Using Windows 10 with the latest version of Illustrator CC.When I try to export as png or eps, illustrator creates a tmp file instead. If I delete the tmp extension and clear the cache on the file it recognizes the file type but that is annoying.Anyone else having this problem?Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, problem still exists.

When I try to go into Fix Reading Order>Table Editor to set the table’s scope and adjust column/row spans, the cells are not displaying correctly and I can’t edit any of them. The table was in landscape mode, and it won’t adjust or change even when I rotate the table.  Screenshot of Table’s cell property options. How can I set the scope?

I’ve added color grading on an adjustment layer in Premiere Pro, and it displays correctly in the timeline preview. However, after exporting the video, the adjustment layer effects are missing, and the exported file appears without the applied color correction.

My nonprofit used to have an enterprise subscription (I think), but now I just have a single, personal Acrobat Pro account. When I try to send docs for e-signatures I get an error message that I'm "no longer able to access e-signatures with this user profile" and I'm directed to contact my admin. I should be the admin. When I try to log into the admin console none of the possible emails work. I assume it's because we no longer have an enterprise subscription. I’ve requested access and it says it’s emailing my admin, but nothing shows up in the any of the possible email addresses that were associated with the old enterprise account. I’ve tried switching between the personal and business accounts - no luck. I feel like I'm in a feedback loop - how do get out so I can use the full functionality of Acrobat Pro?

I do vector animation and my process is to import various Ai files in Ae. Recently, Ae has not been reading the respective Ai files correctly. So for example if I have taken the head off a character and saved that as a separate Ai file, After Effects show that character still with the head.  The only work around that I have found so far, which doesn't always work, is to go back into Illustrator, make a small change, undo that change, and then resave the Ai file.  After effects then notices the change and when I choose the option to reload footage it (sometimes) works.  Really making my animation work slow. What's going on?

All of my other keyboard shortcuts work 100% of the time, but I cannot get the ‘effects / pathfinder’ sets to work. I’ve tried every combo, but I cannot get divide, trim, unite / merge to work. Can you assist, please?

Bug Report: Missing Mask Tools (iOS) Problem: The Masking tools (Ellipse, Rectangle, Pen) have completely disappeared in Premiere Pro 2026 on iOS. Location: Missing in both Opacity and Crop effects, across all tabs (Source and Clip settings). Comparison: In the 2025 version, these tools worked perfectly. In the current 2026 version, the icons are gone. Customer Feedback: I am a paid subscriber, and encountering such a major flaw in a paid product is a huge disappointment. I feel misled by this update. Expectation: Restore the Mask selection (Pen/Shapes) icons in the Effect Controls immediately.

Hey, just wondering if I can use the Adobe Fonts library to design a title logo for my video game. I'm not going to use it for any other purpose. The game will be sold on Steam and the logo will be in the .png format. I'm asking this because the Licensing FAQ says that I cannot embed fonts in a desktop application, and I have no idea what that actually means. Thanks!

I built my personal adobe profile 25 years ago for graphic arts and use Illustrator and Photoshop frequently. 14 years ago I started a business and use Acrobat to create invoices and bids.I recently started using e-sign and was annoyed when all of the responses came back to my personal email and not my business email. So I changed my login to my business email and requested Adobe to migrate my files from my personal profile to my business profile for streamlining. Mind you I have thousands of files amassed over the last 12 years to migrate, so I get it that it would take awhile, but to go one by one, as was suggested, would take me weeks of migrating the files in that way.  It took several hours to completely explain what I wanted and have my issue ushered up the chain to someone who said they could help. Turns out there was supposed to be a prompt, which I never got, when I first logged back in after changing my billing details, asking if I wanted to migrate my personal files to my bu

Even though the CD won’t install, I do see the PM files. When the CD won’t kick in and automatically set up, I go to setup.exe and double click there but nothing happens.

I exported a project and upon review there are several cases of incorrect footage being exported.  I dug further into the file and for the files that were not exporting correctly then took them offline. When I look at the source window in the upper left, the offline media shows up as a green screen, it knows that it is offline. However, in the timeline clip (and what is being exported) is an entirely different file.  The project should be showing me a blank screen with no footage but it’s gone ahead and found some and just stuck it in.  Does anyone know what is happening or how I might fix it?

i had two plans. adobe acrobate pro and adobe ai assistant.Thank you.

When I try to move an item into a different bin I get a popup essentially telling me I can't do that (see image below - red circle with slash). This appears to happen after I select a bunch of elements in a timeline and PreComp them but I can't be sure. This absolutely destroys any ability to work. I can't get around it and even worse it seems to infect old saves as well. Any and all help is appreciated!

When i am trying to preview a pdf document in file explorer, it now says "the file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer, if you trust the file and the source you received it from, open it to view its contents".   When i go to the document properties, under General/Security, there is a check box at the bottom to "unblock" the document. Is there a way to remove this security feature so i dont have to do this?  I have been using adobe pro for years, and this is new, never happened to me before. Thanks in advance!

I am on the most up to date version please can you explain why this is happening? I have tried three different printers and they all print blank pages. The print preview within the app shows only blank pages as well

I see that payments other than my Creative Cloud membership fee have been deducted from my bank account. These payments were made by Adobe Saggart without my knowledge.

I've been using phoptoshop for free for a few years now because of the photos I upload and sell through Adobe Stock. This year, I haven't received any notification that the option is back, even though my subscription ends at the end of March. Is there any news about this? Has Adobe discontinued this service?

I use Premiere Mobile on both my iPhone and iPad. I was surprised that Premiere Mobile projects I initiate on my iPhone are not available on my iPad. Am I doing something wrong?  Please add a cloud sync feature so users have flexibility to work on their projects in the environment of their choice. Thanks.
