Help! I lost all settings - actions, short cuts, brushes etc after the latest update. I - apparently - don’t have a back up and if I do I don’t know how to find it. I installed the previous PS version, didn’t work. Installed the one before that, still didn’t work. I have looked online and found nothing of use. WHAT DO I DO?

Why isn't the Expansion window active? I need to blur the edges of the mask, just like in version 25. Why did you remove such a useful feature? How can I soften the edges of the mask? Or is that no longer possible?

Yesterday an update of Photoshop (27.7.0) and ACR (18.3.1.2580) came out. Lens profiles for Samsung S25 Ultra are missing in both. In the previous release I could use them. Please fix this bug

While using object selection mask , expansion option is in grey or disabled , WHY??? . For other masking tool it works fine .

I'm trying to use an installation of Adobe Acrobat to edit a document. Colleagues in my office have successfully been able to edit this document with their installations of the software. When I try, I get this message:Typed text does appear to be Arial but if I try to type numbers, I get peculiar looking characters that might be from the Hebrew character set?In trying to fix this I discovered, to my surprise, that if I try and "repair" the installation, I get wizard dialog boxes that are partly in English but with what looks like Arabic text on the buttons.   The repair did nothing. An uninstall and a manual delete of all acrobat associated data in AppData and other places followed by a reinstall didn't fix this either. Alliance No. 2 is installed in Windows fonts and is fine in Office applications. In Acrobat under "fonts used in this document" it has the font listed three times:Are the strange languages in the dialogs and the number substitutions linked? Is there anything else I can

Hi there,I am trying to edit text and Arabic text comes up instead - no idea why?The Myriad Pro family is installed via Adobe fonts.PDF says its fonts are embedded.Tried reinstalling but same problem over and over again - vey frustrating as this has never happened before - same issue with every other PDF file.Would appreciate some tech-wiz know how if possible please?

HelloI just graduated and the app keeps prompting me to sign in with the school account instead of the email page. I tried this and nothing changed.

I’m having a problem when I try to create a pdf from Excel.I highlight the pages I want to include in the pdf.  If I choose Save as PDF it saves the entire file not just the pages I’ve selected.  Or if I do  Microsoft Print to PDF it will show all the pages in the preview but then it automatically first will do a pdf of the first page and then if you click through again it will save the other pages separately.

Issue:All interactive UI overlays in the Program Monitor are not displayed. Specifically:- No bounding box when a clip is selected in the timeline- No mask outline or handles when creating/editing masks (Opacity, Crop, etc.)- No text cursor when editing text- No text selection highlight when selecting textVideo plays normally and effects apply correctly, but no interactive UI is drawn over the Program Monitor making masking and text editing impossible.Steps already tried:- Toggled "Overlays" via wrench menu (enabled)- Switched between Editing Overlay / V1 Only / Custom Overlay presets- Reset workspace (Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout)- Full uninstall + clean reinstall of Premiere Pro- Updated NVIDIA Studio Driver- Double-clicked clip in Program Monitor- Tested on a brand new sequence (same issue)- Renderer dropdown is greyed out (cannot switch to Software Only)System:- OS: Windows 11- CPU: Intel i9-14900KF- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070- RAM: 64GB DDR5- Premiere Pro version:26

This is the kind of thing that drives me insane.  Hours ago I wanted to open some images in "bridge".  The images are all RAW files- images of the the Milky Way (night sky) that I wash to stack, with the idea that multiple images of the same night sky will show extensive detail when stacked, etc. The problem is they have a pad lock symbol on them.  This makes them a 'read only' image.  There is no obvious way to open these images.  Two books on photoshop provide no answers in the index.  Secondly, I want to auto- align these images, but there does not seem to be a way to do this in CS-4.  Any ideas are appreciated. Now for constructive critisim of Adobe.  For the extremly expensive product you sell, you do a horrible, horrible job providing your customers with what they need to use the software.  Why isn't a DVD included with the software that provides extensive, detailed information needed so a question can be easily answered?  Why do y

I have  Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 with a serial number. Previous laptop is recycled and now I need to install it on a new pc running same platform, Windows 11. After I installed it on my new computer the login/activation screen appears and says that i reached maximum computers and that i need to deactivate the other computer. The other computer is uninstalled already and I cant see any computers activated at all. Can somebody please help me. Ive talked to Adobe support and the said to raise a ticket here.

I redact a section of my document with Adobe Acrobat Pro but the 'apply redactions' button is opache and doesn't allow me to click on it. What am I doing wrong?

Hello fellow Lightroom users! Recently I moved from Lightroom Classic to the newly created cloud based version. Despite the "classic" being my ride or die for many years I decided to explore what new adobe has to offer.  One of the issues that I can't seem to wrap my head arround is that every time I try to create a mask (M shortcut) Lightroom initializes the detection of people process and it doesn't let me access the other masking options until I have selected a person to mask. However great this peple detection feature is, it is not always necessary. I hope that this is just a bug and not a temporary feature that Adobe try to shove into our faces. This is very annoying and maybe a deal breaker for me. Please if anybody has dealth with that issue, provide some guidance!

I want to change the colors for different link states in my navigation, but only see options for Regular and Rollover - Adobe’s support page on this topic (https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037365053-Styling-your-Navigation) is about 3 years outdated with old screenshots and doesn’t go into detail on this... A few issues I’m having:It seems like there are styles for Active (Black) and Visited (Gray) link states when editing the nav, but I see no option to change them  My Rollover style should be the same gray as the Visited links in the screenshot below, but hovering over the “CONTACT” link shows that state as black for some reason The system seems to have a different style settings for external links - e.g. “PHOTOGRAPHY” below is an external link, and does not take on the same styles as the internal links - and this is the only one I actually can customize. None of the internal links take on the same color changes, but I would like them to match.  Basically I just want

My brandnew Photoshop Elements 2026 can not handle CR3 files.A message appears that thsi file type is nos supported, although it does appear in the list of supported file types. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Regards, Erna

The new 30.3 update for Mac introduced "improved font handling in Illustrator (macOS) for better consistency and reduced reliance on unsupported system resources"However, this seems to have broken auto font activation with the Typeface font manager. Is there a way to get this fixed? Thanks!

I need my free Acrobat trial (four days left) cancelled immediately. I tried this program and wasn’t satisfied (layouts get messed up, menu selections don’t match those in FAQs and so on). The cancellation link just gives me a blue wheel for minutes, nothing happens on three separate browsers and two computers. The chat (useless AI bot) just gives me the same link and answer over and over, clearly not understanding. I’m starting to suspect this is something you’re doing on purpose to prevent people from cancelling, as every other part of the site works. I want this cancelled immediately, by a human, as AI can’t help me here.

Foi debitado da minha conta bancária o valor de R$164,99. Eu cancelei a assinatura, pois não irei mais utilizar este programa. Gostaria de receber reembolso desse valor debitado.
