Solved

Hi all, two days ago my Illustrator started crashing nonstop and I have not been able to resolve it. I have tried tech support for my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, reverting back to a previous version, using Creative Cloud Cleaner, resetting preferences and just about every possible fix I have found online and I am at such a loss. This is happening with files of any size. It crashes if I place or edit the size of a shape, edit text, copy and paste things, move around the toolbars to accommodate my workflow. It basically crashes after I try doing anything in any size file, both new and old files. Sometimes I’ll get an error message saying it needs to close and sometimes it just freezes and closes. Sometimes it lets me work for ten minutes tops before crashing again. It’s completely unusable. I work with an Asus Proart and Windows if that’s any help, so it’s not an issue of the system not meeting the requirements since the laptop is quite literally made to handle d

Title says it all! Looking for a simple script to select a group of 2-20 images and load them into a stack. Some may have one or two layers, and I want them to come with the files and stay in order. I have poked around a lot and haven't found anything like this.... sorry!! Thanks!

Wondering how I can fix 'App & user data' from requiring 1.5 TB of space on my computer. I've read a number of forum fixes but can't seem to get my issue resolved and have deleted many apps on my computer just to keep it running. I'm using Adobe Lightroom 8.5.1... and I think my full computer problem is due to the 'App & user data' requiring 1.5 TB. How can I free up space? My storage location for originals is set to an external hard drive (prior to two weeks ago though it was set to my local drive C). My cashe size limit is now set to 10 GB (it was ay 456 GB until recently). But still, I can't find or fix the huge amount of space required for App & user data. Help?

couple of days before I updated my adobe premiere to version 26.3 .Now if i try to add horizontal grid line , it appers vertical

I just updated to illustrator 30.6 version and can no longer turn off the "Transform Both" option. Whether the chain icon is on or off, it scales both height and width. The drop down menu has the “Transform Both” option checked and will not allow me to uncheck it. Is anyone else having trouble with this? The only solution I found was to roll back the update to previous version.

After updating to 30.5.1, whenever I try to edit an object using a dialog box with the “Preview” checkbox on (simplify, smooth, scale, transform, and any Illustrator Effect), the edits will commit to the object, even if I cancel the dialog box. What’s even more odd, is the history panel then shows an individual “UNDO” for every slider or value adjustment that I had made BEFORE canceling or clicking OK in the dialog box. This is not an expected behavior that I have ever experienced in over 20 years of using Illustrator. I found a bug report from 2019 expressing the same issue, which hasn’t gotten much attention, so I’m assuming it’s not a common issue. But I have no idea what may have caused it in my case, other than updating to 30.5.1. (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/38543185-transformations-committing-even-upon-cancel)In the attached image, you can see that there is an “UNDO” for every slider adjustment I made BEFORE clicking OK. Hi there , I am quite new to Photoshop and would like to ask , is it likely that Adobe will develop the Place Embeded command into a multiple file facility sometime soon , (I know about the Srcipts/Load files into Stack) but it would be nice to have individual Layers

I visit the sitehttps://opensource.adobe.com/dc-acrobat-sdk-docs/library/jsapiref/index.html almost every day. Finding something specific there is quite tedious. Most of the time, Google search takes me to the right place. The search field in the top left corner of the Reference does not work for me, neither in Firefox nor in Internet Explorer nor in Google Crome. Is there a trick to making this search work? How do you do it?

The tool is simply not working. I cannot get an image onto the board.

Hi everyone,I recently came across an agency that creates templates for Adobe Express, and it seems they work as a partner with Adobe. This made me really interested in exploring a similar path.I’d like to know if Adobe has any official program or platform where designers can create and submit templates for Adobe Express for public use.Is there a way to become a contributor or partner for this type of work? Thanks in advance!

Subject: Critical workflow regression in Photoshop Actions (v27.6)Hello Adobe Team,I am a professional wedding photographer and a paying Creative Cloud subscriber. I have also invested thousands of euros in professionally developed Photoshop actions over the years. With the latest Photoshop update (v27.6), the new Actions panel has fundamentally changed the way actions work. One of the most important features for my workflow appears to be missing: the ability to create new actions by recording and combining existing actions. For years, my workflow has been:Create a new action.Press Record.Run several purchased actions.Adjust layer opacities and settings.Stop recording. This allowed me to build custom looks and maintain a consistent editing style for my clients while saving countless hours of work. Now this workflow no longer functions as it did before. As a result:I can no longer combine my purchased actions into new master actions. My editing time has increased significantly. My business ef

Hello everyone,Is there any Adobe Authorized Reseller in this community?I'm located in Cambodia and would like to purchase an Adobe Creative Cloud license. Unfortunately, I have already contacted more than 20 authorized resellers by email, but I haven't received any response. If you are an Adobe reseller, or if you know an active reseller who can assist me, please leave a comment or send me a direct message.Thank you very much for your help!

Every time I open a pdf and request signatures, it crashes. The pdf is saved and can be reopened but I’m in a doom loop. I’ve read some community questions where you suggest removing the app, but I’m unsure if I’m also supposed to remove the install/uninstall elements of Adobe too. I did remove the app alone and then try to reinstall but it wouldn’t let me. I’ve also unticked legacy on adobe references and something else that was suggested in a thread (sorry going mad here and can’t remember exactly). I’ve seen suggestions on running a clean up of the files but worry that will wipe my history of adobe entirely. Please help, this is a real drag.

Why can’t I turn this image into video??

Have been editing a batch of photographs today.  I have been using AI Sharpen and AI DeNoise (Topaz) without issue. I received a msg stating I was running low on credits, so I purchased a monthly sub. I was able to use these functions a couple more times - but now, each time, no matter the file, I am receiving an error that reads: “We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again.” I have closed and restarted PS and other apps, signed out of and back into my Creative Cloud acct, and tried toggling the Pref->Performance→Graphics Processor option (suggested online). No luck. Stuck. Would greatly appreciate some guidance / assistance. Thx!

Hi all. My Brother printer is giving me a drum warning. I have no idea on the process for replacing the drum unit, and dont want to do something silly. Are there any hints or tricks I should know?Donald Olsen

I’ve used the Compare feature (Opt+C) in Lightroom heavily for a long time. It’s critical that we be able to bring focus to either the left or right image in Compare view, in order to flag / crop / edit that image. But In Lightroom 9.4, clicking the Left image fails to select it. However, if I click the Swap icon, it’s now the right image that can’t be selected.Update: Turns out the issue and source of UI confusion is actually the Multiple Images / Before and After selector. If I toggle it to Multiple, it works normally again. But something about the 9.4 update switched the default to Before/After (I guarantee that I didn’t do that - I never touch that widget), resulting in the broken behavior.

When click the email function from acrobat , the email is presented on the screen with the attachment, ready to go, but it is frozen and no controls are responsive. The cure for the users is to kill Exo or Outlook to recover. This also happens with other software we have and it is related to a recent update of Outlook/Windows. Yes we can roll back but that is not a solution.Does anyone else experience this or have any thoughts.

Quero cancelar o meu plano!
