Hello everybody, Just to know, i submitted some pictures from Ukraine which was 100 % rejected, it is not the first time, since 2022 i noticed this, like ukrainian material is ban from time to time... while other platforms (shutterstock competitors) accepted the same pictures like 100% of the content. So is there any russian contributors who have some difficulties handling objectivity or does the 100% rejection ukrainian stuff belongs from adobe policy? To be honest i adore adobe stock but the way the Ukrainian content got rejected on this plateform is just amazing and a bit frightned))) peace and long life to everybody.All the best and let's respect international human rights

i cant just crop a simple image, but it crops everything when it should just crop the photo/layer im on

I have what I think is a very basic interface problem. My toolbar with smudge, select, clone stamp, and shapes is very out of order. I have square, ellipse, and custom shape taking up 3 different spaces., when they use to be all in one that required a click and hold to access. ( think the 4 eraser tools in 1 tile with that little arrow that let you know it was a stacked tool tile)I would prefer not to use the 3-dot menu to look through 20 tools to find one. I would prefer a stack of related tools. HOW do i get these tools to restack into their default states like pre-2023 versions did by default? 

Hello! I have had Photoshop for about a year or two, and have used a 2022 version. But recently I had to fix my computer, so all my apps got deleted and I had to download them again afterwards. As I'm searching for Photoshop, I can only download the 2021 version (v 22.2) No other version appears in the creative cloud except for the newest one. How can I find the 2022 version I have always used? I have all my brushes on there, and I need to retrieve it as soon as possible.Thank you very much

I've downloaded the latest Premiere Pro v 25.2 and once again I cannot add a drop shadow to a cropped image.  BTW, I'm on a PC.   The drop shadow panel is below the crop panel in the effects panel.  Obviously uncropping the image will disclose the drop shadow but I need to crop an image and add a drop shadow to that image.  Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I'm using the last version of inDesign 2020 on a Windows 10 machine and until recently I hadn't any problems, but in the last couple of weeks I'm experiencing huge lags using the Text Tool every time that more than a single document is opened. I searched the old posts and tried to delete the preferences folder with the software closed, but it doesn't solve the problem for me. Any suggestions?

Hi, I'm trying to create an action that defines a pattern, but when recording, the action will use the name of the document I used to record the action, not the document I'm currently using the action with. For example, if I record the action with a floral pattern named "flowers.psd", and then try to perform the action on a geo pattern named "geo.psd", the action will load the geo pattern into the pattern presets but will name it "flowers.psd".  I found some previous answers with javascript templates to use, but they are all quite old and when I try to use them Photoshop tells me there are errors in the script. I'm familiar with implementing jsx files, but I'm not experienced in writing or editing, so I don't know how to troubleshoot the actual code. Would love some help here as this would save me soooo much time if I could make it work. For as along as I've used InDesign (and I was an early adopter back in the days), I was able to copy/paste vector elements from Illustrator to InDesign. Since I got my new computer last week (M2 MacBook Pro, Sonoma 14.1, newest version of all CC apps), when I copy/paste from Illustrator to InDesign, it pastes elements as 'pasted graphics' (meaning pixels, not vectors), instead of groups of vectors, as it's done up until this point. How can I change this? Is this a "feature" (and I mean that ironically) of the newest round of CC apps? Is the newest version of macOS the culprit? Either way, I need to get back to be able to copy/paste vectors/paths between Ai and ID. Help?

Hi there,  I woke up this morning to open Premiere and it said I was logged onto too many devices. For some reason, my desktop was listed as 3 or 4 devices, all with the same name and log in time. After dealing with that issue and changing my password, I went back and opened Premiere (24.1 on a Mac 12.6.6) to find that all my text was missing, and I couldn't create new text with the text tool.  I opened multiple old projects, and found the same thing.  When trying to create new text, there was a red line across the program window (shared below).  I tried manipulating the text under the effects control window to see if anything would pop up, but the text remained invisible (though not sure if it's even there, as I can't select it).  Thank you!  

Hi, I am trying to modify the dimensions of an artboard per an exercise, but the instructor's options across the top have height and width boxes enabling one to make the adjustments.Height & width are available in menu at top.I only have the x and y dimensions available. If I go into Edit Artboards and change the dimensions, I end up with a strange result. Here is before adjusting size:In Edit Artboard:After clicking "OK":I get a white selection around the shirt, but it seems within a larger whiteboard.How do I get the height/width options in the menu bar at the top, or another work-around to accomplish getting the blue shirt on its own artboard?Thanks in advance.

Hello, as there is not much content nor documentation for Creative production features, I want to ask: Is the resize feature of Firefly meant for images only? I tried to upload JPEG banners, and it did not make any changes to the layout, so I presume it processes only photos. Do you plan to make resizing banners and social media posts in other upcoming features?

How can I download InCopy and InDesign versions 2024? From Creative Cloud, I can only download 2025 and 2026. I absolutely need to install the 2024 version of both.

Hello, I want to edit a photo from Lightroom Classic in Photoshop 2025, but I get an error message: Catch in IPhotoshopApplication, exception encountered: Invalid Offline Resources path. What is the solution for this? Lately I used CCleaner 7 to remove duplicate files, and I suspect that this may have caused the issue. When I tried to restore the removed files I got the message I'm not allowed to restore the files?

Hello,I’m experiencing a serious issue with missing GPS data in my main Lightroom Classic catalog.I have around 40,000 travel photos in my primary catalog, and I always try to fill in GPS coordinates for each image. At some point, I noticed that many photos had lost their GPS metadata. Unfortunately, I can’t determine exactly when this happened.My catalog contains various file types:DNG and HEIC files from iPhone, from which I usually copy coordinates to RAW files.DNG files from DJI drones, which originally contain GPS data.I discovered that:In some photos, the GPS data was completely erased from the files.In others, the GPS data still exists in the files, but Lightroom no longer displays it.When I use the “Read Metadata from File” command, the GPS data reappears — however, all tags and editing adjustments are lost as a result.Recently, I worked in a separate catalog where I filled in GPS data for a folder of images. I'm a photography enthusiast rather than a professional and have been using/learning Lightroom Classic (LrC) for several years as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) subscription. Like many others, I don't really like the subscription model but have got used to LrC and quite like it for my purposes. I mainly use the cropping, tonal adjustments, masking, keywording, noise reduction, transform, removal/cloning, exporting and photo organising features within LrC. I hardly use any of the other CC subscription software apart from minor use of Photoshop. I store my photos on an external drive rather than the cloud (& back them up on 2 other hard drives). Hello all, Anyone else experiencing issues with Adobe Review today? My collaborator said that he initially had access and had added some comments to the Review page, only for the page to suddenly close itself. When he tried to open again, he got a 404 message, and since then, I've been trying the links to get the same thing constantly.  Is it a known bug at the moment?
