I am trying to use transform/warp with split points.  I am able to add the points needed however when I try to select multiple with the shift key Photoshop exits without any error.  I see this in 27.9.1 and 28.0.  I am on a Mac mini running an M4 processor, Tahoe 26.5.1, 24GB of memory.  I have tried to disable the GPU which made no difference.

Hello Adobe Stock Team,     I currently have 20 approved photos in my account.     I cannot see the Vector upload option in my account.     There is also a blue banner that says "AI and EPS uploads are temporarily unavailable".    The email address stock.contributor@adobe.com is also bouncing back.     Could you please enable Vector upload access for my account?     Thank you very much for your help.

While this post shows VLC and Premiere looking almost exactly the same, my VLC looks washed out compared to Premiere. I am going to show this in theaters. They may not have the DCP, just a video projector which plays mp4, perhaps some other formats. Which is the best mp4 player? I have a DCP player on my other computer. What should I do?VLCPremiere Pro PlayerPost showing Premiere and VLC the same

Hi everyone,I'm using Illustrator to create product graphics and promotional visuals for an e-commerce website. One of my recent projects includes designing graphics for Top Flite golf gear, and I want to keep the artwork clean, scalable, and consistent across different product pages.Do you have any tips for organizing files, using symbols, or setting up export options for web graphics? I'd love to hear any Illustrator workflows or features that have helped you save time while maintaining high-quality results. Thanks in advance!

I am a long-time Adobe Stock Contributor with an established portfolio and images currently available for sale.I can no longer access my Contributor account because the email address associated with it was permanently discontinued by the email provider. The entire domain/email service was shut down, so the email address and inbox no longer exist.I contacted Adobe Customer Support, but they suggested creating a new account. This would not solve the problem because I need access to my existing Contributor portfolio, sales and earnings.I have also tried Adobe's account recovery using my current phone number, but it is not associated with the old account.I am happy to provide identification, tax/payment information, portfolio information or any other documentation necessary to prove ownership.Could an Adobe employee or Community Manager please help me escalate this to Contributor Relations for manual account recovery?Thank you.

I have already changed the email on my personal account, but the two PLANS I have, Stock and Creative Suite still have my old email address. I’m about to shut that old email down. How do I update those two PLANS? I don’t see anywhere to change the PLAN email vs the person/account email.

While uploading Vector File (eg. EPS) a warning message shows at the top saying file had upload errors. Here is a screenshot of the warning.I have communicated with my friends who are also a contributor, they all admitted that they faced similar issues while uploading files. And they couldn’t resolved it anyway.

I canceled my Adobe subscription back in June 2026, and I was required to pay an additional fee for canceling before the end of my contract. Even after receiving a confirmation email stating that my subscription was canceled, I was still charged for both July and August.I have tried calling Adobe multiple times to resolve this issue, but every time I call, the automated system says, “Thank you for calling Adobe. Goodbye,” and then immediately hangs up.I would like these unauthorized charges for July and August to be refunded, since my subscription was already canceled and I have confirmation of the cancellation.

I would like to be able to lock photos from being edited further and/or deleted in shared albums. As well as a way to locate duplicate images in Lightroom CC.

I’m working on a Visual Music film that uses Audio Amplitude layer keyframes created through Audio Layer > Keyframe Assistant > Convert Audio to Keyframes. The result is one linear keyframe per frame (@ 24 fps). Because its desired to act as a switch to turn on/off I’ve converted all the keyframes to hold keyframes. These key frames will be used to turn the opacity of a shape layer on and off to synchronize graphics to audio. The desired value of the keyframes should be restricted to 0 (off) or 100 (on). Keyframes of any value of other than 0 or 100 are to be deleted.I worked up an algorithm by hand processing the keyframes. But since there are over 1000 keyframes to be processed I’d like to automate the process with a script. An elaborate interface is not necessary, the goal is get the keyframes processed to get on to making the film. The workflow:    •    Prompt user to select a range of keyframes.     •    Create array of keyframe values from selection.     •    Set first keyfra

I'm experiencing a massivly annoying issue in Adobe Audition 26.3.0.79 on a MacBook Pro (M3 Max, 36 GB RAM).Issue:Audible scrubbing works normally when I first open Audition. However, after working for a short time in a Multitrack Session, audible scrubbing suddenly stops working completely.Normal playback continues to work perfectly. Audio output is fine. Only the audible preview while dragging the playhead disappears.I can reproduce the issue after actions such as:Zooming into the timeline using the MacBook trackpad (pinch gesture) Sometimes after using Shift + Backspace ("Delete and Close Gap" / Ripple Delete)Once the bug occurs:Playhead still moves normally Playback works normally Audio files are fine Only audible scrubbing is goneThe only way to restore scrubbing is to completely quit and restart Audition. After restarting, scrubbing works again until the bug occurs again. This makes precise podcast editing almost impossible.System:Adobe Audition 26.3.0.79 MacBook Pro 16" (Nov 2023

I've never understood how to copy and paste from pdf to word without getting the line return characters which mess up the formatting. Why doesn't text flow from line to line as it does in a normal word processor? Why does adobe insist on copying the newline character when you paste from pdf to another application? This must be the dumbest feature in the world. If there's a way to copy and paste from a pdf in plain text, without line breaks, please please tell me how. Thanks

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription.I signed up for the Adobe Lightroom free trial, and after the trial period ended, I started getting charged for two subscriptions: Lightroom for R$50.00 and Adobe Stock for R$235.00—one I didn't even know I had.Right after the free trial period ended, I tried to cancel the subscription to avoid being charged; however, after searching the entire site, I couldn't find an option to cancel anywhere—it only stated that the subscription would be suspended if the payment could not be processed. So today, August 7th at 5:57 AM, I notice the charge on my card for the Lightroom subscription. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

I started a free trial in late December of last year, but unfortunately I forgot about it and didn’t realize the trial had ended. Since then, it appears that the subscription has been attempting to charge me each month, but my payment method hasn’t gone through. I’ve received an invoice for each month, but it says that I haven’t actually paid anything.I’m trying to cancel the subscription now, but when I try to cancel it, I’m being told that I need to update my payment method first. I’m worried that if I add or update my payment method, I’ll immediately be charged for all of the previous months that weren’t successfully paid.I don’t want to continue the subscription, and I also don’t want to accidentally authorize charges for all of those previous months. Is there another way for me to cancel the subscription without updating my payment method or being charged for the unpaid invoices?

Why it is now very hard perhaps impossible to contact Adobe support by sending email to support@adobe.com Days, weeks almost 3 months, I have not yet received answers from Adobe. Is there anymore know what other email address that can be used to contact Adobe Support Centre?  Rgds, Budi

I canceled my account, but it didn't happen and the fee was withdrawn from my account. I already have an Adobe account because of my school email. I want a refund request. I would be very happy if you could help me. I am still a student.

Subject: Urgent Refund Request – Unauthorized $99 ChargeDear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to formally dispute a $99 charge that was deducted from my bank account today, 8 August 2026.On 12 June 2026, I started what I understood to be an Adobe trial. At no point was it clear to me that I was committing to a paid subscription after the trial period. I was not aware that I had been enrolled in a paid plan, and I did not knowingly authorize a $99 payment. What is particularly concerning is that the amount was deducted from my bank account today without any prior notification or clear reminder that a paid subscription was about to begin. I also have not used any Adobe program or service during this period.I therefore consider this charge to be unfair and unauthorized from my perspective. I did not intentionally purchase a $99 subscription, nor did I knowingly agree to have this amount deducted from my bank account.I respectfully request that Adobe:Cancel the subscription immediately, if o

I’m an enthusiastic amateur at using LRc, needing help. I have an external 4TB SSD which houses a few thousand images (over 3TB) and the associated catalogue files. I bought 2 x 6TB external SSDs and configured them in Raid 0 because the drive at Point 1 is nearing capacity. These were far cheaper than buying a larger single drive. I have copies of original images safely stored in the cloud. I’m about to go on a photography trip which I will need space for about another 2TB to 4TB. My goal is to move the current 4TB to the Raid Drive, and put the associated LRc files on my internal M4 Mac Mini. Despite reading up on and watching videos of helpful ‘stuff’, I'm not confident or clear how to undertake this 2-part transition correctly without at least one ‘wheel’ coming off.  In summary, how do I effectively move my images to the external drive and move the catalogue files to my internal drive? Many thanks in advance for your help!

I just switched from Photopea to test Photoshop (again after few years). Rectangular Marquee tool:I’m working on sprite sheets with pixel precision. I need to select some things and I need to be pixel-perfect. In Photopea I can just start selection zoom out and zoom in the different part of canvas and just end selection there. In Photoshop when I zoom out tool already lost my selection starting point because CTRL+ALT+scroll down moves my selection in different places. I can’t even zoom in somewhere else because with this tool I can zoom in and zoom out in the same place without moving.Brush/Erase tool:When I click brush/erase in one place and zoom out and zoom in somewhere else and I click with shift - there is no straight line, just another brush/erase point. Why?In my workflow dynamic zooming in and out is very important and it makes my work much faster.I just installed Photoshop and I have default settings.

Does anyone here still use the Live Tracing feature? If so, can you please share some examples of how, and why you use it?Thanks

Hi Adobe team, It would be great if Premiere Rush on mobile could include basic audio effect presets for music. Nothing too complex — just a few simple, one-tap filters to make music sound like it’s playing in different spaces: Church / Hall reverbBass Boosted / drowned outConcert / Live soundLo-fi / Phone speaker  Just simple presets, not full audio engineering — It gives the audio settings a bit more personality. Something lightweight that won’t overload the app or crash the phone. Thanks! — knox angel
