Are there basic controls for some minor photo editing light lightening photos that are too dark or anything?  Not looking for anything as extensive as Photoshop, just a few basics

I am having a really hard time trying to translate a simple document with Acrobat (no layout, only text)Amongst various problems, I will just address here the most urgent to be fixed:The PDF has 23 pages. I ask to translate to English (from Portuguese), this is what it shows me: ALL the 23 pages in Portuguese (which I do not need) + only the first 2 pages in English. Why is it repeating the pages in the original language and NOT ACTUALLY TRANSLATING the doc into English, which is what I need?  I am asking to TRANSLATE ALL PAGES:  Thanks.

I have a perpetual volume license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. My previous computer has failed and I can no longer access it to deactivate Acrobat. Please reset the activation for the inaccessible computer so I can activate Acrobat Pro 2020 on my new PC.

How do contact Adobe by phone?

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone from Adobe can help me with a refund for an unexpected charge. When I signed up for the Adobe Pro free trial, an AI Assistant plan was also added to my account without me realizing it. Since I only intended to subscribe to Adobe Pro, I assumed there was only one plan. One day before the trial ended, I cancelled the subscription shown in my account and received a cancellation email. I later realized I had cancelled the AI Assistant plan instead of Adobe Pro.I was then charged for the Adobe Pro for 2 months plan after the trial ended.I’ve seen a similar case here where the user received a refund. Could you please review my case and consider refunding the charge? I never intended to subscribe to the AI Assistant plan and genuinely believed I had cancelled my subscription before the trial ended.Thank you!

My company is experiencing e-signature request issue with multiple users for more than a week now. We were asked to the Registry Editor route to solve the issue, but it didn't work. Some users were able to request using the browser while others couldn't use it. Any recommendations?

I’d love to see an option to import only RAW and JPEG files without having to manually deselect all the videos on the card. It would be really helpful if imports could be separated or categorized by file type, with a dedicated option for photos vs. video.I know the current workaround is to manually copy the files into Lightroom or remove the videos from the card first, but having a built-in way to filter by file type would make the import process much quicker and more convenient. Just a small feature suggestion!

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription today. I noticed the e-wallet charge today. For information, I subscribed the plan on August 29th, and just cancelled the whole plan today on September 7th.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund. Thank you.

Hello, Adobe Team. So, a month ago I got this free trial for Adobe Creative Cloud and I tried that, then now I want to cancel it because I really don't have money to pay because since the first place I just need a trial and don't have any further plan to subscribe since I'm so poor right now I'm unemployed. I try the trial because I have this design commission and it needs some features from Adobe Illustration, so I grab the trial as my best chance.  So, I'm so confused right now because I can't cancel the plan and it says that if I do a cancelation I'll get the early cancelation fee which is I can't afford at all... so do you have a solution for me to cancel the plan without getting any charge? Because I don't use the app since the trial was end. Thank you so much beforehand and please help me out.😓

Hello everyone, I am having a strange problem with exporting to PDF. I am working on a print book cover for Amazon Kindle and the book cover I have looks fine in my InDesign Program. But then when I export to PDF (using the X-1A option) this strange shadow shows up beneath my name and behind the image on the Kindle Print Previewer. I’ve checked the transparency and I believe everything is 100% opaque (except of course for the border which is a PNG file). I tried adding a box with the cover color behind the image to no luck. Now I checked with someone on Amazon’s end and they said my image wasn’t flattened. When I tried “print to PDF” the grey shadow box thing disappeared. But of course I can’t upload the Print to PDF option in Amazon because there is no size option for the size of my cover (all the options in print to PDF are for very specific paper options).Does anyone know how to get rid of this shadow or what is causing it?

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that resembled a photo I had previously uploaded (in my opinion). Is there any chance my account will be reactivated? I filed an appeal one day after the account was deactivated, and there has been no response yet. I've checked the forums, and it might take at least six months. For your information, the stock photos I uploaded are my own photography, not AI-generated.Regard

Hi,I imported audio files and made new caption. It automatically generated transcript as well. After that, I changed script to text-based editing. However, even before and after the change, I cannot delete transcript.I wanted to delete it so that the audio file is cut automatically and I dont have to trim it by myself.Delete button is active, not greyed out, but even tho I click it, it is not deleted. What should I do?

Laurent.

Hi from Portugal! I really want to close my account and cancel my plan, but it's been very difficult, there's no contact center? In the page that I supposed would cancel my plan, the bottom is not there. Can you help me, please! Thks!

I have a monthly charge of $36.90 from Adobe that has been being taken out since August?! I wish I would've seen it sooner to get it stopped. I have checked under every email I have and I have no subscription to any plans. No email transaction receipts.. nothing! Trying to get customer service with Adobe is ridiculous! No email for support?!  And the AI chat is not helpful whatsoever.

Since I do not know what these payments are I need a confirmation showing that I approved these debits from my credit card.  My other option is to just stop any payment.

Most of the file type options are missing from my save menu. I cannot save JPGs unless I choose the 'Save as a Copy command. If I choose 'Save', or 'Save As...' I only see options to save as PSD, PSB, IFF, JPF, PNG, TIFF. I've noticed that for some files, I only have PSD, PSB, and TIFF.  I have my project set to 8-bit, RGB Color.I use photoshop regularly and this problem just started yesterday. The problem persists with all new projects I create.

Hi everyone, so I am trying to print my .pdf file in color, but it only prints out in black & white, even though it's in color on the screen itself.I made the .PDF in word and then converted it to a .PDF .. Could it be some word settings?I can print out other .pdf files normally in color, so it shouldn't be the printer settings. Everything is up to date, driver etc. What should I do?

I'm trying to open a .png file in Photoshop Elements 15 and I get the message: could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I took the portrait of Alvin and Chippy sitting on the sofa. I used AI tools to enhance the image. Chippy's blue eyes are real; they were not enhanced. Would this be considered an AI image or a photograph?

I typically manage my subscriptions through my Apple account’s subscription page. As the Adobe subscriptions did not appear there, I inadvertently overlooked them and therefore did not cancel in time. More broadly, I find the current pricing and subscription structure problematic. Encouraging annual subscriptions combined with early cancellation fees is not only uncommon, but also not sufficiently transparent at the point of subscription. This creates unnecessary friction and frustration rather than genuine customer retention. In my view, practices that rely on non-obvious terms to retain customers may work once, but they do not build long-term trust. In many jurisdictions in Europe, such structures would likely face stricter scrutiny under consumer protection rules. In Singapore, it appears that online subscription practices are less tightly regulated, which makes clarity and accessibility even more important. It is also concerning that it is difficult to locate a clear customer servi

Please see attached screenshot showing subheading working as it should and then, on the next instance, the indent changes. I cannot figure out why.

I have a problem with account setup when i try to add my phone number i get error An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.

Today, September 12, someone purchased 6 images and 2 videos within just a few seconds of each other. The “License Sold” type was listed as “Custom.” Most of the assets were related to biblical, ancient, and religious themes, with the exception of one asset featuring a modern architectural setting. I find this sales spike unusual because, during the two years I have been contributing, I have never had a day with this kind of sales activity from what appears to be the same buyer. I am assuming it may have been the same buyer because all of the sales had the same amounts: $0.79 for the images and $6.71 for the videos. My question is: what would be the most appropriate channel for me to contact Contributor Support to verify whether these sales are legitimate?

Having eliminated the old titler in Premiere, which had an automation in the management of scrolling text (Horizontal or vertical) in the new title section, I cannot find the automation to scroll a text horizontally but only vertically, unless don't use keyframes. Is there any automation in the new title generator or has it been eliminated entirely?
