I'm having trouble with Lightroom 9.0 and 9.1 on my Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro. The app freezes during use, while versions 8.5.1 and earlier work fine. System details: Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro Processor: 14-core GPU: 20-core RAM: 64 GB unified memory Storage: 1 TB SSD macOS: latest update Tested Lightroom Classic versions: 8.5.1 (stable), 9.0 (crashes), 9.1 (crashes) Is there anything I can do about this? Are there any solutions?   Best regards,Marek

In Elements 2026, using Process multiple files from the File menu and specifying rename files and convert files to jpg, I get the error message "You must specify an extension for the output file(s). The only way to get round this is to specify Extension in the 2nd box of the Rename section but if I do that then the other options in the 2nd box can't be used. So, for example, I can't rename my output files to "MyNewName + 1 digit serial number". I also have Elements 2020 and there isn't this issue because the output file extension is derived from the "Convert Files to" field.

I was using a phone to edit and document and while I was trying to save it, I accidentally tap the subscribe button to save. I have requested for a refund as I do not use Abode on the phone at all. But I have been made to jump 500 ropes, because this subscription was through Google Play. Google Play says the developer should refund, the developer Adobe says Google Play should refund. Ultimately they both do not want to refund.

Hello everyone, tell me how to tilt the frame crop, how to change the frame crop angle in the properties?I want to make the effect of two frames on one screen with a slanted frame border

I install extensions in two ways—either through ZXP or by simply dropping the folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions. But sometimes Premiere just doesn't recognize the extensions. Right now, I wanted to install Linkup Suite!  I downloaded it from the official website, but Premiere doesn't recognize it! It’s a good thing this is the free version—but what if I had bought this extension? How can I get Premiere to recognize the extension?

My experience with the "New" Acrobat DC experience has been nightmarish so far. I'm genuinely baffled by this "update." I've used Acrobat almost daily for a combination of creating/editing and reading PDFs. The reading experience in the "New" Acrobat experience is either sub-par or poorly documented. The PDFs I deal with feature a lot of intra-document hyperlinks. "Previous View" and "Next View" are now available only as clumsy walking menu options. After clicking a hyperlink in a document, it takes a punishing four clicks to return to the "previous view." The ability to add "previous view" and "next view" buttons to the page navigation tools (now on the right of the screen or in the "floating toolbar" that appears in "Read Mode") is inexplicably gone. Reading PDFs featuring hyperlinks is painful. In the View/Show-Hide/Side Panels menu, there are permanent checkmarks next to "Bookmarks" and various other panes. These checkmarks are present whether these panes are currently

Sorry but this is ridiculous why is there no email to contact. I’m trying to cancel my free trial but they’ve tried to take payment from an empty bank account so now it won’t let me and it keeps on trying so I can’t add any money into my account otherwise they’ll take it.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I attempted to cancel an unintentionally activated subscription about one month ago, around June 17, 2026. However, I was unexpectedly charged $6.99 today.I am unsure why the subscription remained active, as I did not use Adobe at all during the past month and had no intention of continuing to subscribe. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription again immediately.Could you please confirm that my account is now completely free from all Adobe subscriptions and that no further charges will be made?I would also kindly request a refund of the $6.99 charge, as I did not use the service and did not intend to renew the subscription. I may have misunderstood some of the cancellation information due to my limited English, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion.Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.Best regards,Linh Dan

Hello, I need some assistance with Making my own plugin for Illustrator. I have been following the documentation and have my folder set up as below, I am able to sign and create the ZXP file via powershell, but when i go to install via ZXPinstaller or extension manager, i get an error “failed to install, status = -410! ” This error seems to point to an issue with the file structure when signing the ZXP, but I’m pretty sure I’m doing it correctly. My plugin is a tool that allows the user to Select a number of points or a line and generate an Elepse that best fits them. The signing code:.\ZXPSignCmd.exe -sign "C:\Users\name\Downloads\com.atsuji.ellipsefit.panel" "C:\Users\name\Downloads\EllipseFitPanel.zxp" "C:\Users\name\Downloads\cert.p12" PasswordFile structure: Any assistance on this would be awesome. I attempted to previously make this as a ZSX script, but ran into limitations with what i could do due to incompatibility around the numeric.js file.I suspect tits an issue with the Man

Hi,I just downloaded the app. I wanted to activate the 7day trial but paid 1 month by mistake. I would like to get a refund.thanks

When I edit a session for a client, I usually do it from my computer. I wanted to store the files to cloud documents as well just until I finish that session. Then I would remove from cloud and back up with my usual 3,2,1. However when I choose "Save As" and back it up to my computer, the option to save to cloud is greyed out. Is it possible to save my work to my computer and cloud documents as well? These are JPEG files. Working on PS latest version on a MAC

Color mode for me is always RGB colour and 8 bit. and that lot always works, or has done for decades. Monitor (color calibrated Eizo) is set to 80 candelas Adobe RGB 1998, Camera AdobeRGB1998, scanner ditto.Paste and upload here the result. If all is correct (as per CS6, and Pshop 2024) it will look like the source image. If you have the Pshop 27 bug, it will have become something akin to sRGB, duller, earthy, lacking saturation etc.now repeat and this time use Colour profile ‘Dont Color manage’ and what’s it like ?here is the source file. Adobe say they can’t replicate the problem so cannot fix it. A friend has it dull down for both Adobe RGB and also ‘Dont colour manage’, double trouble

Hello,I am writing here as a last resort because Adobe Tech Support (Case ADB-45766930-K7T0) has officially closed my case, stating they cannot help me.I am a legitimate owner of a perpetual Adobe Photoshop CS5 license purchased back in 2010. Recently, I needed to re-install it on my computer (Windows 11 Pro). When I try to activate it using my official serial number, the installer throws an error: "Osiągniętu limit aktywacji" (Activation limit reached). However, when I log into my official Adobe Account panel, under "Activated Devices" it clearly states "Brak aktywowanych urządzeń" (0 activated devices). The old machine is long gone, so manual deactivation is impossible. The Support Manager officially informed me via email that because the CS5 activation servers are retired, Adobe will not restore functionality or provide a workaround, and instead suggested I buy a Creative Cloud subscription. I bought a perpetual license for a reason. I only use basic, simple tools for my business and

My Adobe CC App has always been displayed in my taskbar (where File, Edit, View, etc are) on my Mac.  Although I am signed in to my Account, and my account is up to date, it no longer displays.  I have no idea how to get it back up on my taskbar.  Any ideas please.

HI, only in the last few days I find I am unable to open files from Lightroom in photoshop. I just keep getting the error message as seen in attached image. I’ve never has a problem before over many years use. I’ve tried everything I found suggested with an internet search and I can’t find mention of any known issues with this. LR and PS are completely up to date, 15.4.1 & 27.8 respectively and my Mac OS is up to date with Tahoe 26.5.2 I have the catalog on my Mac mini M4 and images on two external hard drives, neither are overly full. I am at a loss how to proceed other than trying an uninstall and reinstall with PS…..

After importing three large files of raw images, I noticed that the files were not visible in the Folders section. This was a considerable surprise ,as I've been using Lr for 15 years plus and never experienced this before.I thought that I had done something wrong and tried to import the files again. This was not possible as the Lr import window showed the file images (stored on my Mac) , but these swiftly greyed out prior to hitting the import tab.Under normal circumstances, this would suggest to me that the files have already been imported and in the catalogue. There is however a folder called Volumes at the bottom of the folder window (see screenshot) with an exclamation mark in it, which holds 30,237 images .Could this possibly be the three large files I am looking for?As you can see, the right facing triangle is greyed out , hence making it impossible to open to see the subfolders .Does anyone know how to open this file please or is there another cause of this issue ?If so, any guid

I use Acrobat to read lots of different screenplays distributed in PDF file format. The screenplay format is a very deliberate document format. I NEVER, EVER want to use Liquid Mode. I disabled the automatic conversion, but Acrobat keeps prompting me trying to pressure me into using the feature on every document. Why? Why would I ever want a program to mutilate the original format and intent of an author? Especially in a way we do not understand!Yes, I saw the thread that says I can open and save the default view for a document, but I never reopen these documents after I read them. Adobe collects a lot of usage metrics for their applications. I am sure they realize I never ever click on this thing other than to dismiss it. Why is Adobe trying so hard to force a bad/useless feature upon its users? I just want to open a document and read and highlight. I am annoyed with Adobe every time I see that prompt.I have shifted away to other readers like the one built into OneDrive which is
