Solved

After updating my MacBook Pro M1 to macOS 27.0 Golden Gate, Acrobat Pro DC won’t start anymore, neither clicking the app directly nor opening it via a PDF document. Is there any known fix yet?

Hi everyone,Since recent updates to Illustrator, the Control Bar no longer displays a linked image’s Effective PPI and Color Mode by default. Instead, this info has been hidden behind an info icon (ⓘ), requiring an extra click every time an image is selected. For prepress, print production, and high-volume graphic design, checking effective PPI and color modes across dozens of placed images is a constant daily necessity. Adding an extra click for every single check introduces a major bottleneck and seriously slows down my workflow.Has anyone found a workaround, custom script, or setting to keep PPI and Color Mode permanently visible on the Control Bar like in previous versions?Honestly, it feels like instead of moving forward, Adobe is going backwards with these recent updates—removing essential tools and hiding useful features that power users rely on daily for basic productivity. Thanks in advance for any tips or solutions!

Hello once again. Few days ago, I have come across a weird problem / glitch / crash that occurs that has never happened before. In an After Effects project that I am doing, I am planning on making the boomerang effect. Basically, I want to put slow-motion to a clip and then duplicate it, and reverse the duplicated layer, to give it an effect similar to boomerang. But something weird happens every time I do so. I want to give boomerang effect to different parts of a video, with the frame rate of 23.978. So in my first clip, I would pre-compose it, put twixtor pro to it (I put the frame rate of the video as it is in the twixtor, which is 23.978), then pre-compose again. Then I duplicated that pre-composed layer with twixtor inside it. I moved it right next to the 1st layer, and then I what I did was : right click > Time > Time-reverse layer. It worked perfectly fine. But then, I cut to another part of the video to make the boomerang effect with and also to put twixtor. So I did the

I’ve got an issue where Creative Cloud doesn’t recognise that I have Photoshop and Illustrator already installed on my Mac. The programs run fine by themselves, there is no issue there but because Creative Cloud isn’t recognising them it means I cannot perform any updates. When I look in the updates section, each program shows a button to ‘Install’ them.A couple of months ago I had the same issue, when I clicked ‘Install’ on both programs, all of my settings and workspaces were deleted. I can’t waste time again by rebuilding these, so I need the app to recognise that I already have them installed.I’m using Apple Tahoe 26.6.2, Creative Cloud 6.10.0.252.41, Illustrator 30.5.1 and Photoshop 27.4.0.

Can someone please tell me how to disable these “discover” pop ups that keep showing up in the top right hand side of my illustrator panel?  they get in the way of my work, usually are just advertising adobes firefly features, or trying to take over my work. (no, i don't want you to generate my vectors for me. I’m learning vectors don't take my learning away from me). please help. ive spent a significant amount of time trying to get rid of the pop ups and this one i cant figure out.

I am using the New Premiere (v26.0) version. I am unable to add any transitions from the Film Impact Dashboard. When i try to apply it between two clips, it gives me the following message: "Transition not applied on all clips or sides". Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm bitten yet again by Lightroom Classic's inability to move image files to my system trash.  I've gone through all the solutions I could find:Turned off Full Disk Access for Lightroom, restarted, turned Full Disk Access back on.Created an empty folder on the affected disk and trashed it.Created a Trash folder on the affected disk.I've run Disk First Aid on the disk. I still cannot move image files to my Mac's trash. I'm only allowed to permanently delete them. Are there any new solutions? Thanks for any help. MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1Mac Studio with Apple M2 Max

Hi,I have a PDF file of size 56.4 MB stored locally on MacBook's storage. The file has 12,697 pages which is all text. When I try to convert this PDF file to Excel, the Acrobat application simply hangs with no error messages. And at this point, I'm clueless what is going wrong, and how to fix this. I checked and my MacBook's memory usage is high, but less than the total memory of 16GB. Can help and guidance is much helpful?Peace!

Hello everyone,We have been experiencing issues with Adobe for some time now. Our users are working on an RDS server, and after a while they are no longer able to open PDF files with Adobe. When checking the Task Manager, we can see that each user has many Adobe processes running, sometimes up to 30 processes per user. The only way to get PDF files working again is either to manually close the Adobe processes from Task Manager or ask the user to log off and reconnect their session. We are currently running Adobe Acrobat 64-bit version 26.001.21529.

Hi everyone,I'm currently using InDesign (Beta) on my Windows PC because my SnapDragon X Plus processor isn’t compatible with the standard version of InDesign. However, since this morning, the application won’t launch anymore. I immediately get the following error message:"Your InDesign (Beta) build has expired."The strange thing is that I already have the latest available version installed, which is 20.6.Do you know when it will be possible to use InDesign (Beta) again? Will a new build be released soon so we can continue working with it?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, our domain is claimed and we enabled the Azure/Entra User Sync for SSO.Sometimes SSO does not properly because a person has two accounts for our domain.A business account (created by the Azure Sync) and a personal account which they created themselves some time ago when the domain was not managed. As a regulatory and legal requirement we need to get rid of those personal accounts.Either migrate their data to the company account or force the user to change the e-mail address to their personal one. How can this be done ?
