I wanted to open another catalogue (.lrcat) and Lightroom, instead of launching it, opens it as a folder and there is no file inside that would be supported. However, when I click on this .lrcat from the file explorer, it also opens as a typical Windows catalogue, and you can see some files inside.

I have sighed in to a course I am required to use light room classic my Mac is 2017 it won't let me download  any suggestions?

LrC used to able to import photos  even some data disk are unmounted, however recently when one of my disks unmounted, the Import function not respoding. I have 3 USB data disk, recent photos store to external SSD, older photos store to other 2 external HDDs.Sometimes if I don't need to work with old photos, I keeps the external HDDs offline, the LrC still keep full function if I don't access the HDDs photos in LrC. Recently, I found that, if one of my HDDs offline, the Import function will not resonding. Nothing happen when do import with menu or press CMD-Shift-I. , the "File" menu, just flash to blue color when I press the CMD-Shift-I, and didn't pop-up import UI. I have to online all disks in order to make the import works, while I just want to import new photos to SSD only. I tested all LR catalogue has the same issue, this should not related to the catalogue, should be sth wrong with the global LrC setting.Tried reboot computer, not help.I don't sure how

Hi I have not been able to apply denoise to my images.  When I apply denoise, the apply AI settings takes a few seconds but does not apply the denoise effect. The image shows that I need to update AI settings but this also does nothing.  I am using Lightroom 9.1 on Mac OS 15.7.1. I downgraded to 8.5.1 a few weeks ago but had the same issue. I have also deleted my RAW settings from my computer and user libraries.

Hi, I signed up to the Acrobat Pro Android app trial on my Pixel phone using the email address of ny Adobe account. I've been trying to unsubscribe ever since. The subscription doesn't show up in my Adobe account or the Android subscriptions list in the Play Store on my phone. Thus there is nowhere to unsubscribe... Every time I contact Adobe support I get a chat bot that takes me around in circles. Once I got through to an Adobe customer support agent who said to talk to Google. Google said they can't do anything and to contact Adobe. Does anyone know how to get rid of the Acrobat Pro Android app in this situation? Thanks, David

Hallo, seit der Version 26 funktioniert das Abspielen von Videos nicht mehr richtig. Footage lässt sich auch nicht ersetzen.Hat da jemand eine Idee?

How do I activate an adjustment layer? I can see the adjustment layer in the Layers panel, but the Properties panel for that layer doesn’t appear when I select it. Is there a way to reopen or reset the panel so I can edit the adjustment settings?”---

I'm new to LR and I have tried everything to figure this out. I'm trying to save my edited photos to a folder on my computer, but there is no button to do that. I've googled it and it says it should appear when I right click or under File -> Export. It's not in either of those places. My dad bought the subscription to LR for Christmas for me, and he's trying to use my student discount so I don't know if something got messed up there or what. I redeemed the code on the website and then downloaded the app from that. I'm starting to lose my mind. Please help.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Express on November 27, Adobe never sent me an email telling me how much it will be after the trial ends. I have live chatted 2x, and each time the rep just keeps saying I am still under the free trial, and they cannot seem to help me with the fact that my billing section shows nothing, no where to contine or cancel. On Adobe it shows the free trial ends today, there is not any information on my account that shows what the cost will be after today. I called the customer service number, after an automated system goes through the prompts, it hangs up on you.    At this point I have no idea if i will be charged after today and how much, I have been trying to communicate with them for the past week, no success.  I want to keep Adobe Express, the free trial also does not show any option to cancel or continue. Is there a glitch in the system? I have already signed out and cleared my browser and have tried logging in from my phone

Can I organize and group 3rd party fonts together without a computer (and therefore without Creative Cloud)?   I recently installed a number of new, 3rd party fonts to use in Adobe Express, but a bunch of fonts within the same typeface didn't get grouped together for some reason. So there are multiple fonts which all belong to the same typeface (i.e., "Arial bold", "Arial condensed", "Arial italic", etc.), but instead of being grouped under one typeface as they should be (in this case, "Arial"), they're scattered all over, each font being listed separately, and finding or using them is such a difficult and convoluted process that the whole thing becomes a waste of time. I need to organize my list of fonts, and group the aforementioned related fonts under their respective typefaces, as they should be, but I don't own a computer and therefore can't use Creative Cloud. Is there any alternative method for organizing my font list? Thank you for your time and have a great day.   &n

Hi everyone,I often need MP3 files for my Adobe Express projects, but honestly the tools I’ve tried so far haven’t been much help. They’re either too slow, packed with ads, or the audio quality just isn’t good enough. It feels like none of them really solve the problem. That’s why I’m hoping to find something newer and more reliable.Do you know any up-to-date tools that can quickly convert YouTube clips into clean MP3 files for Adobe Express?I’d really appreciate hearing what’s working for you right now.

Hello,I am using Adobe Reader (the latest version) in the classic interface. I just switched to a WQHD+ Dell monitor and now the font is ridiculously tiny in the tool bar and menu items. I have Auto-Detect selected for "scale for screen resolution" and for "resolution" on the Page Display Preference Page, I have "Use system setting" selected.  Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

when I signed up it said I could go into settings to change my privacy and sharing options where???? So now that they've linked to all my info i can't control it??

HelloThere are 430 images in my portfolio that are "not allowed".What do I do with them?I want to delete them, but I don't know how. I need your help...Thanks! Ignacy

Dear Experienced Fellow Contributors, We are new to Adobe Stock, and we are puzzled why Adobe rejected our designs on quality issues.  We had read the policy guidelines carefully and abided by all its stipulations.  Perhaps, you can critically analyse our pictures to assess, what fault Adobe may have found in them. The pictures are rangoli (Mandala) floor art designs created by village women in a village setting on traditional red soil in South India.  We paid close attention to the background to ensure it is more or less uni colored.  The colors are strong and distinct.  There is no AI work in the design.  All designs were taken with at least a 6 MP setting.  We used Topaz and Cyberlink PhotoDirector, to slightly denoise the pictures, brighten them slightly, sharpen them slightly, and add a bit more color to the pictures.  Unwanted shades or other objects were removed from the picture.  The only thing we did add is   All

Hi everyone,I’ve been contributing to Adobe Stock for a while now, but I’ve run into two main challenges where I’d appreciate your expert guidance: 1. Technical/Quality Issues: A significant number of my uploads are being rejected for "Quality Issues." I’m trying to identify my mistakes is it typically related to noise, focus, or perhaps AI artifacts? I have attached an example of a rejected image below for your review.2. Low Sales/Downloads: Even for the images that do get approved, I’m seeing almost zero downloads. I’m wondering if my keywording strategy is off or if I am targeting niches that are already too saturated. I would love to hear your thoughts and any tips on how I can improve my portfolio's performance. Thank you in advance!

How can i keep my Lightroom presets ONLY in Lightroom? Using Lightroom Classic 15.1 on Windows 11 25H2. I have a folder with an JPG image in Lightroom.  Using the "Show in Explorer" function, I used Windows Explorer to make two copies of the photo.  I then returned to Lightroom Classic, selected the folder and chose "Synchronize Folder" from the context menu. LR says there are two new photos in the folder:but after I clicked "Synchronize", the it said no photos were added. I found that I have to click "Show import dialog before importing" and then the two copied photos show up as duplicates in the thumbnails list, and the "Don't import duplicate photos" option was checked. Unchecking the option and selecting the new duplicates allowed me to import. From that point forward, I'm able to import duplicate photos even if I leave "Show import dialog before importing" unchecked so I synchronize without the import dialog. The last setting seems to stick.  The state of the import "Don't import duplicates" is not the same setting that you get when y

お世話になります。 premiere pro ver.

A nice feature of PS is the ability to use the bracket keys to increase/decrease the size of a brush in precise increments.  Similarly, we can use the arrow keys to move an object in small increments.  Is there any way to apply a transformation (^T) and scale that transformation in precise increments without having to type numbers into the toolbar?

What I thought it could be a simple operation became a nightmare!I just need to export 2 — just 2 — simple brushes who contain pen pressure settings from Photoshop 26.11.1 to 27 and it is not working. The ABR export/import is doing fine, but all the pen pressure setting simply disappear when loaded in the latest version of Photoshop. What am I doing wrong? I am forced to stay in 26.11.1 forever, I think... Windows 10

When copy+paste settings from a single RAW photo across 80+ photos, Lightroom eventually just hangs. This usually happens regardless of whether I've restarted my Macbook and Lightroom, it just gives up after 80 something photos. The same happens for AI updates, often in even smaller batches. So if I want to be safe I need to do 30-40 photos at a time, which to me defeats the purpose of the feature altogether. It's super unreliable and I cannot leave the computer unattended and let it do its thing to 150 photos like I used to. I'm on a Macbook Pro 14", 2023 model, 96GB of RAM, M3 Max. MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2.My GPU acceleration settings are on Auto. This is super frustrating for me because I have to do small batches now and don't get the time savings of being able to let it run whilst I get to step away to do other things.

Recently (I have a suspicion in conincides with the update of MacOS Tahoe from 26.1 to 26.2) my Lightroom classic constantly crashes when doing various normal activities, i.e. exporting photos (crash generally after exporting 10-15 photos), when switching from grid to detail view, when trying to open a virtual copy of a raw photo etc. It is basically no longer workable. It has never done anything similar before. I run it on a Mac Studio with 64GB of RAM. I have created dozens of crash reports yet.Any suggestions how to mitigate that?
