Solved

I have Acrobat with a subscription to the PDF services pack and i used to be able to convert PDFs to Word w/o any problems.  However now when i try to convert a document its telling me to buy a subscription even though I already have one.  I may as well cancel the subscription. Any help appreciated

Hi, i recently upgraded to the 2026 suite and now when i update indd. templates to my Adobe library, the thumbnails no longer preview? I really nope there is a trick to fix this error as we have 100's of shared templates we share accross the organisation. we couldn't possibly open these thumbnails for a visual as it would be very unresourceful . Can anyone help?

Hi everyone,I’m working on InDesign documents that are part of a broader SaaS/CRM workflow at Gohighlevele CRM , where we prepare long-form assets like onboarding guides, user manuals, and marketing PDFs (150–250+ pages). These files include a mix of styled text, linked images, tables, and repeated components via master pages.Over time, the document starts to slow down — page navigation becomes laggy, link updates take longer, and PDF exports sometimes take significantly more time than expected. The assets are optimized and linked (not embedded), but performance still degrades as the file grows.I’m curious how others handle large, production-level InDesign files in professional environments:Is it better to split documents and merge at export stage? Are there specific features (tables, nested styles, anchored objects) that tend to impact performance at scale?Any export or document-structure best practices that help keep files responsive?Looking for practical, real-world advice from

Why Adobe Illustrator 2025 is not making or opening new files in adobe lllustrator would you help me today or tomorrow but not tuesday or wednesday Thanks Kevin

Hi all, I'm sharing this here in case anyone else has the issue I just had. Bridge either crashed or I force-quit it while it was in the middle of a metadata operation, and after that it refused to write metadata to some random files. After some investigation, I found that I couldn't write metadata to the associated XMP files with any program. The problem is that Bridge marks the files as read-only while it's working on them, but doesn't unmark them when it's forcibly killed. This flag moves with the file, so copying the file or moving it to another drive doesn't fix the problem. My solution (Windows 10/11):Open the Command PromptRun the command, with <path> replaced with the path to the folder containing your files.attrib -r "<path>" /S /D-r removes the read-only flag, /S applies this to all subdirectories, and /D applies this to folders as well.  There's likely a similar solution on mac but I'll leave that as an exercise for the reader.Hope this

RAW files from Canon TS 17mm are cropped when opened as layers from Lightroom Classic 15.0.1 to Photoshop 2026 27.0.0 on Mac Tahoe 26.1 - see screenshots. Does anyone know why this is happening or have they figured out a work around or fix? It's only happening with some files. Many thanks in advance.

I know this probably sounds a little stupid, but how would someone with more experience choose to trace this spear head?  I tried the pen tool, to trace one side and then duplicated/reflected  it but it doesn't line up.  Then I tried the polygon tool, but trying to resize the triangle base changes everyting.

Dear community,  after downloading the free version of Acrobat from https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/otherversions (which took many attempts, falsely claiming internet connection issues), the .dmg can't be opened (The disk image couldn’t be opened … Operation not permitted). I'm on InDesign 21.1 on Windows 11. When I click on a text frame, I see the alignment tools were removed from the  Control bar. Anyone know why this was done? Is there a way to reinstate it?

Bonjour. Cyril

Please refund my money for my last purchase. I did not agree the 44 euro to be taken from my account. That's basically stealing.... I have full right as it's my first purchase to want a cancelation and refund!

Bonjour, je souhaite télécharger indesign, malheureusement, mon ordinateur n'est compatible qu'avec la version 19, comment puis-je la télécharger ?

I'm on the latest Photoshop 27.2, and this started with that update. First, caps lock is not on. I've read back to 2017 on various fixes for crosshairs being stuck and tried all of the answers I found, and I'm still stuck. I've even got a brand new, shiny Apple keyboard (without cookie crumbs in the keys-don't judge!).  I've rebooted, tried every single combination of settings for Cursors and still whining about this issue. Any more ideas?  Thanks in advance!Kathy

I’ve recently experienced significant issues using screen readers with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Reader following the latest update. Several clients and colleagues have reported that they can no longer properly access forms. While the cursor moves through the fields, the screen reader fails to announce the form field labels, and much of the content between fields is not being read.I’ve tested multiple versions of JAWS (2023–2026), as well as NVDA and Narrator, but none of them work. Initially, I believed the problem was limited to certain “accessible” forms that our visually impaired staff have used for years without issue. However, it now appears to be widespread. Even forms specifically designed for accessibility—which previously worked flawlessly with JAWS—are no longer functioning as expected.I reported this to your support team recently, and their recommendation was to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Pro, which I tried without success. I’ve also searched online for solutions but haven’t

I've a Mac Studio M1 and Studio Display. When I Camera Raw to make edits on a smart object, the whole screen flickers slightly for a few seconds. I don't see this in any other application or OS. Sometimes it persists after closing ACR and returning to the active PSD document. I tried to do a screen-record, but it did not record the flicker.

Hello Adobe Community,I am currently developing an Importer using the Premiere Pro SDK.The goal of the importer I am working on is to function purely as a dummy clip. When a file is dropped onto the timeline from a CEP panel, the Project panel, or Windows Explorer, it should only store the start time and duration and then be removed. In other words, the clip itself does not represent actual media. The behavior of the Premiere Composer importer plugin matches exactly what I am aiming to achieve. At the moment, I have successfully implemented importing as a single clip, and this works as expected. However, I have been unable to implement the behavior where multiple streams are recognized as a single clip, but when dropped onto the timeline, they are expanded into a stacked, layered structure. To be honest, I am not even certain whether this kind of behavior is achievable at the Importer API level.I have already spent a significant amount of time working on importer development, but unfortunate

When I start Creative Cloud Desktop, the right side and bottom side have an area of black -- it's blank. The rest of the content for this application is shifted to the left and up.  An example is below. In the image below, it looks like I cropped out a portion of the window on the left.  But I assure you, it's not there.I can't left-mouse click on items in Creative Cloud Desktop.  I can use keyboard shortcuts like ( Tab, left/right cursor key, Enter ) to navigate the interface. I can have it update an application, for example.  Auto-update is turned on, so I don't think I am out of date: I am on Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2 (OS Build 26.100.3775).I have 208GB free on my C: drive.  Photoshop runs fine for me.I would like this application to work better for me. I'm not sure why this offset looks wrong. This has problem has been occurring for weeks (not sure when it started).

Obrigado.Com os melhores cumprimentos,André Silva

Do these still not have a shortcut for Pathfinder's Unite? Also does gradient on text still need to be applied by doing an excorcism on an extinct unicorn?   My suggestion is to make the "Unite" and other pathfinder commands smaller, like 4x4 pixels, so that we REALLY have to aim.   And for gradient in text, they should introduce a secondary subscription. I uploaded one 30 minute file of audio and it enhanced it perfectly, as usual. I then Uploaded a second, accidentally adding it to the same project. Now that 60 minue project is all enhanced as usual too. But since I can't download more than 30 minutes with my current plan (or lack of), I uploaded again as a second project with just the second 30 minute file. Despite toggling on that voice enhance option in the filters, the audio is still the original. I tried again two more times over two days. The only version that's enhanced is part of that first 60 minute file. What could be the problem?

I tried tracking some footage but the analysis failed.  Now my preview has a red banner across it saying, "3d camera tracker doesn't work with time remapping" and I can't get it to go away.  I've even tried closing and reopening AE.  Any tips?
