Solved

Paying is easy, but requesting a refund feels much harder.I understood that a refund is possible if requested within 14 days. I signed up after reading that Adobe Acrobat would allow editing with a free trial, but I was charged $32 immediately.I have already canceled the subscription.Could you please help me process the cancellation and issue a refund? I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Anybody notice Adobe upgrading their account to Adobe Pro without telling them? Charging you extra for it as well? A shady email possibly Why is there, no way to turn of auto-rebill? I don't use half the junk they think I should be using. Adobe = Predatory billing. Why do I feel I don’t trust Adobe anymore?

My 7-day free trial ended today, and I was charged £62.99 for the annual subscription. As I no longer use Adobe, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a refund if possible. Since the payment was taken today, could you please let me know if I am eligible for a refund? If so how can I get the refund?I would really appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

HiI am using Adobe Indesign 2026 and recently discovered that none of my documents open when clicked on in the Home screen. I tried clearing up space on my computer (over a GB of storage was freed), but that didn’t solve the problem. When I click on the desired files in my Finder window, nothing happens either. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance,Joey

After installing the latest SoundQ update (May 2026), Premiere Pro became almost unusable on Windows.Symptoms:Playback takes several seconds to start Playhead freezes or updates very slowly Timeline becomes extremely laggy UI still responds, but playback engine appears stuckI completely uninstalled SoundQ and the problem still remained. What fixed it immediately:Preferences→ Audio→ Manage Audio Plugins→ Click “Rescan existing plug-ins”Playback instantly returned to normal after that.Looks like SoundQ may corrupt or confuse Premiere’s audio/VST plugin cache or scanning state.

Tearing my hair out with this one - trying to export hi res print pdf but keeps failing. Thought maybe it was a dodgy link so created new blank doc and getting the same error. tried exporting as png and jpg which doesn’t work either. Any ideas?

I am 66 years old and have been woring with Macromedia Fireworks since 2009. This is the only design software I know and have purchased. I have upgraded my computer and now my fireworks is not working at all. Apparently Macromedia sold to Adobe. I have tried everything to contact Adobe with absolutely no response. How come you purchase outrightly and then the software is switched off. This is theft as far as I am concerned. Me, at the age of 66 to try and start learning a new graphics software platform is going to be really difficult. All I am asking for is what I paid for to work and nothing else. Please can somebody respond to this mail. Its as though Adbobe are hiding and do not want to take any responsibility. You are welcome to email me at [removed] or my mobile number is [removed] . Thanking you kindly. Gu       [PII removed. This is a public forum and spammers may misuse this.]

I tried using all the modifier buttons on the keyboard to no avaial. It's a small thing, but a big thing as well. HELP! Video of what I'm seeing is attached.

Turntable is missing from Adobe Illustrator yet in the home screen, it literally shows a promo/tour of the Turntable feature.

I recently went from using Lightroom Classic on a PC to using on a MAC. I had no issues with the PC. On the MAC with the same library I get "Photo merge error unable to merge photos. Failed to import the final merged result". The message pops up everytime I try to merge any photos. All my photos are RAW. Please help.

Why, Where did my picture go? I exited firefly after asking it to “SURPRISE ME”. I even chose the 6th Variation. I exited it The Program, firefly and no picture..

Example: prompted to remove facial hair, Firefly turned a black man into a white man, multiple times. And this has occurred multiple times with different images. See attachments, just one example. First shot shows original, other shots are the results from prompting Firefly to remove facial hair. In frustration I even prompted, “please don’t change the man’s skin color!” Didn’t work
