Hi, I tried to open a file and got this message, which I’ve never seen before.  This is a fairly old file which I’ve opened many times before.  Any idea why I’m getting this message and if there is anything I can do about it?  Thanks.

Hello All,Couple days ago, my Acrobat Pro started creating weird lines withing the ruler when I move the mouse over the document. The more I move over the document, the more lines, until they completely saturate the ruler beyond recognition. I uninstall Acrobat Pro through the Creative Cloud Desktop and reinstalled; and it was working fine for a couple documents but has now returned. I do not have grid lines enabled, any ideas…? I have included 3 pictures…First picture is when I open the document, everything is normal.Second picture, just a quick movement of the mouse over the document, weird lines are starting to appear on the ruler.Third picture, continuing to move the mouse over the document (no clicking, just scrolling) and it completely saturates the ruler beyond recognition.  I have also closed out of Acrobat, shutdown the computer and restarted, same result. Thanks for any help.

I’m a bit confused though. When I’m not logged in, I can clearly see the option to use the new Precision Flow (beta) in edit mode in the Adobe Firefly app. However, when I log in with my Enterprise account, Precision Flow isn’t visible at all.Do you know why that might be? Could it be a bug?My first image shows the setup when I’m not logged in, and the second shows how it looks when I am logged in.Markup and Precision Flow visible when im not signed inMarkup and Precision Flow not visible when signed in…?

Usually we call “Bounding Box”. What is purpose of having different name?

Major malfunction with Lightroom Classic:I tried to Import (Copy) about 20 images from my CF Express card to my local SSD - exactly as I always do.The Import dialog window gets stuck with no progress and never ends, for a task that should take a few seconds. In the Import dialog window, the image thumbnails don't render any images and display only as grey boxes. I Forced Quit, ejected the card, restarted my Mac, reinserted the card and from Finder I dragged (copied) the images into my Users > Pictures folder on my local SSD. No problem. Relaunched LrC and ran the Import process again, and again the same issue. Forced Quit again and restarted my Mac. Again, I tried to Import (Add) but again had to Force Quit when the Import dialog window got stuck. I restarted my Mac again. Tried Library > Synchronise Folder but it just froze and I had to Force Quit. When I cancel the Import process, I get a dialog box saying "no photos or videos were found to import" even though they’re on my loca

Explanation of the Issue:Since updating to Adobe Premiere Pro 24.3 (and continuing in 24.4 and 25.2), the timeline cursor (playback head) fails to move smoothly during playback. It either stutters or freezes while audio and video playback continues in real time. The issue is persistent and reproducible on laptops equipped with NVIDIA RTX GPUs.Important:We have already attempted switching the playback timeline setting to Smooth Scroll as a workaround. While Smooth Scroll partially moves the cursor, it does not behave the same as Page Scroll and is not acceptable for professional editing workflows that require precise cuts and real-time cursor following. When reverting to version 24.2.1, the timeline cursor moves smoothly without issues. This problem disrupts the ability to edit and time cuts accurately, significantly affecting workflow efficiency. No permanent workaround exists except downgrading versions, which is not ideal.Desired Behavior (What Should Happen):The timeline cursor

My lightroom classic crashed. I restarted my computer and when it opened back up it said my catlog was corrupt and I can not get it to open. So I followed online advice to move it out of the folder and then create a new one, but now all of my existing work is gone.

Thanks in advance but I am flustered.  I have a Macbook for travel and a desktop PC for home.  Recently cam home with about 950 images edited on the road with LR Classic.  Tried to import this a few times into the catalog into my desktop.  Each time, after hours of seeming to imp rt (scrollbar SLOWLY moves), get an error message and task is not successful.  So then, I tried to export the laptop catalog to the external HDD without “negatives” and previews.  The catalog moved to my external HDD.  But, when I open it, all the images are greyed out.  If I open an item under the develop module, it appears (complete with metadata and edits), but the disappears if another image is then opened.  I don’t deem sable to get this catalog in a working state to the external HDD so I can move it to the desktop PC. Pertinent information…...folder exported to external HDD contains folder with images and .xmp files, {XXX Helper.lrdata}, {XXX.lrcat}, {XXX.lrcat-data}, {XXX Previews.lrdata}, and 3 files I

So how come you can say I won't get a refund. Check it and give me the refund , also i can share images

I have saved several documents in Adobe...Now when I open them,it altogether opens a different document..Even if I recently save a document,it shows different document as saved..

Hi, I want to cancel my plan (CC All Apps), it's a yearly plan, charged monthly. It will be renewed in one month. When I go to "Cancel my plan" I get the following:It says "You'll lose access to premium apps and services after Dec 3 2024", but it also says "You'll no longer be able to access most of your favorite apps". So, I don't understand if I cancel my plan, do I lose access in November or December?Thank you in advance everyone.

After I cancelled the plan today, I was told I will get a refund within 5 business days. is it true or have other conditions? I just cancelled the plan today, I just wanna confirm that I will get a refund or not. You can check my account with my email to see my transaction and my action about cancel plan earlier. Please answer me😖

Cancelled trial two days before the trial period ended. My Adobe account said no plans were active but today I was charged. Still, even after I was billed, my account says no plans are active and doesn't even give me an option to cancel my current plan that I was just billed for. This is wrong, I need a refund due to website/account error.

I’m having issue with a specific video file being able to be added to my sequence as a video file.  All other files from the same shoot date are reading appropriately, and load video and audio. I’ve imported it twice, and also transcoded it from .mov to .mp4, and none of this does anything to permit me to drag it into my sequence as a video file.  The .mov file itself in my bin reads as a video and audio file that plays both in the source monitor, but I cannot drag the video down.

I subscribed for adobe creative cloud with student discount but later i got an autopay activation on my card for IRN 20000.00. How do i cancel the autopay?

Hi friends,This file was rejected due to "similar content". I hope to receive criticism about the file so that I can improve in my future project.Any suggestions are appreciated.

I subscribed to the free trial and cancelled the trial before subscription start , but somehow I got charged INR 849 . I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

I’ve recently noticed two monthly charges to my credit card ($47.99AUD and $10.99AUD) from Adobe Systems.  So I checked in my “orders and invoices” within my account and there’s nothing showing.  I do have a Photography Plan which I pay for annually, I want to continue with that, just not these additional random payments. Can anyone advise where to look to find out what these payments are for, or any way of contacting Adobe billing other than through this community? Thanks
