I create a 42 page pdf and images are missing.  The error is “Version 4 ICC profiles were converted to Version 2 ICC profiles during pdf export.  Error encountered while ready tiff image.”  The indesign file is a file linked with other indesign files.  No error occurs when creating pdfs individually from each of the indesign files, so images are not damaged. Is it a indesign glitch or a acrobat glitch.

Quería probar la versión premium de 7 días pero me he dado cuenta que me han cobrado ya la suscripción para el mes. Y no creo que la vaya a necesitar.

I am updating an old document and the color palette shows the PMS colors with CMYK preview. This is “probably” all right but when I use Pantone Connect to add the colors again using the spot color, they won’t update. I can add a new PMS color but I’ve tried putting the art into a new document, making a color swatch in a blank document, and several other options and nothing is work. In the screenshot below, the Pantone colors on top are what were already in the document (2016) and the CMYK equivalent is what happens when I click on Add to Swatch from Pantone Connect but the color below (PANTONE 4072 C) adds as I would like these other colors to be in the document (see preview icon on the right).Any idea what might be happening here? The document is CMYK but that shouldn’t prevent me from adding PMS colors to it (at least, it never has before).

Greetings, I have an employee who is receiving fillable PDF forms for work via email. When opening file preview on the form within Outlook Desktop the form is displayed and the field data is in the fields designated. When opening the PDF with Reader or Acrobat Pro the forms field data is blank. Clicking on fields to highlight test does not reveal anything, and trying to insert a space and delete the space within the field nothing is revealed. When opening the file with MS Edge, all the forms field data is then viewable. I have another employee that was able to open the same form using their Acrobat XI and was able to view the field data as well. With opening the PDF's via Edge, we are able to print form to MS Print to PDF and upon doing so and opening with Reader or Acrobat Pro the form data is viewable.  I have checked the versions of Reader and Acrobat Pro and both are up to date as well. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am trying to re-edit a video in Premier Pro.  Using keyframes and opacity changes I am fading several video clips out.  Everything looks and plays well in the timeline but when I export, the opacity fades just snap to black. This is happening on my laptop, and on my desktop with completely different project files.I have tried the following;Toggle Composite in linear colour.Have tried using software encoding.Have tried unchecking Maximum bit depth and maximum render quality.Have tried rendering before export.Have tried nesting.Have tried checking Include Alpha I am working with Notch LC Thank you for any help.

when I used Save As or Print to PDF, the comments were included in the saved PDF. However, now when I use Save As or Print to PDF to create a new PDF, only the document is saved—the comments are not included.

I would like to type in a box of a particular width, and for text that spills over this to automatically move below it, just like when you run out of space at the edge of the page in microsoft word and the like. When I change the size of my text box it changes the scale of the font and if I make a return to make it appear as though it has done what I want, the return is so large that it looks weird. Is there an easy solution?

Hi,I took a free trial for 14 days. I cancelled the subscription prior to the expiry date. My Google play store clearly mentioned that the subscription was cancelled. However, on the expiry date it mentioned to have charged 2650 rupees. Kindly refund my back to my account. This is clear fraud. I did not subscribe at all. I wrote this question earlier but I don't see any response. Please help.

I set up templates prior to them being moved into projects and some are flagging as having missing assets to the team and they keep raising this with me but when I check the templates and make sure all the assets are linked and republished, the alert does not go away. Its only been some of the templates so confused why this is happening and if anyone else has had this issue?

Having an issue converting OCIO files from scene referred AcesCG to display referred ICC profiles in Photoshop 2025.  From reading the PS documentation I see that Edit > Duplicate to Image Profile command does this, as it offers all the available working ICC profiles as the target settings for the output. If I set the output space to sRGB then then conversion matches fine, but if I select any other RGB profile as the target (such as Adobe RGB, ProPhoto etc) then the colours get too saturated ?  Looks like the command preserves the sRGB values but just display them as Adobe RGB/ProPhoto colours,  i.e. the same result as Assign Profile from sRGB > Adobe RGB etc in an ICC workflow. and the resulting saturation/hue shifts. Any ideas why this is happening and If this is the correct behaviour and if so, why bother offering other output ICC output profiles and labelling it as a conversion if the gamut is always sRGB ?

cannot print docx!I do get an error log, super helpful but wish I could use the software that used to make life easier not the today adobe garbage.

I have the education discount (university employee). I've been asked to renew my credentials because I'm "graduating." The renewal form and verification email only seems to be suited for students: it wants my graduation date and my class schedule. How do I renew as an educator who isn't a student?

I am migrating to a newer version of Adobe After Effects on my MAC (17.0.6 build 35 to 24.6.1). I want to backup /migrate ALL Settings, Presets, workspaces, keyboard shortcuts, plugins, templates, scripts etc.  I found this tutorial that mentions one folder location to copy files over to new version but want to make sure I am not missing anything else that I should migrate over. New to AfterEffects and want to make sure the migration is successful. Here’s the steps I found: Step 1: back up scripts, presets, settings, keyboard shortcuts, workspaces. Hello Adobe Community Team and Members,I am seeking guidance regarding an issue with my Behance account.Recently, I received an official notification from Adobe stating that my Behance account has been deactivated due to “Spam” activity. After checking my account, I confirmed that the deactivation is real. However, I strongly believe this action may have been taken by mistake.I use Behance purely as a professional platform to showcase my creative work and connect with the design community. I have never intentionally posted spam, used bots, or engaged in any misleading or promotional activity that violates Behance or Adobe policies.I have already submitted an appeal through the official Adobe/Behance appeal process, but I wanted to post here to:Understand what specific activity might have triggered this actionGet advice from the community or moderators on how to resolve this issueKnow if there are any additional steps I should take to restore my accountBehance is very important for my p
