Solved

I havent been able to cancel my subscriptions since re-installing my creative cloud due to security issues. I'm able to subscribe to new apps, but not able to unsubscribe to them. The Creative Cloud is already white listed in my network's firewall.

I often have to grab images from google images or other sites. It doesn't matter what type the image is, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, often the Adobe programs I use will tell me the images have "a broken header" or "is corrupted" or in the case of PNGs "isn't a real PNG" but will work perfectly fine in other similar programs like DaVinci Resolve or GIMP. It's not consistent and it's seemingly random, but I often have to repeatedly use image conversion websites to convert them to PNGs despite some of them already being PNGs. I use the normal method of saving the images (right click > save image as), is there a way to save the images that has a higher chance of working in Adobe apps that preserves quality and transparency in the case of PNGs?Also does anyone have any idea why the errors of broken images keeps happening?(I'm posting this to the Premiere Pro board because it's the adobe app I use the most)

When many tabs are open, some become hidden, making it difficult to drag and drop a layer into a hidden document. It would be helpful if Photoshop could automatically scroll through the tabs during a drag-and-drop action or provide another simple way to drop the layer onto a non-visible tab.

Dear Adobe Support, I am writing to request a refund for my Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB subscription. I recently cancelled my subscription, and I received a confirmation email stating that my service will end on 12-November-2024 (PT). The reason for this cancellation and the late payment is due to financial difficulties I am currently experiencing. I understand that if the payment had failed for a third time, the subscription would have been cancelled by Adobe. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the remaining 364 days of the subscription period. I understand that Adobe's policy may not typically allow refunds after 14 days, but I hope you can make an exception in this case. I have enjoyed using Adobe Creative Cloud, and I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter. Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me to process this refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.&nb

I can't change my current plan (Photography Plan) or add any new apps to the existing one. My last annual payment was processed 3 months ago successfully yet the only option I have when going into "Manage Plan" is an option to cancel it. No options for changing or adding anything. Why? How to fix this?

Hi there, I have come to the understanding that I am not on top of my backing up of photos game. 😞 My phone got stolen & I have lost enourmouse amount of pictures taken over the last 2 years. Now in the recovery process I was hoping that my edited pictures would be attached to my light room account, I do have the paid subscription.  However after logging in, I discovered I was mistaken.  1)How does it work to back up file with light room, is there a way to access previous edited / uploaded content.  2)& then how is the best way to go about preserving pictures, I dont love the cloud - but are starting to feel like that's the only option ? All school hard drive backups, obviously only work when you religiously get to them. Hope you'll have some insight:) (Samsung user)

As shown in the screenshot attached I don't seem to have the scans documents which I scanned from my mobile adobe scans app, neither an accessibility to the cloud documents from Adobe Acrobat Pro DC home page.Note that:I have reinstalled the app and nothing changedlatest update installed from the CCboth the desktop app and mobile scan app are logged inI remember having this option before but not sure when it went missingI am running windows 10

Terima kasih sebelumnya!

Hello,I want to clarify, is it allowed for two separate accounts, one belonging to me and one to my brother, to be created and maintained on different computers but using the same internet connection?Thank you.

Hello,I am experiencing a severe and persistent issue with my After Effects 2024 (v25.3.2) installation on Windows 11. The global JSON object is consistently undefined in ExtendScript, which prevents JSON.parse() from working. This is a fresh, clean installation performed just two weeks ago, and this is the first time AE has been used since.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Ran a simple diagnostic script (typeof JSON, JSON.parse('{"key":"value"}')) - consistently reports JSON is undefined.Launched AE as Administrator - no change.Confirmed only Windows Defender is active; temporarily disabled it - no change.Performed a hyper-meticulous clean reinstallation of AE and Creative Cloud components (using Cleaner Tool option 16 - Clean All). The Cleaner Tool itself completed with errors ([Error 13] Access is denied, [Error 41] Directory not empty, etc. for various Adobe paths/files), suggesting locked files or deeper corruption. Even after this, JSON remains undefined. My

When I go from Lightroom to Photoshop, I check the save Lightroom additions and they appear in Photoshop with the Lightroom adjustment, as they should. When I return to lightroom all is well, BUT, when I go to Photoshop the second time from Lightroom and also back-checking the save Lightroom adjustments  are missing. Why is this?

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there is a way to remove vector (gradients, shadows etc.) and raster (sometimes with clipping mask) beyond certain dimensions altogether. So far we are using different methods like cutting vectors with shape builder or pathfinder, more complex vectors we need to rasterize then crop it to fit into  predefined dimensions, its long and tedious work.I was hoping there is a faster way to to this with maybe a plugin or diffrenete methods that I dont know yet. Please see png attached (exmaple). A. is what we get from our costumers.B. is what we should get as the final result. Please see - blue line.pngThis is what we usually get and there shouldn't be anything (vector, raster) beyond the blue line.

Hi thereI had been using this scan app just fine until I got a new phone (16) and I repeatedly get the error  to switch to full screen mode with no other prompts or instructions.  I followed all the instructions provided online and nothing. I use this almost everyday for work so please fix it. and yes I updated the app and set display to default and restarted and and and …if there is a post on this already it did not come up on a site search.

Hi. I recently switched to a new email and i was wondering how can i keep or get access to my old scans? Deleted my old email address. Adobe account still works but cant access my email.

When I want to delete markers in my project, it also deletes the footage in the sequence with them when there is an in-and-out selection in the sequence. It only deletes the footage, not the other clips. So I need to put the in-and-out section at the end of the sequence to now delete my clips. Took me quite a bit until i figured that out.

Hi friends!I would like to hear suggestions from the members about the best way to make a consistent task list that I can check and Uncheck as I proceed in my long document. In other words I would like to write the tasks for **each page** that I have to complete and be able to mark them as completed and then I could walk through the document to see which pages of outstanding tasks that I have to complete.I understand that I could theoretically use notes to mark what I have done what I have to do but it doesn't seem that that is the correct way to do things.Tahnk youSF

Hello! I can see this has been asked previously in multiple variations however I am still a bit confused with how best to set up FPS and subsequent workflow when editing in APP.  As a hobbyist I create Travel vlogs from our family trips. Think driving, landscape panning, kids action, drone footage etc. Sometimes I might slow down some action, or waves or something, or kids jumping, sometimes I speed up driving scenes, walking etc. Very basic editing at this stage.  I initally thought it was best to film at 120fps so as not to get choppy driving footage however understanding now that maybe 60fps might be sufficient and a better balance between smooth action and potential slow motion?  Is it best to then set the sequence up to as what will be exported? 30fps? Or set sequence to 60fps and export to 30fps? I'm finding chopping preview at high FPS which is making it hard to edit. (render can be done but to time consuming).  If I do shoot anything at 120fps , is it ok to

I have a series of documents that are used regularly, that have four pages in the middle that contain text fields for the user to add information (all other pages have fields too, but those will always be filled out and will always need to be printed).  Each document is 15-20 pages long and the four pages I'm concerned with are in the middle somewhere (for this example, we can say they are pages 3,4,5, and 6).  If a user fills out the form but only needs to complete pages 3, and 4, is there a way to make a print button that will print every page except the two pages with text fields that have no user data (in this case, pages 5 and 6)?  I'm trying to avoid having users print two pages without data, and also trying to avoid users having to go to  the organize pages tool and delete pages before printing.  I know they could choose print page range and choose to print pages 1-4 and 7-15, but they won't.  I'm just hoping someone has a print button that avo

This is on Mac Sequoia. Adobe PS 26.4.1 Old droplets run. But now when I try and create new ones, I get this error that says droplet is broken, would I like to move it to the trash. How might I fix this latest in a (rant) long history of PS droplets breaking? steps in this droplet are: resize to 50%, save as PNG. Close.    thanks

Mac Studio、 Apple M4 Max、macOS Sequoia 15.5、Apple Studio Display、Indesign 2025を使用。
