I have a map that gets updated by location. I've been asked to make the locations alpahbetic and whenever a new place gets added it messes up the structure. Is it possible to link these locations below to the numberical points on the map, so that it will keep the format structured after editing? It would save me a lot time in future  🙏

There are no views in my account. I entered the relevant words of the artworks I am selling into the system correctly. Yes, it is difficult to sell in a short time, but is it normal for there to be no views?https://stock.adobe.com/ca/contributor/207272937/fatih-sezer-uzun-art

I have a series of paragraph styles and character styles. When i go to create a new text frame, it defaults to a specific paragraph AND character style. I don't know why it started doing this but I want the default characters style to be "none." How do i do that?

Is there anyway to assign a keyboard shortcut to Select Clips to End of Session? This would really take off so much time in editing of just going over to Edit > Select

I've been paying for this subscription since 2016 and have been using the apps just fine until today. The subscription re-upped yestarday but I'm not able to access any of my apps in either browser or my desktop. I navigated to "Adobe Account" from the Creative Cloud Desktop and it took me to my account home page showing my plan "Creative Cloud all Apps 100GB", has the correct payment info, shows it was just paid, shows all the apps I SHOULD have access to. I then navigate to "Access your apps and services" from that page and it shows the apps I should have access to as "free trial" or "buy". I've logged in using the same email on both browser and the app for Windows 10. I have no other accounts using any plans or free trials. I tried contacting customer service and didn't get anywhere. Has anyone else been able to resolve this?

the video is only 5 second long and in mp4 format. I click to add a video and it says it can take a few minutes as its turning it into a web friendly format. however this freezes the screen and i cant click on anything.

Hi all,Today, I needed to run InDesign 2024 on my Mac, and no matter what I tried, it would always 'hang' during launch (showing a 'what's new screen' and giving me the spinning beach ball). Resetting prefs and all that did not help.I managed to get past the problem by temporarily disconnecting my network (I am on Wifi, so I just turned off the Wifi for a minute), then launching InDesign 2024, and then re-activating my Wifi connection.I suspect that InDesign has some deadlock issue when it is trying to reach out to Adobe's welcome screen servers. Any which way - hope this helps!

I'm having issues with Mirror/Isolation mode -which I am new to.I used pen tool to create a graphic using the Mirror feature. Worked as expected. After I saved the file, I can no longer Edit or even select the drawn graphic. I am on the selected layer, which is visible,  but can't select or edit any of the vector points. I exited then re-entered "Isolation Mode" -no change. Not really an intuitive interface in this mode. (illustrator 29.5.1 - Mac). Nit sure what I did to disable editing with this. Just simple vector lines in a single layer.Suggestions? Thanks

Hello, I have made a sequence, so when I play it I am in "program monitor" at right.I would like to create subclips from "program monitor" (and not from "source monitor"). But I see that I cannot do it (create subclip is greyed). Have you a solution ? PS : I prefer to do it from program monitor because the sequence is more short (2h) than the video in source monitor (4h).

Hi Everyone, Substance noobie here. Looking for help with seams. Basically, I am struggling to get the clone stamp tool to behave as I think it should.  So this rock is divided into 2 sections. As you can see, we have a seam running right through the middle. When I clone-stamp it sort of works. From a distance, it does not look too bad. But up close and under certain high-contrast lighting conditions, the seam is still very apparent to me. My worry is when making assets that are intended to be large/walked upon, these seams would be noticeable as the player/user will potentially be in close proximity to (or standing directly on top of) them. I make stuff for second life, VR chat and so forth and people can be very fussy about visible seams because you can basically walk up to objects and face-hug them. So I try to get thigs as perfect as possible. Am I being too much of a perfectionist? Is this expected behaviour? I realize I am close enough to the object to li

I'm struggling a bit to understand some quality issue rejections. I'm uploading a variety of photos that I took, without Adobe Stock in mind when I took them, to try and figure out what the reviewers consider "quality issues". Could you please give me some feedback on this image. Thanks.

Hi, I've already lost most of my credits trying to bring a woman from my image to life. What's wrong with the description below that AI doesn't understand it?  "Bring the woman in the image to life with natural movements. Her hair gently moving in the wind, with a soft mist rising around her"

Hi, there is no "defringe", "manual defringe" when I try to copy the settings. Remove Chromatic aberration doesn't do the necessary job, and when I copy the entire lens correction, the manual adjustments are not being copied, which forces me to manualy do it in all pictures that need editing. Could this please be fixed?

Hi.I've been Googling and YouTubing this and all the info I can find is about 3D camera solving. Here's what I want to do: I have some footage of someone turning their head, and I want to put a 3D model of a hat on them that follows the movement of the head. Is this even possible? Would camera solve work for this? Or just a normal Motion Track with position and rotation? I've tried the latter quickly and I can't seem to get results. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. So first, is it even possible? If yes, anyone know how I could go about it?Thanks

Photoshop CS5 (latest update) will not allow me to select a layer mask. For example, I have a pixel bearing layer with a layer mask and want to use refine mask. I click on the mask and nothing happens. The layer (not the mask) remains active. Blue is the color that shows a layer is active on my computer, and after I have clicked unsuccessfully on the layer mask the blue color changes to grey. When I attempt to choose any layer now, instead of blue I get grey. I have reset Photoshop preferences which did not solve the problem, so I even uninstalled Photoshop, reinstalled and updated it, and still have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Is there a way, using guided actions, to batch convert jp2 to jpg without the "do you want to save changes to filename.pdf" promt popping up for each file? Isn't a very automated process with that manual interaction requried.

I work for a video game developer and I am always having problems with footage glitching in both After Effects and Premiere. The source footage does not glitch at all.In After Effects, some clips will glitch when I export or just pre-render.In Premiere, it can sometimes glitches in the preview window and on the timeline. In both cases, the workaround has been to replace footage with a different clip temporarily and the replace it again with the proper footage. This either fixes the issue or glitches then happen again in DIFFERENT spots. This is annoying but it works... BUT, now I have a project which has 12 clips on the same screen. 2-3 of them will glitch, so I do my workaround, but then others will then glitch and this keeps happening.I uploaded a video on YouTube as an example. The following monsters glitch:- Top Left (Towards the end of the video)- Bottom Left (Shortly after appearing)- 2nd row, 3rd monster in (Shortly after appearing)Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've created a master page but it isn't appearing on the page when I exit master pages

Hi everyone, my e-mail address currently has 2 Adobe-Accounts or rather versions of accounts that are active. One is a business-account which my university is the admin of, I think. The other one is a private one which I just now created and booked the student-plan for, because the business-account will be deactivated several days ahead from now. When people want to share files with my mail-address, which of these accounts will get access to them? Or can I choose with which I want to access the shared file?Does anyone know? Thanks for your support!

Hi,I’m currently using AdobeSign to send multiple documents to clients for signatures. I would like to prepare a monthly summary email that includes a list of all pending signature requests, along with direct links for each client to complete their signatures. Is there a way to generate or retrieve these signature links for each pending document? Specifically, how can I copy or access the original AdobeSign email links that were sent to clients? Thanks!Manruch

We are trying to set up a mini spreadsheet in an Adobe Sign template and only want the subsequent columns of each row to appear if the first column in the row has some text input. Is there a particular condition that should be used to check to see if a text field is not empty or null? Thank you.

After recently updating photoshop, I now have these blue boxes appear around anything I hover over. I can temporarily disable them with cmd+H but if I transform a layer it reappears. I would like to fully disbale this feature I dont want the blue boxes.

All windows in Premiere 2025 (And AE 2025) except for the main welcome page show up nearly all white with no selectable buttons available. It is impossible to change any settings, create projects, or do anything. I ran into the issues on a different computer several months ago and am now experiencing the same issue on a different system.1. Premiere 2025 V 25.2.32. Windows 11 Enterprise v 24H2AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-Core Processor 4.50 GHz128gb RamNvidia RTX 4080 v 576.023. Open Premiere and open an existing project or start a new one, white windows appear. If you choose to not open a project or start a new one and close the welcome window, the upper tabs are available to select in the main window, but all of them open other white windows where you can't do anything.
