Our technical writers have had issues for about 3 weeks now on/off with not being able to share/create links in the creative cloud desktop app. We use it pretty frequently to share drafts with SMEs. One day, it just stopped working. Tried every thing we coud think of, signed in/signed out, deleted and reinstalled the app, adjusted preferences. Nothing is working. It’s not the creation of the link that seems to be the issue, but the actual uploading to Adobe Cloud never happens. Using the adobe extension in the browser, it works fine. It’s like suddenly we’re no longer able to upload to the cloud via the desktop app, only in a browser works. Any idea about this? Could this be an IT issue on our end or is this an Adobe bug/glitch that’s been happening to others? Any input is appreciated - thanks!

I use Lightroom Cloud v 9.4.1. Since the most recent updates, when I create a mask and then try to subtract an area from it, I can't see any of what I'm brushing disappear (meaning the pink overlay is not getting erased). If I go to a large pink area and try to brush it, I see a very light removal, but it's clearly not removing the area desired. I have density all the way to the right. Any ideas if this is a preference that got changed or if this is a bug? Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hello, I currently have a form I used in DocuSign as a powerform. I am moving it over to Adobe as a web-form. I need to have a hyperlink in my email to clients. I need two signers (they can be the same or different). The first person will complete the form and the second signs off on it. The link will be clicked on by different clients and will change. How can i set up the web form that way? I can’t seem to get pasted the email box without putting in an email (which I won’t have)

Hello everyone, I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2026, and I noticed that the Combine Files toolbar doesn’t include Undo/Redo. When I deleted a page, the hamburger menu showed Undo, Redo, and Move, but all of them were greyed out.Oddly, Ctrl + Z still works to undo the deletion, even though the UI says it’s unavailable.I feel like I’m posting questions every other day with this new interface. Word is so much easier to use, and Acrobat’s Combine Files workflow feels inconsistent. Is this a known limitation or a bug? Thanks again for everyone’s help. I really appreciate it.

sorry but customer support kept bugging the payment was made today and i would like a cancellation and a full refund

I want to convert a word document to pdf and only show change bars in pdf. No comments just change bar. How?

Can someone please help me understand why, this week,  I can't hear any audio during editing, after uploading a (any) video to Adobe Express? The audio doesn't show in the timeline under the video. I also can't hear any audio that is added straight from Express. I can however hear the audio track after downloading the "completed" Reel. Sound is on and up. I can hear youtube audio for example. Nothing muted. Chrome. Browsing Data cleared/reset recently.  Why do I pay for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What’s up with InDesign?  Trying to edit a simple 1 page file with three grouped boxes (text, photo, background), I can’t do anything.  Click on a box to place a graphic, cursor spins for 20 minutes.. but will let me continue clicking elsewhere. Somehow the box was grabbed and moved - I can’t grab it to move it back (cursor is still spinning), there’s no undo button.  I’m losing it.  What is up with InDesign?! (I’m on Windows 11.)  I’ve restarted, there are no updates, this is making me nuts. InDesign is using 2 GB of memoryEDIT: Deleted the font cache, seemed to be in a death loop that was consuming all resources

Hi everyone,We are currently updating the product images on our website https://www.daltaios.com/, but we noticed they look quite pixelated on Retina displays and newer mobile screens.Should I be exporting all image assets at 2x resolution directly from Photoshop, or is there a better modern workflow to ensure crisp visuals while keeping the file sizes small for fast loading times?Any advice on compression tools or responsive image practices would be greatly appreciated!

I got the free trial and I canceled when I realized it wont do what I need it to, can you please issue me the full refund of $37.08

I try to open AE but 2 things happen:1. GPUSniffer.exe brings up an error.2. When renaming GPUSniffer.exe so it bypasses it, the startup screen gets stuck on "initializing MediaCore" Here is a screenshot of what my Task Manager shows:8 instances of GPUSniffer.exe openPC Specs:CPU: AMD 7950X3DGPU: AMD RX 9070 XT I have tried everything possible. I searched the forums and even used Claude for troubleshooting but nothing works.EXTRA INFO: If it makes any difference, this started while I had AE open and went away from the PC, and it entered sleep mode (not total sleep, just the screens and lights turning off)

Trying to activate my 100 GB of storage on Frame.io included in my adobe subscription. I already had a free frame.io account registered using the same email as my adobe ID prior to Adobe acquiring Frame.io. Now whenever I login on frame.io (web or within Premiere) I only have access to the old 2GB of free storage. I tried connecting my frame io to my adobe login before. And I followed along the instructions on this page:https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/frameio-creative-cloud-faq.html However when I try to go to my account settings now on Frame.io to change this primary email adress (as stated in the FAQ), it already says: “manage on Adobe” and redirects me to the adobe account page (for managing my adobe ID in general). So I can not change my email no more on the frame.io account page. Only on my adobe page. Do I change the email adress there? Though I do not wish to change my primary adobe email at all... Thanks in advance!Merlin

Ive attempted several fixes Per Adobe Support. 1st Attempt we cleared out windows credential manager of adobe credentials. It reoccured about 2 weeks later. 2nd Support Attempt; Running Adobe Acrobat as Administrator - We selected Help > Repair Installation. The issue reoccured 1 day laterI am curious if others are experencing this as a reoccuring issue. I have now contacted support for the 3rd time and awaiting a response. This has caused significant operational delay.
