and maintain visibility in the marketplace. How can sellers avoid pitfalls that lead to being dropped from top seller rankings or having assets removed? Also, I’m considering promoting my Adobe Stock portfolio through social media channels like Pinterest and Instagram. Is this practice considered legit and effective by the community? Are there any best practices or things to watch out for when doing such promotions to bring more customers to Adobe Stock? I would appreciate detailed insights and personal experiences from experts and seasoned contributors here. Thank you! Ashr
