Solved

I’m not sure if my issue is the same, but I have an InDesign page that is deep blue, when it is exported to PDF, the file icon shows it is blue, but when I open it in Adobe Acrobat the page is white!

An update came out yesterday and someone at our company was attempting to install it to our servers.  We noticed that one of the servers was not loading the CFAdmin screen.  So we applied the patch via the command line instead, hoping that may fix the issue but it didn’t.  We are currently on ColdFusion 2023 (2023,0,21,330920) on Windows Server 2019.  The troubleshooting steps taken were rebooting the server as well as running the Web Configuration tool to remove and recreate the profile.Any help is appreciated.  The error we are getting is:Could not find the included template ../../login.cfm. Note: If you wish to use an absolute template path (for example, template="/mypath/index.cfm") with CFINCLUDE, you must create a mapping for the path using the ColdFusion Administrator. Or, you can use per-application settings to specify mappings specific to this application by specifying a mappings struct to THIS.mappings in Application.cfc. Using relative paths (for example, template="index.cfm

I have a client that has Adobe Acrobat 2025….. on their system. They have a creative cloud subscription. I want to upgrade them to 26.1 (Inside of creative cloud it says that is the version, but acrobat says different). Is there a way to force the upgrade or somewhere to download the upgrade file? (The upgrade option is missing from under help).

My son has accidentally signed up for a one-year contract for After Effects. He is 15 years old. How do Adobe control purchases by minors? Could we have prevented this? He has a debit card with a small amount on it for direct purchases but how is it possible that he signed up for a one-year subscription?

It just won’t open.

Hello, I am trying to finish a project for my school assignment and I keep getting the 403 error message stating that I used unauterized content. However, every picture that I used was allowed under the free account. I still can't publish my webpage and this is worth 10% of my grade. I have been dealing with this since for about 3 days and my deadline was yesterday. Please assist me on what I should do. Thank you.

I am very disappointed in this software.  I have tried numerous times to use it and have been unsuccessful.  I would like to cancel this subscription immediately and would like to ask for a refund.   Carl Crespo

When I go into record mode, the head is floating around when I use the motion library. I noticed when i click on the head it highlights the body. When I click the body it is still highlighted around the body; so it is double tagged. I even made sure that everything is named correctly. How do I fix this? Thank you in advance

Buonasera. Cordiali saluti, Andrea Alfieri

I no longer have access to the computers where the program is activated. What do I do when Adobe won’t help? Adobe “help” says y’all will answer fast. Not sure why they can’t just give the answer or the link to the answer… Please help? I need acrobat back. [Yes, the license is on the account, but the devices are not...]

The search function to search all past signed agreements seems to be missing. For the longest time there was always a search bar at the top of the All Agreements screen and it isn’t there anymore. I have looked and poked around many different functions, searchbars etc to no avail. Currently am unable to search for agreements at all and have to scroll through the list. Only way I can do a search is if I switch to Classic View which I really do not prefer. Any idea what may have happened? I can’t imagine the function has been literally removed from the program.
