Preciso de ajuda para Atualizar o Photoshop para a versão 27.2 não consigo instalar por causa do AVX2 alguém poderia me ajudar a atualizar esse sistema

This has happned a few times now so need to vent - if a user on mac erroneously opens a docuement that is already open and being edited and not yet saved, the document somtimes reverts back to the original saved file without a prompt. I have lost hours of work. I wanted to report this bug on adobe feedbacl page but typical of adobe, the link is broken.

Adobe express won’t load an svg file from my phone saying it’s not a supported file type, but then in the list of supported file types is svg. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? The file is an .svg vector file I want to edit for a business logo.

When attempting to use shift edge when editing a layer mask, the Layer Mask Property window abruptly closes, and the shift is not implemented.  It occurs regardless of whether the shift is positive or negative.

I just want to make a horizontal A4 document, and it used to just be a click away. Where did it go? For that fact, where is A5? Letters? Any mobile formats? Why am I given these Microsoft Office looking templates when I want a blank canvas with simple templates? Version: Photoshop 2026

Recently upgraded to 15.1 and started getting the dreaded "unknown error has occurred" on individual photos along with the exclaimation point in the black circle on the thumbnails. Full disclosure: these are Nikon NEF files.I narrowed it down to files that had an associateed .xmp file, but that file was deleted. (I use Photomechanic to rate/cull and then import, so I delete the xmp's after import.)I could not use the Metadata > Save option on these files as it would throw an "unknown i/o" error, I assume because it was looking for the deleted xmp. Reverted back to 15.0.1 and the errors all went away.

I have been using CS3 successfully and still have my DVDs.  I bought a new computer and would like to upload or transfer CS3 to it.  I get to the activation screen and it tells me to activate by phone, but the phone system fails and disconnects the call after a few prompts

I need to change the payment method to Paypal for my subscription plan. The "Change Payment" window only gives me the Credit or Debit cards options. How can I do that? Is there a way to Adobe fix that window or send a Paypal invoice or request?

Dear Adobe Scripting Team, I am writing to report a persistent issue regarding ExtendScript (ES3) development in Adobe Photoshop [ Photoshop 2025, Windows 11 ] The Goal: We are trying to create a simple, floating helper toolbar using Window("palette") that stays open while the user interacts with the canvas. The Problem: Despite using #targetengine to create a persistent session, the palette window appears for a split second and immediately closes (disappears). It behaves as if the garbage collector is aggressively clearing the window object immediately after the script execution finishes, ignoring the global reference. What We Have Tried (Technical Steps): To resolve this, we have attempted the following standard solutions, but none have worked: Target Engine: Defined a unique #targetengine "my_unique_session_id" at the very top of the script. Global Anchoring: We assigned the window object to a variable declared outside the IIFE/function scope. Root Scope Injection: W

Hi everyone,We recently switched to a new Adobe Business ID for our company.Previously, one of our team members (Laura) had a Behance profile linked to our old Business ID.After the switch, we no longer have access to that Behance profile, even though it was business-owned and both of us were admins. We’re trying to understand the best way to recover or reconnect this profile to our current Business ID.Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, or knows the correct steps to take? Thanks in advance for any help

Saludos.

When Importing images using the "add" option (files are already on computer HDD), the imported images no longer display automatically upon completion. Im still viewing the previous photos I was working on rather than seeing the new imported photos . I thought there was a check box some where that toggled this behavior on and off, but cant seem to find it, has this been changed? Lightroom Classic version: 15.1 [ 202512101606-1bb801a8 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 11 - Business EditionVersion: 11.0.26200

Background:  I have used the ExportAllStories applescript, and variations of the ExportAllStories applescript, since InDesign 2017 with no surprises.  I have not had any problem with it until today when I used it inside InDesign 2026.  Context: I'm running Sequoia and InDesign 2026.  Does anyone know if Sequoia security somehow blocks the scripted export function of InDesign?  I know it's a long shot, but I cannot get any version of this ExportAllStories script to export an RTF or text file, and in addition, I cannot see why using scriptdebugger.... All its variables set up properly, I verified this, but the export function doesn't work. Has anyone else experience this fail to export problem? Thank you!

Hello everyone, I’m working with the InDesign C++ SDK and need to determine whether a given text frame is a caption created using InDesign’s Metadata / Live Caption feature. Specifically, given a UIDRef of a text frame, I want to programmatically check:whether the text frame is a caption (metadata/live caption). Are there any recommended or official APIs/bosses to reliably identify caption text frames?Any guidance, best practices, or SDK references would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Community,We are looking to automate our Adobe Enterprise license fulfillment process but are facing constraints with the native automation tools regarding our internal approval policies.Current Workflow & Setup:We use Jira Service Desk for license requests. The flow is: User Request -> Manager Approval in Jira -> Admin manually assigns the license/buys the product in the Adobe Admin Console.Technical Context: We have connected Adobe to our Microsoft M365 Tenant via SCIM provisioning. The Challenge:We want to automate the final assignment step after the manager approves in Jira. However, the standard Adobe automation features do not fit our compliance requirements:"Request Access" (via Creative Cloud App): This is not an option because requests go directly to admins, bypassing the mandatory approval by the user's line manager.Automatic Assignment Rules (Product Links): This poses a compliance risk. The links can be shared internally, allowing users to claim licenses without

Hello by principle, the main project has no content. That is explicitely described. you fetch content via the imported TOCs.I want index.html to point directly to a page of the 'welcome' project. Because a topic page has no tiled menu.So I indicate in welcome project the welcome page as default topic and in the main projectI can only choose rhpj files, there are no local ones. After generating both projects, I view the childproject (with a tiled menu, because of the designated template)I view the parent project and get an error. The browser tries to open the projectfile welkom01.rhpj and shows 'Your file couldn’t be accessed' (of course. you can't show this format in the browser)I tried importing that welcome page in the mainproject and designate it as default page,  but I loose the toc in that case. Wondering how I can solve this....best regardshappy new year!Olivier
