I used the Topaz Upscale for video. It ran the process, took the credits but didn't provide me with the end product. There is nothing new to download. The photo shows the original video I uploaded, and I place the box for the upscale to the right of it and there is nothing there. There is no upscaled video showing in the Generation History. I want the credits refunded. Project

I have a multi page PDF filled with lots of JavaScript actions and calculations for various fields.  Somewhere in my code I must have a setFocus() to a field that is getting executed unexpectedly.  My PDF document will jump to a single page unexpectedly after several different Button Fields run their code.I have used advanced search to try to find instances of setFocus() in my JavaScript but it shows 0 instances.  Any suggestions???   WES

Since updating to 27.6.0, the font list shows several strange active Adobe Fonts. I’ve never used or heard of any of these fonts, and don’t intend to use them.I don’t use Adobe Fonts and have the service disabled in the CC app, I’ve also cleared font caches for CC app, Ps app, and my font manager (Typeface) which also has Adobe Font import disabled.Anyone know why these are suddenly appearing even though I have Adobe Fonts service completely disabled?Mac Studio 22, Tahoe 26.5

I canceled my free trial for Adobe pro and even received the confirmation email. It turned out a part of the plan is still active and tried to debit. I tried reaching out to support but the AI bot could not help. Can you please assist, I don't even use this plan/app.

Wäre extrem wichtig, dass ein und derselbe Link aktualisiert werden kann. Der Kunde arbeitet mehrere

Can I export pages in an InDesign doc as an animated gif.I would like the gif to automatically progress from beginning to end of the book. Almost like an auto progression in a slide show. Thanks

I had an unexplained deduction of 35.99 euros from my Paypal account by Adobe Systems Ireland on 17/05/25, I have no new apps, there are no invoices or orders on my personal space, no idea where this charge came from, how do I get refund please ?

make a judgment first:If the document only has one layer and the layer name is not aa.I will rename this layer to "aa" and change the color to red

Despite I have a subsctiption to Acrobat Studio, and an enterprise account to Creative Cloud Pro, it seems I cannot download Acrobat Pro on my computer. This seems pretty weird. I get access to Acrobat from my CC subscription, I can see that I have a Acrobat Studio too, but when I try to get to the apps, it does not allow me to get access to Acrobat Pro. I really need to work on it so I would like to understand how to download the Pro version and not the standard version

This is driving me mad. I'm unable to drag my InDesign window around my screen or across my dual monitor. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I noticed that the little bar that always lives at the top of the window with the close, maximize, and minimize buttons is GONE. I most likely accidentally altered a setting but now I have no idea how to fix it! It does not have to do with being in Full Screen Mode or my Application Frame not being checked. I have checked both of these things. No other windows or documents are open within InDesign and I have already reset my Workspace multiple times.

Hello Community, I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017. My old computer's hard drive was about to fail, so I followed the official instructions to sign out from my Adobe account on that device. After replacing the hard drive and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017, I encountered an error message saying that my serial number is already in use on another computer. However, I have only ever used this serial number on this computer and no other devices. I need assistance to resolve this activation issue and regain access to my product.

Hello Adobe Support,I am facing a serious issue with Adobe video generation. The system continuously fails to generate videos and keeps showing errors like “Could not load video” or “Failed to generate video.” The problem is that even though no video was successfully created, my credits/subscription usage has still been deducted completely. I have not received a single usable generated video, yet all my credits have been consumed.I want to understand:- Why are credits being deducted when the generation fails?- How can my full subscription usage be consumed without delivering a single successful video?- Is there any refund, credit restoration, or solution available for this issue?I understand that some AI tools may not refund credits like Veo or other platforms, but this situation is unfair because the service failed entirely without producing results. Please investigate this issue and provide support as soon as possible.Thank you.

I have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat on a Mac.  I'm trying to submit an IRS form via the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of their form.  When I click on the button nothing happens. Do I need to change anything in preferences to make this work?

I tried it, but it didn't seem successful.Am I looking for this information correctly?https://www.indesignjs.de/extendscriptAPI/indesign-latest/#TextWrapPreference.html#d1e267213var d = app.activeDocument;var items = d.selection;var item = d.selection[0];autType = item.textFramePreferences.autoSizingType;item.textFramePreferences.autoSizingReferencePoint = AutoSizingReferenceEnum.TOP_CENTER_POINT;item.textFramePreferences.autoSizingType = AutoSizingTypeEnum.HEIGHT_AND_WIDTH;item.textFramePreferences.ignoreWrap = true;alert(item.textFramePreferences.ignoreWrap);

In Premiere Pro 25.1.0 I am not able to select the GPU for rendering.  I have worked through the solution in the pinned FAQ and this post which is referenced in several other posts with the same problem.  I have another computer with the same model GPU that is working. My System:Brand new install, just built.CPU - Intel Core Ultra 9 285KGPU - Intel Arc A770OS - Windows 11 Pro What I've Tried (not necessarily in order): Reinstall Premiere and Media Encoder. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool on Premiere and Media Encoder. Used GPUSniffer (it sees the GPU). Clean reinstall of the GPU drivers. Set Windows graphics settings to use the GPU for Premiere. I'm not sure what to try next.  Thanks.

Within our enterprise we have had users with personal licences for Adobe acrobat pro. We have recently migrated them to an enterprise licence so we can manage them within the portal and they can use SSO However, a user is now unable to use Acrobat pro as they are getting the attached error The account the user was signed into previously was using the same email address, so presumably the software is defaulting to that account rather than the new one with the enterprise licence. Signing out unfortunately has not helped, is there anything we can do to remove this account and then resign the user back in with the new credentials?

In the last few weeks, saving a file in Legacy Format (CS5) isn´t working properly.A Colleague of mine still uses CS5 and I often save files for him.Nowadays, files appear "corrupt" or "from a newer version", despite being simple designs, without any of the new features.Anyone else experiencing this? Any solves? Thank you

Hi,I’m currently unable to use the generative video feature. It says I have no credits left, but I believe this may be an error, as I have only used Adobe Firefly once.Could you please help me review this issue and confirm whether my credits are displaying correctly?Thank you!

I have changed my mobile handset. Now how to get my old scanned documents

Fino a ieri utilizzavo la ruota colore di adobe per individuare lo schema colore più adatto alla mia fotografia. Oggi all’improvviso, è diventata inutilizzabile!!!!!

I just updated PS, and now my Actions just seem to be a click and done, and I can’t open the Action to see the individual steps. I need to be able to do that since sometimes I like to start mid way or only do a portion of an Action…  There has to be a setting to change, right??
