Hello, I am trying to cancel my Adobe Subscription since the start of second month of annual plan, and I am unable to do that due months of Adobe Account 'Plans and Payment' section errors which prevents me to do so. I can't even find details. When I escalate the issue to the agents, they simply leave the conversation and telling me that this error is due 'unpaid invoices'. I have no authority nobody to resolve with, this is getting out of hand. I need someone with proper permission from Adobe to resolve the issue. Regards,-Atahan

Hi, i'm having trouble with how Acrobat displays colors. When looking at the file from inDesign (or illustrator too), colors appear as they should. But in Acrobat they appear significally more saturated. I already had this problem last year and solved it by disabling new Acrobat. But after updating to the last version it now happens on both old and new Acrobat.  I thought it was because Acrobat wasn't "applying"(?) the file's color profile (Fogra39) but I checked and it happens with RGB (sRGB profile) files too. I have checked multiple times the color management settings on both programs and everything is as it should. It isn't really much of a problem as the file's color is still correct, Acrobat's color checker matches the values on inDesign. As a curiosity, the color acrobat shows is the same that inDesign or illustrator's color picker shows too. No idea if it has any relation.

ça me rend dingue. Voici 2 captures d’écran qui illustrent cela. merci de bien vouloir m’aider !

Hi, all. I am hoping you can help me fix this dieline size discrepency. The .dxf dielines that I use are created in Inventor by an Engineer (not myself). When I open that .dxf dieline in Adobe Illustrator, it measures 300 mm width x 600 mm height and has a corner radius of 3mm. The dieline has a stroke of .709pt. The stroke is aligned to the center. But, when I copy and paste that same dieline and/or place it into my Indesign file, the dimensions change. The dimensions in InDesign are larger—the dieline measures 300.25 mm width x 600.25 mm height with a corner radius of 4.233 mm. If I align the stroke to the inside, the dimensions change back to 300 mm x 600 mm (which is correct), but the corner radius stays the same, 4.233 mm. I need the corners to be 3 mm. How do I fix this? I am hoping to create a workflow that is uncomplicated, and doesn’t require many steps. I have thousands of graphics that have this issue. The dimensions of my Indesign file should match the .dxf dieline. I’ve at

Hi, Everyone. This was a tough one to even know how to search properly, but here goes:I had a multicam edit that was working perfectly normally a few weeks ago, then I opened it up earlier this week and it is suddenly completely randomized. The actual synced source multicam sequence is still just fine. My process for this edit is the same as I’ve always done for years, but this one has suddenly randomized. Here’s my workflow:I transcribe the audio track within premiere. I create a multicam sequence by selecting two camera angles and one audio file, and sync by timecode. I open the multicam sequence in the source viewer, play it as I read through the transcript tab, and add clips to a “Selects” sequence using the traditional marking of in and out points and either overwriting or inserting. I then copy/paste (either by actual copy/paste, or by dragging from one sequence to the next) from selects into my working sequence. I edit/refine that, switch cameras, etc. All the normal editing pra

How do I get Adobe Illustrator to open? I have not been able to run Illustrator properly since updating to Mac OS Tahoe 26.3. Illustrator ( both 30.2.1 and 30.1) Open to the splash screen or What’s New screen and then gets stuck / beach ball and then I have to force quit. Iv’e uninstalled and even when back one version. Anyone else having this issue?

Moving from one app to the other in the Adobe ecosystem, you use the Shift key to proportionally scale items in Illustrator, InDesign and even Premiere… yet Photoshop decides to now change the shift key to scale unproportionally… Really?  Who’s brilliant idea was that?  Even Microsloth Word uses the shift key to scale proportionally. Is there a setting I need to change to fix this?

I am writing to formally appeal the deactivation of my account. On February 5th, I was notified of 'suspicious activity,' but I have not received specific details regarding any violation.I believe this flag might have been triggered by my recent payout request to my Payoneer account. I want to confirm that both accounts belong to me and I am happy to provide identity verification, tax forms, or bank statements to prove that the funds and the withdrawal request are legitimate. My account was performing well with organic sales, including a recent top-selling aerial asset (beach/ocean water) that earned USD 10.30 in a single day. I have always operated in good faith and I believe this deactivation is an error in the automated system. I am willing to provide original RAW files to verify the authenticity of my portfolio. Please review my case to reinstate my contributor status

When I select the “Share” icon in the upper right of the UI, Export settings for Share opens. The top two options, “File type” and “Dimension” are greyed out, though I can still “Include watermark” and go to “More options”.Previously, this was not the case. I could select both Fiel type and Dimension.I realize I can set File type and Dimension in “Export as . . . “, but then why show greyed-out selection menus in Export Settings for Share?Lightroom for iPad: 11.2.1 F2F354/231  ACR 18.2 (2482) • WF: 8.2 • VF: 1.0.165 • CSDK: 10.9.2426Apple IPad Pro: 11” M1 4th generation; iPadOS 26.3

I don't suppose there's a way to preview what LUTs will look like without selecting them in the Lumetri effect browswer, is there? It's kind of tedious to load them one at a time, and even then, it's difficult to compare one against another or a group of other options.  It would be nice if they could display a sample frame of every LUT in a directory/folder as you can view various presets in effects like Trapcode Form and Particular, Particle Illusion, Magic Bullet Looks, etc. Is this an option with any third party color correction plug in?  Looks has an LUT effect, but you still have to browse a folder, and choose one at a time.  Seems like it would be possible to build an effects bundle for Looks that does this, but would require some work to accomplish.  That's the kind of work I'd gladly pay somebody else to do.

here an example

I have received a few PDFs from clients and when I open them up all I see is a white screen. When I change the view to OUTLINE I can see the artwork lines etc and even when I elect the artwork elements I can see the colours (in the swatch area) - I've attached an image but its very strange.  Any ideas?  I’ve tried exporting as EPS and same effect

I'm using vector layers and did all the line work on one layer and set it as a reference so I can fill the layer below it. It worked for a while then it stopped filling all they way. There's a gap where there's no color. I know you can change it in the fill setting by adjusting the color margin but it won't even let me open the fill settings. Anyone know a fix to this?

Hello, I recently got a new 2024 Macbook pro 16" base model, and have downloaded Creative Cloud with Rosetta and then downloaded AI 2026 through CC. I have exported various circles of different stroke colors from Rhino to Illustrator. I am trying to change similar stroke types as I have many times before on my previous computer with no luck (Select > Same). I have created an entire new file and created different rectangles of the same stroke and attempted to Select > Same. In both instances the entire Select > Same menu is completely grayed out (see images attached).
