I used firefly free servers for ai video generations but I see all my credits are finished. Please help me with this issue. This is just start of month and my all credits are showing almost finished and I have used none of them. This is bug with credits

Has anyone noticed longer generation times or inconsistent image quality in Adobe Firefly when creating more detailed prompts with complex backgrounds and lighting?I’ve been testing different prompt styles in Firefly and noticed that more detailed scenes sometimes take longer to generate or produce slightly inconsistent results. Curious if there are any recommended prompt structures or settings for better quality and consistency.

Hi. I'm left handed person and in mobile Lightroom used on iPad Pro its pretty annoying to reach right side toolbar every time, while using fingers or pencil. That would be cool if I have option to switch toolbar from left to right side. I'm pretty sure that there is a bunch of other apps don't have that kind of problems.

The question is about a refund for the subscription of Adobe Acrobat Premium , cause I barely use it and it took me a yearly subscription this morning! Can I get a refund?

Using AI to arrange books is really a sin.InDesign has a homepage that displays page numbers, book eyebrows, and shared reference lines. Is there a way to solve Ai? Repeat the operation?

Could I please have a refund of my subscription I have been charged after I forgot to cancel my free trial.

Is there anyway to stop Photoshop zooming from say 400% to 12800%?? - Which is both annoying and ridiculous. I think the problem is cause by a slight movement on the magnifying tool on a click and it uses that vector as a magnification level - even though I've got Flick Panning, Zoom with Scroll Wheel, animated Zoom, Zoom resises Window and Zoom clicked Point to Centre turned off. Here's a cut-down animated gif of the video:

it won't generate and it's using my credits without producing any videos

When importing RAW files from my Canon R6 mkiii, Lightroom automatically applies “Remove chromatic aberration” and “Enable profile corrections”.This is all very good, as I do normally tick these settings. However, this has become a problem when using my Sigma 12-24mm lens as I’m not able to adjust the amount of distortion I need.I previously shot with a Canon 5d mkiv, and Lightroom would not automatically apply these settings. I would then tick the boxes to apply the settings, and had adjusted the default for the lens to also apply a specific amount of distortion. I was very happy with this.I now find that the photos with said lens have too much distortion, and I can't correct it properly. In camera, I have all the “Lens aberration correction” settings disabled. Anyone know how to prevent Lightroom from automatically applying “Remove chromatic aberration” and “Enable profile corrections” to imported photos?

I want to send this to the printer but is png low res. Will this print on a prepress sharp?

In my workplace we use adobe sign for out contracts, however IT creates our Adobe accounts because we need approval from higher ups for paid software. I was never given a permission password to use and I'm unsure if I can have a new one created through Adobe?

I’m paying for Acrobat Premium on iOS(iphone), but Read Aloud no longer uses Premium/online natural voices. It only uses offline robotic voices. When I start Read Aloud, it plays for a short time, pauses by itself, and keeps spinning/loading like it is downloading. This happens with all PDF files. I already restarted my iPhone, updated Acrobat, deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in, tested Wi-Fi and cellular, and tested multiple PDFs. Please escalate this to the Acrobat Reader Mobile team. It seems like my Premium Read Aloud voice entitlement is not syncing with Adobe servers.

Working as an MSP for a school and we are using the Adobe Admin Center to manage users and basic access. A user requested the “Send in Bulk” option be enabled for Adobe Sign; however, when we try to modify settings related to that, it is either unavailable or we do not have sufficient privileges and are met with a blank page. What is going on here?

I have a user on Acrobat Continuous release version 2026.001.21563 64 bit.  Recently they noticed under the share button, share as email attachment is no longer available. If they click on Outlook as the share option, it opens new Outlook message with Adobe links automatically.  If they choose email, still no option.I checked under Preferences and Email accounts.  Neither check box is checked to force use a link.Couldn’t find any related issues that weren’t over 3 years old.Thank you

I recently updated my macOS, and I lost my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application. Originally, I created an account and ordered the product through my university's email, which I no longer have access to since I graduated a few years ago. I am trying to re-download my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application and need the serial number from my order. Is there any way to retrieve the serial number or get the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application reinstalled in a different way? Thanks,

Hey there.  Newbie here.  I haven't been in Indesign for 6 months.  I am creating a bulleted list using a pragraph style.  I used to hit (I think) Ctrl \ to get the second line of a bullet to line up with the text on the first line.  When I am doing it now, it indents the second line but way too far to the right.

I'm trying to add a calculated value to an Adobe Sign template. Instructions aren't helpful as it seems they were last updated in 2023 and screenshots don't reflect the options I currently see. Who can offer an example of a simple calculated value? I have two fields with specific field names. I just want to SUM(liq dam + service).

The process to make a color gradient is so ridiculous in inDesign that it is not even funny. I don't think I am stupid, but nothing seems to be intuitive and it does not work.

A recent update has broken Scheduled Tasks for us.  The small Pause, Resume and Play icons work but we are not able to create a new Scheduled Task or Edit an existing one.  We have CF 2023.0.19.330899 on both local and live servers and does this on both.  It also does this on CF  11,0,19,314546.   Whenever a new task schedule is attempted, or edit an existing one, after hitting the “Submit” button on the form, the browser says “Server sent back an empty page”.  I have tried in different browsers and it gives same results.  Can you help?

I have a moving presentation with a lot of gifs. I need to export this file and put it on my website. What is the best way to export from indesign into a gif or mp4?

I booted up Lightroom Classic (for Mac) today, and my Folders panel is empty across all catalogs. The files/folder structure is intact, and I can Reveal the file and show that LR can locate it in Finder. However, I am completely unable to navigate between folders because of this!LR also said the location of my catalog backups is invalid, but it showed the correct folder ("The previously selected backup folder is not available. Catalog folder will be used for backup. Location: /Users/xxxx/Downloads/test/Backup"). This is weird, because that is not the catalog's location at all, and that folder no longer even exists.LR Classic for Mac v15.3Already tried: Adding the parent folder again: This did nothing, indicating that LR knows that the folder was already added. Restarting LR. Opening other catalogs. Checking for updates. Searching LR Forum and Reddit. Has this happened to anyone else?
