Solved

I am experiencing a very similar issue and would like to know whether anyone has been able to resolve it successfully.I subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro on August 19, and on August 22 I received an email from Adobe stating:“We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Creative Cloud Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.”I have contacted Adobe Customer Support four times about this issue. Each time, I was told that because my account had been flagged for fraud, the subscription could not be reactivated and no changes could be made to the account. What is especially frustrating is that I paid the full subscription fee for an entire year, but I am unable to access the services I already paid for.I have not been given any clear explanation of what specific activity was considered fraudulent. I have also not been

MyCreative Cloud Pro subscription was cancelled due to suspected fraudulent activity. I purchased the subscription legitimately and I believe this is a false positive. Please escalate my case to the Fraud Prevention/Genuine Team for a manual review and restore my subscription.

Hello all,I am trying to select the red from the outline of a piece of text to then erase it, however it simply won't let me because the color range option is grayed out.I was using a layer mask to make a "fade-out" effect with the gradient tool, I found a Yahoo! Answers thread and the best answer was to go back to regular editing by right clicking on the masked layer, but the mask has already been merged with some layers so it's not there anymore. Even if there are no masks anymore the grayout won't go.This is really frustrating... if someone knows the answer don't hesitate to help me, I'd be grateful, thanks!

I would like to cancel my subscription by cancel my plan before payment due date, but no response and page is freezing

My account has been disabled and I don't have access to it; please help me delete my account email

Hi,I’m experiencing a blocking issue in Premiere Pro 2026: the mask outline is completely invisible in the Program Monitor. The mask itself works, but the outline/path is not visible at all.I’ve already tried the following: Turned Rulers OFF (Ctrl + R) Made sure Overlays are enabled Changed Program Monitor zoom and panel size Switched to Object/Shape Mask tool from the toolbar System: Premiere Pro: 2026 OS: Windows 11 GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 SUPER Drivers: latest NVIDIA Game drivers This bug is incredibly frustrating and breaks basic masking workflows. Is there any way to disable or uninstall just this new masking feature in Premiere Pro 2026 and revert to the previous mask behavior? Right now this new system is unusable for me.I also tested this on two other computers with similar specs and older NVIDIA (studio) drivers, and the mask outline is still not visible on any of them. The issue is reproducible across different machines.

Do I have downloaded the wrong version? Please for your help - what I'm doing wrong here?If I type only a number, it stays correct. I have been experiencing an issue when importing MP4 (and possible other types) of video files into LR, the actual capture time (verified in the actual metadata at the import source, such as a SD Card) is being advanced by 6 hours (I am in the West Coast US LA/Seattle zone). I intially suspected something wrong with the camera capturing the video, but upon further investigation this seems not to be the case, it occurs across multiple camers (DJI Drone, GoPro, Nikon DLSR). Still pics taken at the same times come across just fine. There are no presets that I know of being applied, I checked both my desktop installation (I dont even see an option for that) and the Mobile app (which has an option for RAW files - set to "use camera setings"). I am using the most current version (7.2 20240214-0910-27200e9 build) on desktop and V 9.2.0 in Android) although this problem has been happening for a while.  It happens on both WIN10 and WIN 11 OS machines. I have attached several files: a coupl

I am updating a document from two years ago. I’m attempting to convert Montserrat to the version served by Adobe fonts, and the Find/Replace Fonts dialog will not allow me to select all of the weights I have activated. The typeface appears to be split between two identical entries, both titled “Montserrat (OTF)” - one entry contains three weights, the other contains the remaining 15. When I attempt to replace the old, deactivated font in Find/Replace Fonts, I select the first of these duplicate entries, and I have the option below to choose between three weights. If I select the second of the entries, I can still only access those same three weights. There is no way I can see to select any of the remaining 15 weights of the typeface, so Find/Replace becomes useless and I have to manually make these changes across the entire document, and within all of the Paragraph and Character Styles.I have deactivated and deleted all other versions of Montserrat, only activating the Adobe Fonts vers

Hello,I have an active Adobe Creative Cloud Standard subscription. I recently downloaded 2 assets (images) with a Standard License from the Free category on Adobe Stock and incorporated them into a website design for a client. How do I properly transfer or assign this Standard License to my client upon delivering the final website?I would like to avoid requiring the client to create an Adobe Stock account just for these 2 free images. Is it sufficient to create a client transfer document/contract that explicitly lists the Asset IDs and hands over the usage rights for this specific project? In the event of a copyright compliance check (e.g., automated copyright crawlers), would this documentation along with the Asset IDs be enough for the client to prove legal usage? Thank you for your guidance!

hi, I'm trying to use Adobe Express and want to insert a rectangle shape and make this an exact size (2 in x 1.5 in). How do I do this?? I can so far only see how to drag the image arbitrarily to change the size.

It's all in the title. But here's a screenshot of the problem.Because of this problem, local AI functionality is much slower.I have already tried the troubleshooting steps on the troubleshooting page, but without success. This is intolerable considering that I pay for the subscription to this software.I've attached my dxdiag file.I'm also experiencing the same issue with Camera Raw versions 18.4.1 through 18.6. Only Camera Raw 18.4 still works correctly. And my NVIDIA driver is fully up to date with version 616.56, released yesterday.

Is it possible to export / save photos (Jpegs as well as raw files) to my external drive without any settings joining in on the export? I more or less just want to get the original file down to my computer, without it being affected by any changes. I’ll write a short explanation of my desired workflow / setup to hopefully further explain what I’m looking for. I want to use Lightroom cloud-based only, without involving Lightroom Classic. I start by importing my photo files into Lightroom (synced to cloud). I then cull the photos, deleting anything I don’t want. The remaining photos I rename, using a name structure which I like. Those photos are automatically saved to a local backup, sure, but I want more manual control over the folder structure etc. So basically all I want to do is save / export / download those remaining, renamed files, to my external hard drive. Is export using Original + Settings the only way to do this? Or can you name another way which doesn’t include sidecar files

Long time LR classic (windows 11 w/ networked 25T NAS) and med term LR cc user (on an iPad when shooting and on road) who has successfully been able to import, visualize, and edit pictures on both platforms using the synched feature and Adobe Cloud Storage. The work flow is 1)import pictures from my Canon camera directly into a new folder in LR classic and onto the 25T NAS with the same folder name for permanent storage with a copy to a 4T external HD (with additional redundancy by weekly automatic upload into the Amazon Glacier S3 Cloud Storage). 2) create a collection (same name) from the new folder  and sync to Adobe Cloud Storage (1T). 3) I edit on any device (windows computer, IPad,iphone, web) and all are synched.  Problem is when I go the other way when I'm on the road shooting and want to edit before i arrive home. Workflow is:1)import pictures from my Canon camera directly into a new album in LR cc and sync to Adobe Cloud Storage (1T). Edit away2)when i return home, I log onto

I have a scanned document, a simple list of text. It's crooked, and I want to straighten it.I know that the 'enhance PDF' will produce a list of options, one of which is 'deskew.' I've done that. It didn't help; the document is still crooked. Am I missing something? I just want to rotate the whole image by a small amount; I don't really care if it's automatic or I have to do it. Acrobat Pro DC for Mac, Yosemite 10.10.5. The scan was with a cheap HP all-in-one, if that matters, but it shouldn't.Thanks,/s/ Rankin Johnson IVrankin@briefwright.com

I need to automatically call a JavaScript function when a Captivate course first loads. IIRC this was somewhat possible in Classic Captivate, but I haven’t been able to find a way to do it in New Captivate. I know I could manually edit a call into the generated HTML, but I’d prefer a solution that didn’t require manual intervention after every publish.Thanks.

I have Photoshop 21.2.4 When I select the Elliptical Marquee tool the Path button does not show up. I'm trying to write text in a circle.  If I select the Pen tool the Path button shows up

We always make animations in AE and export to .mp4.However, we'd like to learn how to import our AE project in to a software programme and export to .SVG (export to SVG from AE would be nice)What is the correct work flow for this task? And indeed, what is the correct Adobe package or other?Animated GIFs and .swf files aren't quite right. This is just for simple animated logos for the time being. On a transparent layer even. Are SVGs limited to line art?All help appreciated!Matt

Moving MasterCollection CS6 from a laptop that has Windows 11 Home to a laptop that has Windows 11 Pro; CS6 was properly deactivated on the former. Windows 11 Pro does not allow the installation to complete; after a restart, the laptop enters a deadlock repair loop and, as a result, has to be completely reset. Any attempt to reactivate CS6 on the previous laptop running Windows 11 Home using a valid serial number was unsuccessful, as the system claims that the maximum number of computers allowed has already been exceeded. How can I reactivate CS6?

I've designed websites for small businesses for the past 15 years and have used Photoshop to support this work. I originally purchased a Photoshop CS4 Extended license then upgraded to CS5 Photoshop a few years later. I have been using the single Photoshop CS5 license for over 10 years and have installed it on many different PC's and on as many as 3 different PC's at any given time, with never any issues. Up until a month ago, all my PC's have been running Windows 10. So because support for Windows 10 is stopping in a few months I thought it would be best to upgrade to Windows 11, at least on my main business computer that supports my website business. Unfortunately, it turned out that this hardware was incompatible with a Windows 11 upgrade so I decided to purchase a new Windows 11 PC from Dell instead. So during the configuration of this new business PC, I started installing and configuring my applications, including Photoshop CS5. Again, there wasn't any problem with this installati

Too hard??  I have been using Adobe products for 20 years and never had a single problem highlighting a pdf.  Today I find I can't highlight a PDF and I really need to.  I have spent the entire day, its now 3:30pm, trolling the internet trying to find out how to highlight and Adobe PDF document.  Epic fail Adobe.
