Solved

Hi.I installed the app 2 day ago tried to use the 7 days trial offered by the app and you had charge me 16€ for the first month. Thanks

I have imported several word documents (sort of like individual chapters) into InDesign, so they appear as separate stories. The files have endnotes and footnotes, each of which appears correctly (yay!) aside from my having selected “Load the Place Cursor” and the endnotes appearing on the second page of the placed material (maybe that’s user error? I’m pretty new. I’ve been placing with shift + click). But that’s besides the point. It seems that by default, the endnotes always appear in their own text frame (whether you are importing or you add an endnote using InDesign’s menu). Cutting and pasting seems to break the link between the reference and the text (the numbers change to <?> and you can’t go back and forth between the reference and the text by right clicking). Is there a way to move the dynamic endnotes into the story’s main frame? I mostly just don’t want to have to mess with the endnote text boxes if we end up moving the text around while we are fitting it, but we have

I subscribed to a Firefly plan today, and the amount I paid for the plan was ₹797.68. However, after activating the plan and logging into my account, I noticed that the amount/credits shown in my account is ₹20,000, which does not match the plan I purchased.I would like clarification regarding why this amount is being displayed in my account. Could you please check my subscription details and confirm whether this is an error, a credit allocation system, or something else related to the plan?[PII removed by Community Manager - HT]

Somehow, unknown to be how, I ended in Proof Mode. I cannot exit from it. The top level menu shows Perceptual/Relative mode of Proof Copy. I just want to exit it. How do I do that?

My cat walked on my keyboard and now every time I edit a photo I'm asked if I want to save it as a proof. How do I get out of this mode? Thanks!

I have Adobe PDF Pack. My package ends in March 2019. Yesterday (Aug 22) I downloaded a pdf and began to fill out the form. I saved it so I could continue today. When I opened it today, I am no longer able to fill out the form. What happened? Worked fine yesterday. Today, I'm locked out.

I work with large number of psb files and finding something has suddenly become an awful problem.  I had a nice plugin that created icon previews (psb quicklook) but it doesn't work with Sequoia 15 and the deweloper does forsee upgrading.   Anyone out there have a suggestion?  Locating files has become a nightmare.  Thanks, :0nga

Hello,I am the lawful, registered owner of a perpetual license for Creative Suite 6. I have my original box, media, and serial number. My license is still showing as active on 4 old computers from hardware upgrades over the years. Those machines are no longer accessible, and their hard drives were wiped long ago, so I was unable to perform a deactivation. I am not currently using the software on any computer.I just spoke with a very helpful support agent via chat. They confirmed they could see the 4 active machines in their system, but they did not have the tools to reset the count themselves. The agent kindly created an escalation case for me to have the technical team look into it. My case number is ADB-42360599-H1Z9.I am posting here to follow up on this case. I am not asking for technical support for the CS6 software. I am respectfully asking for licensing support for my Adobe account.Could a staff member or Community Expert please use my case number to find my account and ask the te

After removing the background, the export window is unavailable. Does Photoshop not support the JPG format?😁

Hi everyone,I recently submitted this illustration and it was rejected due to “technical quality issues (artifacts, filtering, or noise).” I would really appreciate some detailed feedback from experienced contributors. This is a Scandinavian folk art style illustration of Lord Krishna, created using AI and refined further. My intention was to keep a flat, decorative, symmetrical folk-art look rather than a realistic painting style.I would like to understand: Are there visible artifacts or edge issues that I might be missing? Does the image appear too “AI-generated” or over-processed? Is the flat folk-art style being interpreted as lack of detail/quality? Does the symmetry or composition affect acceptance? Would adding texture or grain improve approval chances? I’m trying to align my work better with Adobe Stock’s quality standards, so any honest and critical feedback would be very helpful.Thank you in advance!

ADOBE HESABIMDAN KREDİ KART BİLGİLERİMİ SİLMEK İSTİYORUM

System: Windows 11 (25H2). Lightroom shows all pictures but doesn’t open them. Importing new images is totally impossible.

This image shows the highlight as it appears when I am in the program, and what happens when I exit the program but leave it open. :I am worried about screen burn in.How do you turn this highlighted effect off? Is there a way to edit that whole bar? I’ve used this program for 25 years and I don’t need this, if I need to Explore Tutorials I can find them.

Based on advice from Adobe, we upgraded our Surface Pro machines last year. All are ARM machines. While we were OK to use a Beta temporarily, there have been two outages and a current ongoing outage and it is become very disruptive. We upgraded on the promise that a native app with compatibility for newer ARM machines was being developed. My question is two fold: 1- when will Adobe release a native app? 2 - Current 21.3 Beta Build Issues:I have been dealing with Adobe support for the last four days and have been getting the same suggestions and none work. I have updated, uninstalled, restarted to get this application to work and it is just getting worse. I need help. I am at the point where I will need to cancel our subscription and throw away 15 years experience using InDesign and learn another product. I can’t keep waiting for Adobe to get their act together and provide some real support. The first error I had was Beta Build has expired. The second error after Adobe support and troub

I’m the sole user on the account (not enterprise or teams). What can I do?

Hello,Illustrator 2026 is causing a huge number of problems with the simple manipulation of text boxes. When I move them, it changes the text alignment inside the box. When I try to fit the box to the content, it doesn’t adjust to the text but to the bug. When I move a box, it marks the content as “overset text.” In short, nothing works — it’s impossible to align anything properly.Stop adding useless AI features when the most basic tools no longer work. All of this while increasing the price by more than €200 per year. Don’t be surprised that everyone is looking for alternatives to your solutions.I’ve been using your ecosystem for 20 years, and you’ve finally managed to make me sick of it.

Updated to latest software but still wont open.

I have created an Adobe to go to a certified recipient but it doesn’t go when I click send. I saved it in draft so I wouldn’t have to redo it. I opened the document from draft and tried to send it again, but again, it doesn’t go anywhere. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have a Creative Cloud Pro plan. Acrobat Pro is listed as included on the plan page, but it does NOT appear under my actual account entitlements in my CC app. I have tried restarting my CC app (mac). OS is updated.

I have a number of documents with links to youtube videos. These had worked a few weeks ago, provided we exported the doc to a PDF rather than 'saved as'. Please can you advise how I make these links now work? Thanks....
