I would like to know whether this is a bug or an intended behavior.Steps to reproduce:1. Create a new document (for example, 154 × 216 mm).2. Press Cmd + A (Select All).3. Go to Select > Modify > Contract.4. Enter any value (e.g. 41 px).Result:Nothing happens. The selection does not contract at all, and no error message is displayed. The issue only occurs when the selection covers the entire canvas. If the selection is even slightly smaller than the canvas, Contract works normally. I'm wondering if this behavior has changed or if it is a bug.System:- Photoshop 27.8.0- macOS 26.5.2- Apple M1 Max- No third-party plugins installedCan anyone confirm whether this is expected behavior or reproduce the same issue?--------------------この動作が仕様なのか不具合なのか確認したく、質問させていただきます。

The zoom using the option + scroll wheel in Photoshop on MacOS is too fast. It zooms in and out way too much with a slight scroll. I use the latest Photoshop version and I have this issue on both Magic Mouse and Magic MX 4. I tried googling the problem but still couldn't figure it out. Is there any newest working solutions to this problem?

Correct me if I am wrong : When I first tried Retype feature I could edit text in an image (incorporated, not linked). But now I am only able to identify a more or less simliar font without editing text function. Am I missing something or did Adobe stepped back and dropped this very useful feature?

Alguem pode me ajudar?

I want to set it up so that certain video files always open Premiere Pro, including MP4 and MOV files. Unfortunately, whenever I try to select premiere pro as the default application, the system calls it “unknown application” and doesn’t work. I have to open Premiere Pro, start a project, and THEN add the file, which is a couple more steps than I really want to deal with when I’m simply organizing my thoughts for a project with videos I have on hand. Has anyone else run into this problem? Is it truly an Adobe issue, or should I be nagging Microsoft about it? I don’t understand why this occurs with only Premiere Pro as well because I have no problems with Photoshop, illustrator, or Lightroom. Just Premiere Pro.Thank you for any help anyone can provide and please let me know if I can elaborate if needed.

I’m working on a documentary where most of the footage is shot on iPhones (various models, from 13Pro to 17Pro). I believe they shot HEVC variable frame rate. Some of the clips are over 2 hours long. We tried running proxies, but some clips would freeze during playback. The freezing stopped happening when we detached the proxies and played back from the raw, so we gave up on the proxy workflow re: the iPhone footage. We’re now running into exporting issues. Some of the clips are freezing during export (they keeping getting stuck at a particular part of each clip). We’re concerned that, if we cut those sections into an edit sequence and try exporting the edit sequence, the export will freeze.I saw a post from 6 years ago re: issues with iPhone footage: One reply I found intriguing is that 3rd party transcode software like Handbrake & Shutter Encoder may work better than Media Encoder in this instance because professional products like Media Encoder & Premiere were not designed to

I have a premiere pro 2019 perpetual license. I reloaded my pc which I have used with the software before ( hard drive crashed) now, adobe will not load because of 2026 requirements even tho I am loading 2019 software on a pc that had been running the software before the crash.  Is there a way to reinstall and bypass the 2026 requirments? ThanksCVIJR

mac, M1 MacOS 26.5.2 Adobe PS 27.8.0 Wand tool is not working. I have it sampling 3x3 pixels with a tolerance of 10. No matter what setting I use, using the wand tool selects the entire image. I’ve tried several images. I’ve opened and closed PS.  It’s just all of a sudden very broken. I try quick selection, and that too is ignoring vastly different colors and it’s just acting like a marque tool.

After a 90 minute odyssey through the labrynth of Adobe's so-called customer service support system, I am now arguably wasting more time by posting this complaint, but I am so disgusted by my experience that I want to share it.  It started with a charge to my credit card for a duplicate account that was supposed to have been cancelled over a year ago when I established a new account billed through my business.  Because I know how worthless the customer service support chat function is based on prior experience, I called the customer service number.  The menu of options kept repeating and would not accept any of my selections.  After several unsuccessful attempts to redial and make a selection, I decided to go back to the chat option, where I engaged in over an hour and twenty minutes of chat dialogue with three different agents and was still unsuccessful in my attempt to confirm cancellation of the duplicate account and obtain a refund.  My favorite part of the

Something changed with the color palette in late 2025. I frequently change CMYK values by selecting the art and then clicking in the CMYK sliders in the color palette. Normally I can key-in the values and simply tab from C to M to Y to K, but now as soon as I hit the tab key, all the fields go blank. I’ve been adjusting color this way for decades and now it doesn’t work. I’m currently on version 30.2.1 on Mac OS.

I continue to have problems with Adobe and Partner generative tools returning terrible faces - the AI changes eye direction, adds smiles, adds glasses, changes expressions. So frustrating. A recent AI chat session here said to add statement like “Do NOT alter facial features" "Preserve every face exactly as it appears” That didn’t work either. The AI response said not to use “RESTORE” commands but instead just colorize. Kind of defeats my goal. Can any one help? This is taking hours and hours and multiple passes in the hopes of lucking out. Surely there is a simple way to adress this?

I have been an Adobe Contributor for the past one and a half years. Recently, over the last week, I noticed a significant increase in my sales, which is great to see. However, some fellow Adobe Contributors informed me that an unexpected spike in sales can sometimes trigger a review for suspicious activity. A few of them mentioned that their contributor accounts were suspended after experiencing similar sales patterns.I want to be proactive and ensure everything is in order with my account. Could you please review my recent sales activity and confirm whether everything appears legitimate? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know whether it is safe for me to withdraw my earnings, or if I should wait until any review process is complete.I have always tried to follow Adobe's Contributor guidelines and would like to avoid any issues with my account.Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Posting in the Adobe Create Cloud uservoice after a recommendation from online live chat help, as Adobe Stock neither has its own Uservoice or Feature Request submission option. There needs to be an easier way to report an issue with an individual image from Stock.Adobe.com. I've had a couple incidents where an item either was showing up in safe search despite being explicit, or the final downloaded image is different than what was shown on the preview - e.g., downloading a vector file for a set of multiple logo icons and receiving only one with a different layout. Going through help chat to report this is tedious and time-conusming. The live chat assistants usually assume I'm either swiping the unpurchased watermarked preview and complaining about its resolution, or I'm trying to get credit back for a purchase. This is not their fault, but it takes going in circles a few times to figure out I'm just trying to report an issue with an image so other users don't come across it

Whenever I try to use my rectangular marquee tool, I get this:I am using version 27.8.0 on a Win 11 machine. I have been careful to make sure the correct layer is selected. I have no trouble with the lasso tools or select and mask, or with the other marquee tools. What is happening here?

Hello,I’m attempting to register for an Adobe Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account so I can integrate the Acrobat Sign API into my application. The registration form says I should receive an email within approximately 30 minutes, but no email ever arrives. Here’s what I’ve already tried:Created and verified my Adobe ID. Signed into my Adobe account before submitting the registration form. Checked spam/junk folders. Waited well beyond 30 minutes. Submitted the form on multiple occasions over several days. Tested with a second person (my development partner), who experienced the exact same issue using a different Adobe account and email address.Neither of us has received the provisioning email or been able to access an Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account.Could someone please verify whether there is an issue with the Developer Edition provisioning service or check whether our registration requests are getting stuck? If needed, I’m happy to provide the email address(es) used for registra
