Dear Adobe Stock Review Team,I hope you are doing well.I recently had 09 of my CAD vector collections rejected with the reason "Intellectual Property Refusal." These are original CAD-style vector illustrations that I created myself, and I did not intentionally include any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary designs.Last year, I experienced a similar situation. After I contacted Adobe Stock Support, the affected assets were reviewed again, and the IP refusals were found to be incorrect. The assets were subsequently restored. Because of that previous experience, I would greatly appreciate it if this recent batch could also be reviewed once more.  This is those 09 Assets:The rejected Asset IDs are:Asset ID: 2090712281Asset ID: 2090712180Asset ID: 2090712169Asset ID: 2090712067Asset ID: 2090712047Asset ID: 2090711981Asset ID: 2090711939Asset ID: 2090711896Asset ID: 2090711895If there is a specific element in these illustrations that caused the Intellectual Property concern, I would si

I'm having some issues with the HDR feature in Lightroom Classic. When I select the HDR feature in lightroom and export the image, with HDR export selected, the exported image does not look like the HDR preview. It looks like the 'Preview for SDR display' option. I'm working on an m1 pro macbook with macOS Ventura which supports HDR. I thought maybe it was just the preview app so I moved it to the photos app and activated HDR display but no look, still looks like the SDR preview. I have also tried looking at the image on my phone and uploading to instagram, both of which are supposed to support HDR but neither display it properly which makes me think the issue is with the lightroom export. Anyone know how to correctly display HDR images?

Hello, I would like to request a refund for my Adobe subscriptions. I noticed that I was charged for two subscriptions: one charge for $19.99 and another charge for around $5. I did not intend to continue these subscriptions and would like to cancel them and receive a refund for the charges.Could you please help me with this request? Thank you.

What I do in LIghtroom: I have small photo catalogues, usually I work with clients via dng files, so my catalogues are very small. My main use is masks, a lot of masks when I edit, also denoise. Do I really need that full support of preview generation or better take faster 5070?I have 265K + 32GB RAM

The electricity is out right when I was saving this file. Please someone help me recover it.Attached is the file.

I switched to dark mode, now I want to go back to normal mode, I want to know how to do it?

I uploaded a PDF to Virustotal to make sure it had no malware. NO vendors flagged it as malicious. However, the PDF file contacted a certain URL that is flagged as malicious by 2/91 vendors: dunamis-ethos508-prod-va6-856defacfb833db1[.]elb[.]us-east-1[.]amazonaws[.]com  The URL in question seems to be tied to two other domains that I believe are legitimate Adobe domains: cc-api-data[.]adobe[.]ioethos[.]dunamis[.]ethos508-prod-va6[.]ethos[.]adobe.net If you look at the SSL reports below, they all connect to the very same IP addresses.https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=cc-api-data.adobe.io https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=ethos.dunamis.ethos508-prod-va6.ethos.adobe.net https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=dunamis-ethos508-prod-va6-856defacfb833db1.elb.us-east-1.amazonaws.com Can anyone here please let me know whether this URL is legitimately used by Adobe services or not? (PS. I added the hook parentheses to the URLs just in case){Post edited by Adobe

Does Acrobat Pro have a way to convert PDFs to true black and white? When I look in the "convert colors" function in print production it has grayscale, but I don't see black and white as an option. I've been searching for fixes and every tutorial and question/answer I find only converts to grayscale; does Acrobat not have the capability to convert to ture black and white?

I have chosen Spanish (Latin America) and yet, when I generate, it’s still in English. i need a spanish voice and a spanish translation.

If I have proxies on and use a lower-quality version than the original clips, would this affect the accuracy of the Object Mask tool's results (especially when Tracker is applied)? Or does the tool still address the original files as the app does for rendering?

I have a Mac but my operating system (Ventura 13.7.8) is no longer supported and I am unable to upgrade Lightroom. However, export to PS has always worked up until now. LR version is 14.5.2

I am having error while saving any file again after some changes. Error is "Some of the specified files already exists in target location". Even though there is no previous or existing file in the same directory. Can someone help me in this?

Today, Photoshop did not start, because the application was damaged or incomplete. I tried to load the  newest version of the app in the Creative Cloud, but all what’s happening ist, that the state is »waiting«. I now can’t use Photoshop anymore, for therer is no version on my computer und noone is loadable. What can I do?

Ray 314 always says:  it is unavailable.  No matter what prompt.

I purchased a one-off lifetime subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in 2016 and it allows me to put the program on 4 separate devices. When I log in to my Adobe account, I cannot see my product there in order to change the devices I have instaled the program on and when I called Adobe they say they do not support my product any more. I have installed the product on an old laptop that I no longer have, so I cannot physically uninstall it on that device. I want to puit in on my new laptop but when I try, I am told that the program is already on 4 separate devices. How can I now alter the device list for my product and free up 1 device so I can install it on my new laptop??

I canceled my subscription on your service in first day after payment, I'm not used your service even one day and did not take warning from Adobe before you take my money. Give me back my money!

Hi I cancelled this plan before the trial ended and it’s still trying to charge me can you please make sure it does not get pulled tomorrow I need to pay my rent I did the trial and I double checked and I did cancel it so I don’t know why I’m getting charged still. Thank you. Shanel Bird

We rarely have had to use the accessibility feature for PDFs, but one client downloaded a very professional company report on labor market data, and was scandalized by the insane hallucinations that the AI screen reader was telling her were on the page: nude figures (see pic), charts on gay sex, and other completely unacceptable content for a company like ours. This is the kind of disastrous AI fail that can destroy our company’s reputation—through no fault of our own. If Adobe’s AI *must* create some kind of auto description for the screen reader, a simple “black and white image” or “chart” would suffice—instead of “Image of a nude figure,” or “Chart about HIV infections.”What the actual heck. These charts and images bear zero resemblance to these descriptions, and those words appear NOWHERE in the entire document. Not OK. Yes, we can manually update the descriptions, but they shouldn’t have appeared in the first place. Adobe needs to fix this ASAP—or expect lawsuits to start rolling
