I have a subscription to all the features of Creative Cloud. Generative AI seems unavailable

I can't merge the files on the timeline using a hotkey . The unnecessary tracks are locked. What's the problem ?🙄

Vielen Dank

Hi,I tried the Manage Plan Option for weeks, on an Apple Mac Pro M1 Computer with Chrome, Chrome in incognito mode, Safari and on Android Phone with chrome. Everytime the same thing: the manage plan content does not show up, so I cannot see my plan, my payments, nothing. Any Ideas? The internet connection is fine, all other pages show up.As far as I know, the AWS downtime is over ...Thanks in advance.Kind RegardsMichael

While logged into my paid Creative Cloud account (which shows a balance of 3,370/4,000 credits), I attempted to use the "Structure Reference" feature. The UI stated my "Pro Trial" had expired and presented an "Upgrade Now" button.Upon clicking the official Adobe "Upgrade Now" button and selecting a plan, I was redirected to a PayPal checkout screen. After completing the payment, I discovered the funds were not sent to Adobe, but were instead diverted to an unrelated third-party service called "LanguageTool." Steps to Reproduce: Log in to Firefly with a standard Creative Cloud subscription. Attempt to upload a second reference image (Structure + Style). Click the "Upgrade" prompt when the "Trial Expired" message appears. Follow the payment flow to PayPal. Observe that the merchant recipient is incorrectly listed as "LanguageTool" instead of "Adobe." Expected Result: The payment should process through Adobe’s billing system to unlock Firefly Premium features.Actual Result: The pa

The 2 images i will add here are a wide to a medium shot of my film. The background is 4K and there’s no problem to scale into the different shots (wide, close-up etc). However the animated characters are .mov files and if I was to simply take the composition as a whole and scale in (which would be so easy and great!) -the characters lose a significant amount of quality. If I parent the characters to the footage they will scale but at the scale they are already at in the wide shot -so for example -a character in image 1 above -the wide -might be at 30%. When I parent to the footage, the character will scale up but stay at 30% so not as good quality.  What I’ve been doing is scaling everything separately with key frames -for each shot -which takes a long time with all the above characters! There must be a better way -can anyone help?!

:I did not get any new credits this month, I paid for 4000 originally then I bought 7000 more and this month I dont see them.

Hi everyone,I’m very curious about what AI technology can do in terms of FX effect for movies or else, how far can you push it etc...I’m trying to use Firefly but since most of its fonctionalities aren’t free I need ton understand some things before.I see that Firefly can generate image and video from nothing with a promptBut can it modify an existing video (colors, camera movements, adding elements etc… ) ?Exemples : 1) I shoot a video of an actor, its a scene where his role is casting and launching a fireball, can I upload the scene and ask firefly to add a fireball in his hand and make him throw it ? 2) Another scene with two actors, shoot by day in a forest, can I ask Firefly to make it like it was nightime, change colors and add some trees in the background ?If it’s possible, is there a tutorial on how to do that ? And does it requires a specific subscription ?If not, is there any other AI that can do this kind of stuff ? Thanks you all

When I scan, the app freezes. Can someone help me?

I was a user who used Adobe‘s free trial, but I canceled my subscription before the free trial ended, and the payment details were sent that 14300 Korean won was paid today. I want to request a refund, what should I do? I couldn’t find the account that was paid from. I don‘t use this function anymore, so I want a refund.

I have a draft document where I put in a recipient's email. On the page where I drag and drop signature blocks, that email address is listed as a person's name who used to be in control of the email account but no longer is. How can I change the name that shows up when I put in that email address?   (In normal emails, the actual email address' "name" is a program name - so if they sent someone a normal email the sender's name would be the program name, not the person's name who is showing up in adobe sign. So the problem isn't on the end of the actual email address.)

I have changed my handset from Nova 9 to Pura 70 and now my documents won't open, it keeps on giving "files can't open they are corrupted/damaged" error

Se for possível no caso.

Tengo suscripción y no me deja editar

I can see all my scans but, when I try to view them, the download fails.  Its  been hours try saying ‘try again later”. Not sure what I can do.

Hello, I have made drawings of power pylons that are a compound path of many paths.  I am cutting these with a laser so all the paths are stroked to create the image.  I would like to fill all the paths to “thicken” the lines with stroke or offset path.  However, when I select all and fill, illustrator fills the negative space not the positive made by the laser cuts.  (see attachments). I understand a series of paths created both what is perceivedas negative space and positive space but i would like to fill the reverse of what my attachment shows.  Help!

There is nothing more to share. I input text which is spelled correctly and the text on the image is spelled incorrectly--ALL THE TIME.
