I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly Video Generation on my Creative Cloud Pro for Teams subscription. My account has Creative Cloud Pro assigned, and I have 4,000 premium generative AI credits available. After effects recently did an auto update and now I see the New viewer option is gone??This is a crucial funtion I need to see how my precomps update in the main comp.  Is this a mistake? Has it moved somewhere else?? After Effects 25.2.2

When I select an object I use the transform menu to move, rotate, and scale the object. But recently a “turntable” option was added which un-selects the field I was editing if I accidentally even hover over it, despite the fact that I have generative turned off in the command menu and preferences as well as tutorials disabled. This is extremely annoying and constantly disrupts my workflow.

Hello, i am working in Photoshop elements 2024, using the "advanced" tab/mode. I'm trying to print out an image at 77%.  There is no scale option in the Print Dialogue box. How do i do this? Surely there must be an easy way? thank you

Hello, am I the only one who sometimes gets a message saying that Adobe Premiere can't open a certain editing file because it was created in a newer version? But I only have one version of Premiere—always the same one—and the editing was done in that same software. Why does it sometimes refuse to open my file and, more importantly, tell me that it was created in a different version of the software in that case?

Hello, I am trying to create an action to help me edit images for my store. There are several steps to editing each picture, and therefore I decided making an action would be easier to go through everything.  I have 2 layers, one is the item (without a background)  and one is the background. I would like the item to always have the same width, that way it looks a bit more uniform on the website. However, since they are different objects, before making them the same size, they always have different sizes. My issue is, when I do the action, and use transform to make the item layer a specific size, it is translated into a percentage. Therefore, the images are resized by a specific percentage, instead of resizing to a specific size, like I wished. The action says "Transform current layer" and then the Width is for example 76,9%. But as you can imagine, different sizes, resized to 76,9% mean different final pixel sizes. Does anyone know how to make an action th

Ok i have about 60 photos that range in size from 1080p 4:3 to 6k 16:9 and some are portrait and others are landscape. I want to send these to a client to choose the ones she wants graded/developed. I know how to batch resize when all of the photos are the same size but how would i process all of this batch so that they are all no larger than 1920px in H or W?

when I try to link this PDF, the program freezes at “importing.” I was wondering if anybody could try on their machine and confirm the problem. Thanks!

I believe that issue might be a glitch and i don’t know how to let adobe know of this issue

Photoshop 2026 not saving preferences AND locks up the brush panel every time I load or manage brush folders.

why don't you stick to your knitting ..... all your legacy stuff is falling apart .... stuff i teach ..... AE is still riddled with bugs ... and now AI Beta ...... "Your Illustrator Build has Expired" ....    i can think of better things to do than do a [cursing removed] tapdance in front of a class when i launch one of your apps, and it fails ... which has happened to me several times recently ... including this morning ...    so what's the story WITH THIS bug ?        [Subject modified for clarity]

How do you get 10 inches at 72dpi to be 2000 pixels? I know there's a trick, but I forgot. I have photoshop. If I use "image size" I get 10 inches at 72dpi at 720 pixels which I worry is too low rez.

I am running into a issue with one of our users when trying to share a file via email. We can share local files via share → email→ ( send as link and can add comments are disabled) then hitting okay and the Outlook window will open fine with the PDF as a attachment. When we try to share a file that is opened from a network location adobe will freeze and have to be closed via Task Manager. We have already done the following for troubleshootingRepaired and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Updated and repaired Outlook Turned off protected view and enhanced security in preferences Added the network location to privileged locations Running Outlook with Adobe addins disabled and enabledOne interesting thing we have found is that we can get the network files to open the Outlook window with the PDF attached if Outlook is not running. Are there any other settings I should check that may be causing this freeze or is there anything else we can try to troubleshoot?

I cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended but was still charged.I would like to be refunded please.

Hello, I’ve been teaching software classes for over 25 years, mostly in Microsoft Office, and I’ve never run into as many inconsistencies creating courseware as I have with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2026 (latest version). I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on with font substitution.Yesterday, I added text to an existing text box in a paragraph using Open Sans Light. Acrobat immediately changed it to Minion Pro, which I expected because my preferences are set to “Let Adobe Choose” for font substitution.Today, I opened the same file — along with the original version I hadn’t edited — and Acrobat did not substitute the font. It kept the text as Open Sans Light.I was planning to teach my class how Acrobat substitutes fonts when the original font isn’t available. But with this inconsistent behavior, I can’t reliably demonstrate the feature. Why would Acrobat substitute the font one day and not the next, using the same file and same settings?  Is there something else that affects

I’m trying to draw a solid shape in Photoshop 27.8.0. However, when selecting the Shape Tool and looking in the Options Drop Down, there are not options for Shape, Path or Pixels. All I see is a declaration that No Tool Presets defined for Current Tool. So, I’m dead in the water. Note, this issue is independent of whether I’m working with an existing file or creating a new one from scratch.

I need help figuring out how to paste from ChatGPT or anywhere else into my PDF then it’s a fillable PDF

I'm sorry, English isn'y my first language. But I assume there's a bug in the latest update. Because I've been having a problem and I just removed the latest version of Illustrator, installed an older version, and the issue is gone.I can't scale/change the side of objects how I want them to. If I want to exchange only the width, but not the height, for example. So I change the settings for the width, but it automatically scales the height to proportion. I don't want it scaled to proportion, I only want to change what I told Illustrator to change. The chain is unlinked, I did everything right. I let my colleague double check everything as well. We checked and unchecked everything one by one to see if it would make a difference. But I just can't change the width separately from the height (and vise versa). Like I said: the issue was gone when I removed the latest version from Illustrator and installed an older version. Everything works perfects in the older version.

I installed PS on my desktop and all actions, brushes, keyboard shortcuts, etc. transferred from my PS Beta to PS. However, I installed PS on my laptop and nothing seems to transfer. Is there a way to get it to do that please?

I just updated to 30.6 and transform is not working. Usually i can just click transform and when i need to adjust the H or W, unlink the chain, and adjust the size. Now when I unlink the chain it continues to constrain and adjusts both H and W. I restarted illustrator, opened a new file, put in a 2x2 square and then adjusted one of the measurements with the link unchained. It worked one time. but then when i went in to adjust it again to make sure it was working, it went right back to adjusting both H and W as if the link was chained. Any one else? is there a weird setting somewhere i dont know about?

Hello everyone,I have a question about Adobe Creative Cloud.I noticed that the Creative Cloud Home page on both my desktop PC and my laptop has changed. The layout looks different from what I used to see, and it seems to have been updated recently. The Home page version shown is 1.3.107.Is this the new Creative Cloud Home interface that Adobe is rolling out to everyone, or could there be something wrong with my installation? I haven't even touched itBoth of my computers show the same new homepage, so I'm wondering if this is an official redesign.

If I'm paying 400 credits to create a video of 8 seconds, when I input a reference image and specify in the prompt: IMPORTANT: DO NOT CHANGE THE REFERENCE IMAGE IN ANY WAY-KEEP THE TEXT, COLOR, PROPORTIONS., I expect the AI to not change the look of the product. As it is, I spent 800 credits on video footage I can't use, because the product doesn't look exactly like the product I sell! Can you refund my credits please?Uncle Harry’s Miracle Mouthwash 8 fl oz
