Solved

Hello hello,I don’t know why, but for the past couple of months Photoshop 2025/26 has been stuck in Software Rendering by default, and nothing I try seems to fix it. The GPU mode remains locked on Software.I installed Photoshop 2021 to try and it runs smoothly with no issues.I reinstalled Photoshop from scratch, reset the preferences, updated my drivers, checked that GPU acceleration was enabled, tried multiple options and configurations, ran it as administrator, and even checked several Nvidia settings. Nothing changes. My drivers are all up to date, including the one for my RTX 3070 Laptop. I am on Windows 11.This issue doesn’t occur on my other laptop. And as mentioned, Photoshop 2021 runs smoothly with no problem on the same one.I’m running out of options. Could you help me? Thank you!

Hi, I'm having trouble exporting my 3d scene. I am seeing the hi-res plane properly, with height displacement and all the right textures applied on the override material. When I export scene as any file type (fbx, obj etc) it is an empty flat plane. All the tutorials for exporting scene are like 4 years old, and the interface is slightly different. I'm using Adobe standard shader (i think). any clues?thats my first material btw 🙂

I use the share for review usually for the very complex packaging designs. In many cases the package has text on all sides and that means that the texts are sometimes 180 or 90 degrees roteated. Its very inconvinient for the client to comment those texts. So the web interface definately needs a simple 180-90 degrees rotation tool.

why isn't the hair refining?could be i'm doing somethinfg wrong, didn't use it in a while, but i remember it worked beautifuly

In Premiere Pro, in the Source Monitor under "Editing," there used to be an option to animate opacity from four directions: top-down, bottom-up, left-to-right, and right-to-left. (This was great to reveal titles gradually.) I no longer see this option in Source Monitor. How can I bring it back?

Glitched colors keep appearing on my layouts especially those that are a bit big and have different layer effects. Photoshop has been a bit slow as well. Sometimes the zoom function gets super rough when dealing with high res files (i.e., the zooming in animation is not smooth). I was wondering if this is a GPU issue and if this means I need an upgrade, or if this is something that can be addressed by tweaking something in Photoshop. I've attached my PC specs as well for reference.

My company bought Adobe Acrobat so that it wouldn't have problems with handling (viewing and creating) PDF files. But some of our PDFs are shown correctly in any browser, in the online version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Nap32, Foxit and icon preview in Windows 11, but not in Adobe Acrobat Pro Desktop :). In AAPD the backgroud is corrupted and part of the content missing. It doesn't display any information about a possible error, compatibility issue, or anything. I reinstalled and updated the AAPD to the newest version.Windows 11 Pro 25H2 6.‎12.‎2024 26200.7171 Acrobat Pro Continuous Release 2025.001.20982PDF created with Impress, LIbreOffice 25.8.3.2 (X86_64), ver. 1.7 (Acrobat 8.x) for LinuxI can send a file for examination, but not in public access.Best Darek

Hello,I wish to use my license for Adobe Reader pro but because of this white pop up, i can't. I've downloaded the last version of the software "Continuous Release | Version 2025.001.20997 | 64 bits Licenses : Acrobat Pro" on Windows 11 last update. This appears right after to edit a pdf or if i wait ~5 seconds at the opened software, and then when it's appears i can't close this blank square. I have to close Adobe by the task manager. I've already tried so many options to resolve this :- Install the last version- Fully delete Adobe (certificates, Adobe Creative Cloud, folders %Appdata%, folders basically everywhere about Adobe)- Tried AcroCleaner- Tried on another PC and got the same result- Verified my license to be sure that i can pay this my card Thanks

Hi everyone! I am trying to embed images onto my canvas in PS, but whether I choose the option, or grab and drop, I get an error message. I have never had this issue before. I uninstalled and reinstalled, there are no updates needed, and I am using the most recent version of PS. I have alos shut down and restarted my computer. Nothing is working. I cannot find anything to help fix this. I am using an HP Envy laptop. Has this happened to anyone else? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I select an object, either with the direct selection tool, or with the selection tool  and then switch to the direct selection tool, the tool options bar doesn't display its contents properly if ALL the nodes are selected. Specifically, the options to make selected nodes smooth or corner, and most importantly, the align and distribute functions for nodes are missing. However, as soon as I deselect just ONE node, or select fewer than all the nodes to begin with, all those options reappear. Unfortunately, especially for the distribute and align functions, not having all the nodes selected yields substantially different results and makes these rather essential functions unusable. Is this known behavior? Is there a fix in the works?

I am currently finalizing a composite video project within Adobe After Effects for platform distribution. The foundational asset (base plate) consists of synthetically generated footage derived from a generative AI video model, specifically depicting military maneuvers. However, I have subjected this footage to extensive post-processing and transformative editing, including the application of simulated night-vision thermal imaging overlays and substantial color grading to alter the visual fidelity. Given that the final output has been heavily stylized and deviates significantly from the raw generation, does this trigger the mandatory 'Altered or Synthetic Content' disclosure requirements during the upload process? Does the heavy editing negate the AI classification, or does the synthetic origin of the subject matter necessitate a label?

Hi,I finished one movie - have already published it to mp4 and it's all good. I decided I wanted to add a thumbnail for the first 30 or so frames, then have it fade to the original movie. No matter WHAT I've tried, Animate will only show the thumbnail for about 1 frame, then jump to the frame. Here's what I know:Scrubbing works perfectly Timeline looks correct Frames are extended correctly No actions are running Fade technically exists (it does fade, just too fast) Playback / export still flashes ChatGPT told me that Animate does NOT necessarily render frame 1 as a duration, so I went back and put keyframes in the first 30 frames where I wanted the static image to persist. Animate still shows frame 1 and then jumps to the frame where the fade starts. I closed and reopened Animate. I tried the "Clear Publish Cache and Test Movie". I tried moving the thumbnail layer to the top instead of the bottom. None of that has helped.  Now ChatGPT is tel

Hi, I am looking for advice for an idea to put my print on demand designs and sticker designs also on stock sites. I mean is there anyone that does the same and see some sales of designs on stock photo also? DO ypu guys see any downside of that?  I see it as a additional market place in where my designs can sell, but perhaps there is some "elephant in the room" that I don't see and maybe this idea is wrong?

Hello! So I have been working on a folder of photos for a while and I went back on to my computer today and now im only seeing 6 imported folders when there should be 20-30. I have not changed the names of any folders that would cause them to not be found. I have not moved the location of them either. I store all my photos on a hard drive. I have no idea why its not showing all my imported photos. Any ideas would be appriciated since I really do not want to start all over. Thanks!
