Solved

Hi there! I'm having trouble trying to solve this problem concerning color correction. The image on the top right is in Photoshop and shows color corrected, accurate colors. The image on bottom right shows the exported JPEG in my computer photo viewer. The image on the LEFT is the upload to social media (Patreon). When I go to share this exported JPEG on email or social media, it becomes OVERLY saturated. What is happening, and how do I make them align?I am using these color settings in PSD:Any help is appreciated!

Adobe stock didn't accept my this EPS File... Any reason?

There should be an option in the accounts to use two devices at once. When I have several SD cards after a shoot I tend to import them at the same time (one on a PC, one on a Mac). Batch denoise is also something I start and at the same time continue my workflow on the other device.  I was told by Adobe support that this isn't an allowed practice. Their solution was that I should take a TEAM account (way too expensive for a pensioner like me). There should be an option to have a personal account on two devices at once. Maybe adding 50% to the price of what a personal account is now. The point I’m to make is that there should be an option between a regular personal account and a team account. The difference in price is huge, to say the least. There should be something in between (the difference is like two months team cost the same as a whole year personal). An option to have two devices on the same IP address for something like 150% the price of a personal account seems fair to me, as

Can you change or make the space bar the hand tool again please?  I’ve been using Photoshop since nice the very beginning almost every day and it’s super annoying to lose this.thank you.

I am an Adobe Stock video contributor and currently experiencing the weekly submission limit restriction. Because of this, I am temporarily unable to submit my prepared videos for review. At the moment, I continue uploading my content as drafts and carefully preparing titles, descriptions, and keywords in advance so they are ready once my quota becomes available again.I would appreciate if you could kindly provide more information about:how the weekly submission limits work, which factors affect contributor quotas, and whether there is a way to increase my current submission limit over time.

I’ve been wrestling with Adobe Fonts for several days now, and none of the workarounds have fixed anything. Creative Cloud shows that Adobe Fonts are synced and installed, but none of those typefaces show up in InDesign or Photoshop. All apps are up to date (including CC), I’ve tried disabling fonts, logging out, and enabling them again, restarted my computer multiple times (2019 iMac running Sequoia 15.7.3), clearing the font cache in Terminal, validating fonts in FontBook—basically anything that I’ve seen suggested, I’ve tried, and nothing has worked. Typefaces outside of Adobe Fonts are all working perfectly fine.I currently can’t work on any existing InDesign documents because it has “adding fonts” as a never-ending background task. I’m once again (thanks adobe!) paying for software that’s locked itself. Is there some other magical workaround I’ve overlooked? Ideally something that you don’t have to do every time you launch a program.

Hello Adobe Team, I found a third-party site “AdobeTrack” claiming to track Adobe Stock contributor downloads and analytics. Is this allowed under Adobe policies since no official contributor API exists? Please clarify if this is safe or violates terms.

Premiere Pro V 14.7.0MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6 I've never had an issue with audio ducking - it's always worked great.  Now it does not adjust the music when it gets to a lower keyframe - even if I drag the keyframe to zero, it will still play music at a high level.   Is this a bug?  Or have I hit a setting somewhere to disable it?  Keyframes throughout are ignored.  All music and dialog are categorized properly.

I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₹2599 as the 1 year subscription of the app.  I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends. Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the 1 year subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. Google Play won't allow me to refund that's why I am humbly asking ffor your consideration. Attached below are proofs of payment and purchases. Please let me know if you need more p

I am unable to generate an image from a reference image. It isn't working - again - despite my having 3980 credits. It happens every day. It's always something with this program.  I’ve used google chrome and yahoo.  Nothing works, and I have work that needs to be done.

I am an India-based common man. P.S. I'm not anyone working in the Hollywoods ! I'm just a common man from Kolkata India, who inspite of having very easily available "pirated softwares" chose to "buy" Adobe product for Individual Freelancing works. And Again P.S. My turnover isn't in Millions Pls ! Still I prefer to "Buy" adobe instead of getting any pirated copies. Never knew I would never actually be able to buy anything from Adobe ! Now coming to my issue. I don't have a Credit Card (As I said my turnover isn't very great, I'm just a commoner). I do have a Paypal account with which I make foreign payments / purchases. But Here in Adobe you guys don't allow Indians to use anything other than "CREDIT CARD" ! ~Looks Like Adobe don't want everyone to buy Adobe products.I've literally talked to over a dozen of Customer Care executives over the "CHAT" in Adobe site as well as "CALL" and also in Facebook Page, but to no proper use ! I'm now completely Pissed off with Adobe. My worst experi

I see this issue has been posted about a few time over the years but there is either no resolution posted or it's reported as a bug. If I have a pdf minimized and open a new pdf, it maximizes the minimized pdf, which results in me having to again minimize the pdf. This is very annoying when opening alot of pdfs. Also, I do not have option open documents as new tabs in the same window option selected. Each pdf I open is a seperate window. Thanks for any help in fixing this.

My team extensively uses the Adobe shared review functionality on SharePoint. As of this morning, no one on my team can open a shared review. We are getting the error “Status: could not save the shared review-enabled PDF file.” Any insight into why this is happening or how to resolve?

I would like to know how I can get real help.  A two weeks ago Adobe charged an unauthorized payment for a subscription that it had managed to delete before the end of the trial period. I have been trying for almost three weeks to get my money back but I think Adobe has simply stolen my money. My bank began a long investigation and they showed me and it appears in the record that Adobe took the money from my account, however, they deny having any payment, I don't even have an official invoice in my account. For the bank it is impossible that it was a mistake, it is proven in the system that Adobe has the money, but they categorically deny it, I have the receipts that prove the information but the chat and phone calls have really been useless, it is always the same answer. My bank says that I should solve it directly with Adobe and my bank  it is a serious entity that I trust, I doubt they wants to scam me but it seems that Adobe does, please help.

I’ve found the same problem happening to other people in forums, but the reply was always to change something in the document-raster-effects-settings, which changes nothing in my document. Is there another way to prevent it?My settings:background: transparentadd: 254mmThank you in advance!!

Hi everyone,I recently started working on a new tech and gaming-related website, and I’ve been experimenting with creating downloadable PDF-style guides and documentation layouts for better readability on both desktop and mobile devices. While testing different formats, I noticed that some PDFs open smoothly in Adobe Acrobat while others feel slower or harder to navigate, especially when they contain larger images or long sections of content.I’d appreciate feedback on best practices for optimizing PDFs for performance, readability, and compatibility in Acrobat. Are there recommended export settings, compression methods, or layout structures that generally work best for modern websites and digital guides?Any suggestions or recommendations would be really helpful.

Respecting  guide image boundaries and general geometry and edges , understanding the target style and requirements while Firefly just ignores it all altogether and makes something while maybe nice looking but totally outside of what I requested.    Looks rather like nice toy than an instrument . In fact I gave up with fierfly for some time already but  still waiting if it might be getting more intelligent?           It took chatGPT a few tries maybe but it really understand what I am asking and does closer and closer with each new iteration  while with Firefly it stay pure  dice throwing all the time.Am I missing something?   Some special wording  technique , special commands  to stay on track? I especially need it to follow my  initial guide image boundaries and specific scale,   an ortho or map  projection  rather than perspective image  recognizing and  following vector shapes.  Chat can do it for example.

I am working on a project in Indesign and flipping back and forth between it and Lightroom. Everything was fine at first, all images looked good in Indesign, then something happened and now all of the images are overly saturated in Indesign. I don't remember changing any settings, but may have hit a hot key that changed it? Any help is appreciated! (First image is the Indesign photo, second is Lightroom)

Hi everyone,I am an Adobe Stock contributor. I have heard from many people that if you use the Drop Shadow effect in an Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Stock may reject the submission, and that Drop Shadow effects should not be used in stock files. Is this actually true? I am feeling quite confused about this and would really appreciate some clarification from experienced contributors.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
