I have a video with several different clips which I now can't remove the attributes. I click remove attributes, I click effects, I click OK, absolutely nothing changes and I'm left with audio that sound very 'tinny' from having two 'de-noise' effects on it. Help!

I’ve used Premiere 2024, 2025, 2026 on Windows 11.  Through May 2026 I had no problems.  Now, in July 2026, if I open Premier and try to import an .mp4 (in order to create captions), about 5 seconds after the import, Premiere stalls/freezes - affecting the whole computer - and I have to do a hard shutdown and restart the computer.  Opening Premiere again will show a red box saying Premiere closed incorrectly.  Saying ‘resume’ does the same thing.  Cancelling that allows me to import again...with the same result. I would appreciate your help.  Thank you.

I have my account in this [P.I removed by Moderator] i want to get change my email and to get disconnect from other device as one of my employee stealing my data with this.

Dear Adobe Customer Support,I would kindly like to ask for your help regarding my subscription.I was traveling abroad and did not have a reliable internet connection, so I was unable to cancel my subscription before it renewed. I also found that the app did not meet my needs, and I do not wish to continue using it.I noticed that a charge of €78 is now being requested. I would be very grateful if you could cancel this charge or issue a refund, as I do not intend to use the subscription.Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance. I appreciate any help you can provide.Kind regards, anisiia

In Final Cut Pro I can add a color mask to any effect, but I can’t find this in Premiere Pro. Here’s what I’m referring to: https://support.apple.com/guide/final-cut-pro/add-a-color-mask-to-a-video-effect-ver6210abbce/12.3/mac/15.6

I am using the latest version of Indesign 21.4.I have created a graphic frame and have linked an SVG graphic within it.Normally, double clicking allows me to resize the content (brown grabbers show)This is no longer working properly and it’s driving me nuts because I work with a lot of SVG logos.I’ve tried rolling back to older version 21.3 and it did not fix.I tried resetting preferences and it did not fix. What gives? I need to be able to do this for my job.

I am unable to locate the top control bar in Illustrator 2026. The home icon is all that is being able to be seen.

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 (version 26.2.2) on a Mac (Apple Silicon). In the Effect Controls panel, under Opacity, I cannot see the mask tools:Ellipse Mask Rectangle Mask Free Draw Bezier (Pen Tool)I have selected the video clip and expanded the Opacity section, but the mask icons do not appear. I only see "Unassigned Masks" at the top of the Effect Controls panel. Is this a bug, a workspace issue, or has something changed in Premiere Pro 2026?Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, newbie here and I did what I always so, jump in with both feet first into the generate image space. I am having a hard time maintaining background continuity. I thought I was getting the hang of it until I got to my last image. I couldn’t get the exact match for the background as I did with the other ones. I tossed the file because that’s what I do. 🤷 Is there a prompt that I can use to make sure that the background for this last image to match the background of this one? Am I in the wrong section. I will go back and look over the tutorials. Promise.

Images in cfr reports are not displayed with CF 2025, no matter whether I use a relative path, an absolute path, or a file url. They were still displayed in previous CF versions. Is this a restriction of the developer version I am currently using?Any help is appreciated.

Hello there,I am syncing certain Albums in Lightroom Classic to the cloud and some of them have become too big and since I do not need all the smart previews stored locally all the time I deleted them to save space on my computer. But now these pictures are simply shown as not available when my server (where they are stored) is not connected even though these albums are in the cloud – so with Lightroom CC on my Mac, Lightroom on my iPad or even any browser I can still edit these pictures – obviously because they’re stored as smart previews within the Adobe Cloud. But only Lightroom Classic acts like it does not have access to it and needs the originals or at least needs locally stored smart previews to edit or even view these pictures without the original files… is that some kind of bug or am I not getting it?

Já desinstalei tudo e instalei de novo, já atualizei o driver da GPU, já fiz alterações no Preferências : Desempenho… nada resolveu!

In Indesign I open Index, I highlight a word in my document that I want in the index (I don't want topics). I have "reference" selected. I choose New Page Reference, Add All and Done. I have Current Page selected. Then my entry ends up as a topic. It happens over and over again. What to do?

Is it possible to add a ‘on open doc’ event listener at the application level? And where should I save the script file in macOS Sequoia?
