We have a studet in our school. She createdAdobe cloud data. After the left the school, here Adobe account was deactivated. I saw here account but not as an active one. I shared here data with my Adobe account and was able to download a .zip file. This file contains a couple of .psdc file, but these files can’t be used in Photoshop for example. We want to help the studet to either:Convert the Adopbe Cloud files (.psdc) or Activate here Adobe student account, that she is able to work with the cloud data by here own.

Je n’arrive pas a créer ou modifier des images, malgré que l’Abonnement se termine le 2 avril

Hello, is it possible to change the details on the invoice issued? There is a wrong zip code and name.

Another day, more errors. Everything was working yesterday, but today there's another error. I've already deleted the files that were causing it to freeze, but now it's starting to freeze on other files.

I am trying to use org.jaudiotagger.audio.AudioFileIO to read some tags in mp3 files.  The following lines work correctly: fileObj = createObject("java", "java.io.File").init(lsFileNameWithPath);audioFileIO = createObject("java", "org.jaudiotagger.audio.AudioFileIO");audioFile = audioFileIO.read(fileObj);audioHeader = audioFile.getAudioHeader();bitrate = audioHeader.getBitRate();writeOutput("The audio file bitrate is: " & bitrate);writeOutput(AudioHeader);but If I try anything with tags such as:Tag tag = audioFile.getTag();              orlsArtist = audioFile.getTag().getFirst(FieldKey.ARTIST);I get error messages.  In the first case the error message is “ Variable TAG is undefined.“ and in the second case the error message is “ Variable FIELDKEY is undefined”Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Mais je ne trouve pas de fichier log tel que décrit après une suite d’actions simples. Faut-il enregistrer ce fichier (et alors comment) ?) ou y a-t-il une autre explication ?Merci

Hello Team, I have a lot of saved PNG files of my logo. Each one varies slightly in color and style. Yesterday, I noticed some of them mysteriously became distorted and no longer look like the original image that I saved. See the example screenshots attached. One of the screenshots indicates that certain files within the folder appear normal, whereas others have altered in appearance, seemingly without any intervention.  Let me share some background to when I noticed this problem (maybe it has nothing to do with the issue I am experiencing). I was working with a few of these images earlier yesterday for a separate artboard project. I copied and pasted a few PNG files onto my other artboard project, then boom, I noticed that about half of my PNG images in this folder seem to have changed on their own without me opening and modifying them! Can you tell me what happened here and how I can correct this problem?

Dear Adobe Systems Customer Support Team,I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my current subscription plan and a full refund for an accidental charge processed today, November 9, 2025.I originally opted for a free trial of the student version. Prior to the trial's expiration, I attempted to cancel the subscription and its associated auto-pay mandate through your online portal, but I was unable to complete the cancellation process. The debit card linked to this account is typically kept without a balance. However, a small amount of money was unexpectedly credited to the card earlier today, and immediately thereafter, a payment of 1037.22 INR was processed via auto-pay.This charge was completely accidental and unauthorized due to my failed attempts to cancel the auto-renewal beforehand. The details of the transaction are as follows:Amount Debited: 1037.22 INRDebit Date: 09-Nov-2025Invoice ID: ABYPR2WQ67CJPXMerchant: Adobe Systems Software Ireland LtdI have attached a screen

I just downloaded the newest beta version of PS. The reference image is not behaving anything like it used to. I used to make a selection, put in a prompt to influence the fill, and then pick my reference image and it just worked. But now, it kicks out my prompt and when my reference photo is loaded, it's showing background cut out in the reference photo and it no longer just blends it into my scene. It's strange and not working normally at all.

How can I disable this update popup. I tried editing registries too, but it is not working can someone help me here please. Currently I am on 6.8.1.865 version

Everytime I open a TIFF file and work on it, I need to go SAVE AS complete dialog to be able to set LZW compression. If I just do SAVE the tiff compression is always set to NONE. Why? Is there a way to fix the option to LZW permanently?

Have cancelled 7-day trial plan but received an invoice hence need a clarity

In this project I'm on, I'm working with 3 video angles and 3 audio tracks and some graphics layers as well.  I can't find a way that lets you select the clips that are under the playhead.  Not to the right or left of the playhead, just everything that's at the the playhead. Is there a quicker and easier way rather than just dragging the mouse down across the width of the timeline?

I have a single-user version of Adobe DC. However, I need the programme for my desktop computer and my laptop when I am travelling. Recently, I have had to log out first so that I can work with it on the other computer. Does anyone have a good idea for a workaround? That means, I use it only on one computer at a time, but now I have to sign out first, which is very laborious.

I have created an Illustrator file and placed a linked PNG. The Links panel shows that the PNG has a different color space than the document. My Illustrator Color Settings are set to "Preserve Embedded Profiles" for both RGB and CMYK. The Document Color Mode is CMYK. Overprint Preview and Proof Colors are turned off, and "Simulate Colored Paper" in the Document Setup is also disabled. If I close and reopen the document tab, the color of the linked item stays correct. However, after quitting Illustrator completely and reopening the file, the color of the linked image becomes brighter and a little washed out. This issue only happens when the file is saved as a Cloud Document (.aic). With local .ai files, everything works perfectly fine. Has anyone encountered this bug before?GPU/CPU Toggle does not change anything.MacOS 26.0.1 Illustrator 30.2.1

… y al Head of Product! Claro!

Hi, I forgot to cancel my free trail and now I have been charged $100 for adobe premium subscription. Its been under 14 days and i have cancelled subscription for next year but I am unsure how to get my refund. Please help me out urgently before the period of 14 days are over. Thankyou

For the past several years I subscribed to Adobe Premium and Adobe iCloud thru the Samsung Galaxy store. This past year I moved over to Apple iPhone and iPad. My current subscription is expiring at the end of the week but I don’t want to lose my files, just renew either directly thru Adobe or thru my Apple account. How can I do this? Thanks!

Hello, I currently am subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro, and I recently found out that educators, such as I am, could benefit from a discount for my current plant. I would like to know how could I do that, if possible. Thank you.

Once a scan is deleted in the Adobe Scan app it is permanently deleted. Why has there still been no implementation of a trash folder after so many years of multiple complaints? When using the app on a tiny screen many thumbnails look identical and could be misidentified for deletion. Even the confirmation dialogue box asking you if you really want to delete will cover up your selection so you can't really see what it is you're trying to delete.Every other platform and software implements a trash folder except for Adobe Scan. And then the other thing is that you can't seem to copy multiple scans to local storage at the same time, you have to select them one by one individually which is time-consuming and prone to error for skipping or duplicating one, resulting in missing one and possible deletion of one that you did not saved somewhere else other than Adobe cloud storage, and noticing the skipped scan until after it's too late and already deleted. It would be better to also implement an o
