Premiere And After Effects Are Down, They Wont Start Up.

I am new to Illustrator and using version 2026. I am following a "Get started with Illustrator" tutorial which appears to have 10 modules.  The first one titled "Get to know Illustrator" explained where to get the sample files.  The second module "Draw precise and freeform shapes with full control", just jumps in on a document which wasn't included in the first modules download.  Can somone help me figure out where I can get the sample files for all 10 of the modules for this tutorial? Thank you

Hi!I have looked around in the community and found a few topics, which I must admit I did not understand. (I am far from "code wizard"...)What I want to do is replace one or more characters etc, but keep others. I believe this can be done in GREP, but my attempts have been unsuccessful.Example:Search for "(any lowercase letter) (any uppercase letter)" - with a space in the middle.Change to "(the found lowercase letter)./r(the found uppercase letter)" - thus insert a full stop and a new paragraph instead of the space, but keeping the two letters surrounding it.a Rbecomesa.RGrateful for instructions. 🙏

If I Left click an icon in the Tools panel nothing happens, even after updating.I wasn't aware of this problem until the new Object Tracking tool was added. Is there a connection?

At the bottom of this escutcheon, I tried to join two paths.   They ended up overlapping each other.  How do I cut off those little pieces? (They are at the pointy end of the sheild) I tried a clipping mask, but that did not work.  Should I just go back and redraw it?  Of course I didn't notice it until I went to turn it into a pdf!

I want to have a perpendicular cut of black stroke of this portion in yellow color. I separated stroke & fill & used "Perpendicular Line Tool" of AG & native Pathfinder tool. But it did not work. How to fix this? File was uploaded as well.Perpendicular Cut

I was editing a photo in the develop module when a popup occurred roughly saying LRC has encountered a problem with the Preview Cache File and it had to close. When I reopened LRC everything thing was blank. In the library module all was blank except for file name and EXIF dataClicking the development setting button in lower right corner open-end the image in the Develop module with the adjustments applied so images and edits are the I just can't see them. There are about 30,000 images in this Catalog from a recent trip of a Lifetime safari to Kenya with about half the images with preliminary edits.I am happy the pictures are there. I think they are all backed up to the cloud but if it is only a link to the previews that would save a lot of time. This forum has been a great help before. LRC 15.0.1 Mac OS Tahoe 26.2

On 23/12/25 I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Pro. I was then put on an 'Adobe Pro' and an 'AI assistant for Acrobat' monthly plan, which will begin to take payments from my account starting on 30/12/25. On 23/12/25 I tried to cancel these plans but the following error message appeared: "Unable to load: An error occured. Please try again".  I tried again many times since then, the most recent being just now today (on 27/12/25(. However, each time, the same error message appears, and my plans are not cancelled. I sent this issue to the 'Adobe Virtual Assistant', but this is just an AI bot, and did not resolve the issue. I asked to be put through to a human agent, but I was told that none are currently available. I called Adobe customer support many times, but no one picked up. Can you please cancel these subscriptions for me? If this is not done by tomorrow (28/12/25), I will flag the problem to my bank in order to esnure any future payments from Adobe are blocked, and that the

Alright, so I’m running into something weird with my setup, and I’m trying to figure out if there’s more to the story. I’m on a Ryzen 5 5600X + RTX 3070 + 16GB 3600MHz, and overall the rig should be cruising through 1080p and even 1440p without drama. I started getting random FPS dips and micro-stutters in games like Warzone, Apex, and Cyberpunk. GPU usage stays lower than expected while the CPU spikes like crazy in certain moments. So I ran everything through a bottleneck calculator and it actually gave me a pretty solid idea of what might be going on — looks like the CPU is getting pushed hard in certain scenarios, especially when I’m aiming for higher FPS. But here’s my question to anyone who’s been through this:If the bottleneck calculator points toward a CPU limit, what ELSE could still be causing these drops? Could it be RAM saturation? Background processes? Game engine issues? Maybe even something dumb like Windows scheduling or my SSD acting slow? If anyone’s had a similar

Hello Adobe Community, I have this studio editorial image and surrounding the subject is purple/magenta banding/chromatic abberation. It's not that noticeable on my laptop/in photoshop but it is very noticeable on Instagram. I've tried editing in 16 bit then converting to 8 bit etc. I've tried image>adjuststments>hue/sat and turned down Magenta/purple. I can get rid of it by turning the whole image temperature warmer but it is pivotal for this project to be a cooler toned image, unfortunately the purple banding still shows up. Does anyone know how to remove/fix this?

I had accidentally imported photos of 4 separate basketball games that occured in January2026 into my December 2025 subfolder of my 2025 main folder.  Using "Update Folder Location" I successfully moved them to my 2026 main folder, but on that folder was a small black circle with an exclamation point in it, which reveals a message that says "subfolder(s) are missing in this folder, please relink..."  I right-clicked on that folder and did not see any "relink" option, so I clicked on synchronize folder" and those photos promptly dissapeared!  HELP!! I am a sports photographer, and I need those folders to fullfill orders.  I have looked all over my computer, and in Lightroom Classic, and I can not find them.  Can anybody please help?

Hi everyone, I'm hoping for some insight into an issue I experienced where the mobiledownloads.lrdata folder that lives in the Lightroom folder on my computer's hard drive (alongside my Lightroom catalog) auto-populated without me realizing it. For context: I recently ran out of room on my computer's internal hard drive (I have a Lenovo ThinkPad that runs on Windows 11), so I purchased a NAS and moved all of my photos from my computer to the NAS. To do so, I followed the instructions in this video and made sure to clean up all of my folder connections in Lightroom Classic (LrC) before copying the folders to the NAS in Windows Explorer. After I copied the photos, I reset the folder connections in LrC to route to the new folders on the NAS (the folder structure on my NAS is the same as it was on my computer). By the time I was finished with this process, the "Folders" panel on the left side of my screen in LrC only showed the folders and folder structure that now existed on my main NAS d

When a swatch is added to or removed from the Swatches panel in the document workspace, I need to capture this event.Which protocol should I observe? In my observer implementation, I attached like this:InterfacePtr<ISubject> wsSubject(workspaceRef, IID_ISUBJECT); wsSubject->AttachObserver( ISubject::kBothAttachments, this, IID_ISWATCHLIST, IID_SELECTION_CHANGE_IOBSERVER );  However, in my Update() function:if (protocol == IID_ISWATCHLIST) { // never reached } I cannot receive any notifications at all. What is the correct way to observe swatch creation and deletion events in the workspace?

When I try to download a file that is a slideshow of photos and videos in the free version of Adobe Express, I get a message that I must start a free trail of Premium Express to download.  I believe this may be because I have inadvertently used premium assets in my project.  How can I tell what are premium assets in the project?

Hi! How do I turn off this stupid button I don't want for a flop "feature" I'll never use? Thanks!

Since updating Dreamweaver yesterday, pretty much all of my previously purchased P7 extensions have disappeared. How do I get them visible again please?

What is going on with the "user guidelines" saying my children's storybook pictures (example of offending image attached) are not acceptable? They were created using Firefly! How could it be unacceptable to use those images to make a video?  Please retrain the AI to understand this.

Hi, I recently purchased a new Lenovo LOQ laptop with the following specifications:Intel i7 processorNVIDIA RTX 5060 GPU16GB RAMWindows 11After installing the paid version of Adobe Photoshop, I am facing a recurring issue. While using Photoshop, the application crashes frequently, and my PC shows a black screen with the error message: “YOUR DEVICE RAN INTO A PROBLEM.” This has happened multiple times (3–4 times).Initially, I suspected it was a hardware issue with my laptop. I contacted Lenovo Support, and they reinstalled Windows for me. However, the problem persisted. I then submitted my laptop under DOA and received a replacement unit. Unfortunately, the same issue occurs on the new laptop as well—Photoshop crashes and the system restarts.Since the issue is repeating even on a brand-new laptop, I believe the problem lies with Adobe Photoshop rather than the hardware.I already updated my photoshop, graphic cards, all windows update. If anyone Knows why this problem occur, Please

Buena tarde, necesito saber porque se borran documentos de carpetas en Acrobat sin haber ingresado a la Aplicación y si puedo recuperarlos en algún lugar de Acrobat porque son importantes para esas carpetas que están ahora vacías.

I need to be able to send my vectorized .pdf file to clients.  I want them to be able to have a vectorized file (since the quality is so clear), but not be able to open the document in Adobe Illustrator and be able to see all my paths, layers, etc. Recently I opened another company's .pdf (that was emailed to me) in adobe illustrator to see if I could edit it, and noticed it was a Linked File. I am trying to save my own file as a Linked File, and it is not working.  When I reopen the document in Illustrator, my work is embedded, and once again my paths are able to be seen.         These are my steps:               1. File/Save As/.pdf /.everything unclicked/Save PDF                                  2. File/New Document/Create/File/Place/click on previously saved .pdf/check the 'Link' box/                 Place. As you can see, it is a Linked File                                   3. File/Save As/new.pdf/save/uncheck everything/Save PDF             4. Open the saved .pdf in Adobe and no

New Illustrator 30.0 now scales artwork when the artboard gets re-sized. I never gave Adobe permission to add this annoying feature. 🙂 How does one turn this off? So that I can resize artboards like the old days with it scaling my artwork.

I’m recently experiencing a strange issue with Photoshop. All images appear to have a pink/magenta tint only in Photoshop’s preview. I know it’s not a monitor issue, because when I open the same image simultaneously in Illustrator and Photoshop, the colors look correct in Illustrator but pink-tinted in Photoshop (see attached screenshot). Both files use the same color mode and color profile.Saving the image in Photoshop and then opening it with Windows Photos shows the correct colors. I’ve tried searching for information about this problem but haven’t found a solution yet. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?
