So, as far as I understand, it is currently no longer possible to install After Effects 2023 via Creative Cloud. However, I specifically need version 2023 due to compatibility reasons (plugins/projects), and newer versions are not suitable in my case.Is there any official way to access or download After Effects 2023? I would really appreciate any help or guidance on this.

Every time I try to open a project in Premiere Pro, I just get the spinning wheel until I eventually give up and force quit the application. This is happening with all my Premiere projects and is not exclusive to a single one (and the projects open fine on other computers). I can open Premiere and create a new project, but if I close Premiere and try to reopen the new project, I get the spinning wheel again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere. Cleared my cache. Restarted the computer multiple times. I even downloaded the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, which uninstalled and cleared every Adobe product on my machine, then reinstalled Premiere and still got the same wheel issue. I'm not sure what else to try outside of resetting my entire computer... any suggestions?

We can't verify your subscription status.Hello everyone, I woke up one day to get to work, and when I turned it on I saw this panel with an error.“We can't reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you're not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you're still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. I am importing media into my bin and they’re playing as duplicates in the source monitor. They're also reading as the same clip within the bin. Once you place clip on the timeline does it show the original footage within the clip, no longer the duplicate. I’ve reset my preferences, updated my PP app, and still nothing is helping. Please advise.

Is anyone else having issues with snippets in the 2026.01 update? The first instance of any snippet I add to a topic appears normally, but if I add a second instance of that same snippet anywhere within the topic, it displays as an empty blue box in the topic and is not included at all in the output. If I add a second instance of a snippet somewhere in a topic before the original one that displayed fine, the new snippet now displays okay, but the one that used to work (but is now further down in the topic than the new one) disappears.

When I open Illustrator 8 out of 10 times it freezes, and I get the beachball of doom cursor. Force quit confirms that it is not responding. The only solution I have found is restarting my computer and opening Illustrator immediately. but that doesn’t always work. This was a problem on my 2019 Macbook Pro, and I’m facing the same problem on my M5 pro that I bought yesterday.I have used the CC cleanup tool, re-installed Illustrator, deleted the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/. All other Adobe apps work fine. No idea how to fix and its killing me restarting my machine 12 times a day.

Hi,does anyone know how to contact support, but not through the virtual assistant? I'd like to reset devices (which I no longer have) where I have old CS5 software installed. I know such a reset is possible, but it has to be done by a human. Does anyone have an idea how to get through to support?RegardsD

I am updating my Payment info, and inspite of getting Payment updated successful notification, I am still seeing Billing or Payment Issue. How to resolve this?

I’ve just upgraded from Acrobat Pro 2020 (perpetual licence) to the 3-year 2024/Classic track equivalent on Windows 11. One of my primary uses for Acrobat is compiling portfolios of emails in Outlook 365. Previously in the 2020 version I could export the emails, then open the portfolio and make minor changes (set a horizontal/vertical window split view and add a “To” column to mimic an inbox). These functions are no longer available in Pro 2024/Classic. An entire right-click context/submenu is missing when the portfolio file is open.Screenshots below: 1) 2020, showing the availability of the “View” context menu to make changes to columns and the use of a vertical screen split and 2) 2024, showing the lack of this menu. The lack of functionality is appalling. I also attempted to contact support via the website chat and my query was terminated without ever speaking to anyone. Customer service is nonexistent.Any assistance would be appreciated as this functionality is critical to my workflo

I did not intentionally subscribe to Adobe Stock, and I want to cancel my subscription immediately without any fees. The virtual assistant is not helping me and only provides a link with a 188 € cancellation fee. Please advise how I can cancel my subscription without charges.

I have a lead magnet pdf made in Acrobat with several hyperlinks. The pdf is sent through Flodesk, with a link to the pdf, but when opened on an Iphone the hyperlinks says “Safari can’t open the page since the address is invalid”. Is there another way to make the hyperlinks to make sure they work on all devices?

Hi! I'm facing an issue tying to share a pdf file directly from the Android app Acrobat Reader. This app has been distributed through an EMM (Samsung Knox Manage) to all of our users (more than 2000) but many of them tell us that they are not able to do this simple operationIt appears a message saying "This funcionality has been disabled by your organization. To ask access, contact you IT Administrator." The thing is that I didn't deactivate that funcion, or at least not intentionally!Attached a couple of screenshots showing the issue from the device side, and a screenshot taken from the EMM console showing the managed configuration used on these devicesThanks! I’m working in Lab Color mode and I’m trying to isolate the A and B channels while completely removing the L channel. I also don’t want to keep the combined Lab channel. What I want to achieve is to keep only the A + B data (color without luminance), turn that into a visible image, and be able to export/save it to JPEG/PNG/TIFF.So far, copy, paste methods don’t give me the result I’m looking for, as the image becomes black and white, and I understand that A and B aren’t standalone image channels in the usual sense. Is there a way to do this properly or a workaround that would allow me to visualize and export only the A and B information?

I’m having trouble opening older InDesign-files. Files from 2023 won’t open anymore in InDesign2026. I get an error like on the screenshot. But it will never repair the files. The older files do open in Indesign2024 …

Hi, I need the Certificate of tax residence for Romania, for the years 2024 and 2025. Can someone please help me with this request? Thanks

I’ve asked about this issue with duplicate entries in the table of contents before.I figured out the cause: it’s because the table “doesn’t span pages or columns,” but the “Skip header row” setting is enabled. As a result, duplicate entries appear in the table of contents.Yes, if you just disable “Skip header row,” this problem won’t occur. But in real-world work, layouts are constantly changing, and there are many tables—you can’t keep adjusting the settings over and over.I wonder if the new 2026 version has fixed this bug.Or if there’s a permanent solution. Thanks
