Solved

From the creative cloud I go to Stock, and there is no way to filter for free resources there. I have to go to google and search “adobe free stock” to get a link to the free section, which has the same URL but looks completely different.

I'm on the lookout for a simple script to sort an Illustrator artboard list alphabetically. (I don't need the artboards themselves rearranged on the canvas, just the order of the artboards in the list.)In the example (image) below, the artboard list reads:1. life-ring2. wheelchair-alt3. wheelchair4. information...30. blind-walkingThe desired result would be for the artboard list itself to be sorted to read:1. assistive-listening2. assistive-listening-telecoil3. blind-walking4. braille...30. wheelchair-altI've scoured the forums for solutions to this. The closest I could find is here: Sort artboards by name, but it doesn't seem to work in Illustrator CC. Also found this (How to sort objects alphabetically (inside of a layer)?), but it is layer-specific, not artboard. Thanks so much for any help!

For some reason, when I try to access the Creative Cloud free trial, none of the payment methods work they all return an error. Adobe support agents have not been able to provide a solution, and my bank says there are no issues or restrictions on their side. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

When I open substance painter, it doesn’t matter what I do, after around 3 minutes, it will just close. It does not crash, as if I’m in a project, it will ask to save before closing. It was working perfectly fine a couple of hours ago. Please help me with this! I really doubt its GPU related as the program is not crashing, it literally just closes. I can just be on the home screen and it will still close.

How and/or where can I find my real reel June price for next week?  My boss says to cancel if it doubles.  Thanks!!

We are using Adobe PDF Services APIs for exporting HTML to DOCX through the following endpoints:https://pdf-services.adobe.io/operation/htmltopdf https://pdf-services.adobe.io/operation/exportpdfThe source HTML renders correctly in the browser, with the expected formatting, font sizes, and styles. However, after processing through the Adobe APIs, the font sizes are not retained consistently in the generated DOCX output. As a result, the exported DOCX does not accurately match the original HTML styling. We have observed that in some cases the font size decreases by a few points, while in other cases it increases unexpectedly. The overall formatting is largely preserved, but the typography fidelity is inconsistent. This behavior appears intermittent/random and is impacting document consistency and output quality.

After the new update i can not find the fill bucket icon under the gradient icon anymore is the bucket relocated somewhere else. Or is this some sort of bug / error?

I want to purchase a new subscription, but I've tried repeatedly for several days and until now still can't complete the payment. It keeps showing the error "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank." Although I checked with the bank and confirmed that my card is still working normally. Can someone please help me? I'm so desperate 😭

I am bates numbering several files and want each file to start at 001. how can I do this and does Adobe acrobat pro provide this function

Hi, I signed up for the indesign trial version just to check it out. I forgot to cancel before the end of the trial period and I was charged 26 euros, which is fine. My mistake. But now that I am trying to cancel the subscription, I am being told to pay 143 euros early termination fee. Please could you waive this. I am a new user who was just trying the indesign. I ended up finding it way too complicated with a steep learning curve. I will not use it. Would appreciate if you could waive the termination fee. Best regards, Abhishek

When using the object mask, the expansion tool for refinement is greyed out. Any ideas why or how to fix this? I am on the latest version of Premiere 26.2.2 Build 3.

Hi All, tl;dr need gallery that clients can use to choose photos for editing. The more automation, the better. I am quoting to shoot 160 headshots for a company, and I want to streamline the photo-choice process. I'd like to upload 3-5 unedited photos per person into an online gallery (password-protected), and allow them to tick a box on their favourite, and then have that list of favourites automatically come back to me so I can edit the right ones. Ideally, it'd be great if Lightroom Classic (my database of choice) could import those choices automatically (and marking them with a flag, colour, or star rating). I have the vague notion that Lightroom CC may be the way to go, but I've never used it and am not sure if the niche need I have can be done or not. Can the Adobe Cloud ecosystem give me this functionality? (I am a subscriber to the entire suite). You see, I normally shoot 20 or fewer people at a time (I usually work with much smaller companies), so for

Trying to access Firefly Precision Flow and Markup using Enterprise account with chrome browser on Windows but both options disappear when I login. Have seen elsewhere administrator needs to grant access in admin console but would anyone know where/what exactly to enable or possibly have screenshot? Thanks

For years we had the filter toolbar above the strip view where I can directly filter by flagged, label, whatever. Now, this toolbar is just visible for 1 sec after starting LR and then it’s gone.Even if I select “Default Columns” from the filter, it stays empty - and only the “Flagged” or “Rating” selection in the filters dropdown shows a filter (but only the selected one)

Hello, I haven't been able to find an answer on how to change the default values of the sliders in the presets within the masks. I can only find the option to “Save current settings as new default”I don't want to create a new preset default. Also, how can I delete or rename a mask presets? Regards

I’m using the font “36 days ago BRK” that is free to use for any purpose, yet InDesign insists on replacing it as i export my PDF because of “licensing issues”. I’m not using Adobe Fonts, I simply downloaded a free-use font off the internet. I don’t want to start using Adobe Fonts or find another font to replace it. What’s really annoying is that it used to work on older versions. I don’t know why this is an issue now.

When I go to Esign and press the button “Specify where to sign” button it says. However Esign works when I click “More Options” above the “Specify where to sign” button is.It loads and gets stuck on 72% and say’s this error.“File could not be sent due to an error. Please check your proxy settings and try again after some time”I don’t have a proxy setup. I’ve tried uninstalling / reinstalled acrobat. Tried on a hotspot connection and that fails too. Tried a brand new computer. Installed creative cloud and adobe and get the same error.Ensured I was on the latest version  26.001.21529

Hello! It would be so very helpful if you could add the usage of custom imported brushes in IPad Illustrator in the same way as in desktop version. All fashion designers will definitely be grateful!

Is there a way to overlay camera/lens details on the thumbnails in Lightroom CC like you can on Lightroom Classic? It’s a lot smoother to work on multiply photos at one when you can see instantly the details on the thumbnails rather than having to press (i) or (e) all the time.
