Hi everyone,I’m facing a recurring issue while exporting PDFs from Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator.Whenever I export the file, Acrobat shows a Preflight error related to embedded fonts and color profile mismatch. I’ve tried:• Reinstalling Acrobat• Changing ICC color settings• Exporting using different compatibility versions (PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-4)• Clearing preferencesStill the issue persists.I’ve attached a detailed PDF with screenshots, export settings, and the exact error message. If anyone can help me identify what’s causing this, I’d appreciate it.Thanks!

Hello, I don’t know how to solve this problem. My work looks pixelated even at 100%, and it also looks dull no matter what I try. Can you help me understand what’s going wrong?

Im having issues when using adobe to print i only want to print one copy of file that is multiple pages but for some reason it will set 3 everytime. What ive noticed is that when using menu>print it gives me 3 copies but if i hit the print icon on the right of the screen it will default it to one copy. To fix this issues when the print menu comes up i would go to printing prefernces and set the "number of copies" option to 1 instead of 3. It would save for that file but if I went another file and went back to printer prefernces would set it back to 3 for a different document. I cant seem to figuer out whats causing it to set back to 3 in adobe when i chose a different file to print out. This does not happen if dont use adobe to print.

We are running CF 2023 and just updated from Update 14 to Update 16.  We have two errors that are occuring, because of the reference to Bouncy Castle, one of them looks like the CFMAIL error  that others experieneced, however clearing the felix-cache and restarting the instances did not work for us.  In both cases, we are using encryption keys and the code base hasn't changed and worked previously on Update 14.1) trouble with <cfftp><cfftp action="open" server="sftp.********.com" port="22" username="********" key="C:\********\privateKey.ppk" passphrase="********" secure="yes" connection="connFTP" /> This call is now returning the following error message.structCause'argon2' is required, but it is not available.DetailVerify your connection attributes: username, password, server, fingerprint, port, key, connection, proxyServer, and secure (as applicable). Please add the feature of links automatically updating as soon as the file (e.g. photo) is edited outside of InDesign (e.g. going directly through finder instead of editing via Links panel). If there is a legitimate reason for this not to be the default then at least add it as a preference.

Ever since I updated to InDesing 2026, my links palette is empty - even though I have files linked to my document. See attached. Document has several items linked, and one is selected, but the "links" pallet is empty. Is this an issue with ID2026 or did I accidentally turn something off?

After installing Creative Cloud I found the folder "AdobeGCInfo" containing the file "ConsentRecord" in my document folder. Do I have to keep this on the computer?       fter

I continue to have issues with my edit settings not being retained when switching between images. Once I restart Lightroom, the issue appears to resolve for a while, but eventually it recurs. This often results in losing work, sometimes hours of work, if I'm not paying close attention. Here's a video of the issue: https://youtu.be/_NAemukP5VsSteps I've used to reproduce:1. Select an image2. Set the image rating to 5 stars (either clicking the icon or using the "5" key)3. Select another image4. Go back to the original image from step 15. *Notice* The image is no longer rated 5 stars6. Flag the image as "Picked"7. Select another image8. Go back to the original image from Step 69. *Notice* the image is no longer flagged as picked.10. Restart Lightroom11. Rate or flag an image.12. Select another image13. Go back to the original image from step 1114. *Notice* Rating and flag setting is retained after restarting Lightroom.Version, Platform & OS infoLightroom version: 9.0 arm64 [ 2025

I'm trying to create a document that allows the user to click and fill in checkboxes, and also be able to use the "fill in form fields" toolbar option to click and add text throughout the document wherever they want.  Once the document is prepared as a form and checkboxes are added, the "fill in form fields" button disappears.  Is it possible to create a form with checkboxes that can be clicked into, and still be able to click to add text throughout the form? If not, what do you recommend? i know i could add a text field into the form, but i want the users to be able to click wherever they'd like to add comments that remain visible on the page. this form has to be easy to use for people that it will be sent to. thanks so much.

Recently Adobe Express started offering the option to download images at different scales (1x, 2x, or almost any custom scale). This is fine, except that it does not default to 1x (or any specific scale for that matter), so when I go to download an image it might default to 2.25x or 3x or 1.5x and I have to adjust it almost every time. Is there any way to set this to default at 1x? Or even to disable the feature? Thanks for any help you can offer!

Since updating to indesign 2026, all my indesign files, even though creates in 2026 asks me what application to open them in. And as of today, indesign 2026 isn't even an option, yet I have it open in the background...

Hello,I am asking for help with a perpetual Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 license (purchased in 2012) that I can no longer activate.I still have:- the original Certificate of Authenticity,- my original serial number,- the original invoice from the reseller, and the software was successfully used in the past.Adobe Support informed me that my reseller “is not on the current list of official distributors”. However, the purchase was made 12 years ago, the reseller no longer exists today, and activation fails only because Adobe’s activation servers for CS products were discontinued.I kindly ask for review from the Licensing Specialist team or for the case to be escalated. This is not a subscription issue – I only need help with activating a legitimate perpetual license that Adobe’s server shutdown rendered inactive. Is it possible to have the serial number checked manually or to receive an offline activation exception?Thank you very much.

Hello! I just had a quick question, I purchased Adobe Illustrator iPad version in September 2025 and I did the yearly subscription. I wanted to upgrade to getting the desktop version which I know costs more but my iPad subscription isn't up until September 2026 and I didn't know if there was any way that I can somehow upgrade to the desktop version and pay the difference without having to pay twice and sort of losing what I already paid for the iPad version. I was having trouble finding some info on it so if anyone has any that would be awesome! Thank you!

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am unable to complete the purchase of a monthly Adobe Firefly subscription due to a payment error.I have attempted to pay using four different bank cards issued by different banks. All payment attempts were declined. I have contacted my bank, and they have confirmed that there are no restrictions, blocks, or issues on their side. The cards are active and allowed for online and international payments. The issue appears to be occurring on the Adobe side, as none of the payment methods are accepted. Please investigate this issue and advise on how it can be resolved. I need to activate the monthly Firefly subscription as part of my current workflow.Thank you for your assistance.

I work for a regional campus for a state university. Our mothership campus created general templates for us to use, but they're not campus-specific, so we're looking into creating our own. I noticed that when they created their templates, a specific user was named as the creator. How can we avoid that? Is there a way to use a group account so that we don't lose the templates after the creator leaves?

A font of mine is uniwidth/duplexed and keeps its width in inDesign and Dinamo’s Font Gauntlet when changing the weight of the VAR.ttf.In Illustrator however, the text ‘extends’ when adding weight. Visualized: The last letter on a line is standing further right than before. The other way around it also contracts when lowering the weight, obviously. I went on and found the same behavior in other VAR fonts (right in InDesign, wrong in Illustrator), but also ones that don’t have the issue. My Illustrator version is up to date, and the bug was also in the previous version. Please fix this, thank you. Please have a look at that, type designer make uniwidth fonts exactly for the reason that they KEEP their width when changing its weight.Best,Daniel

I received this email: 'Important: Your Behance.net account has been migrated to a Business ID.' I do not want it to be moved to my business account; I want it to remain on my personal account. When I sign in to Behance with my personal account, I enter a different account. Please return my Behance account to my personal profile, because I have already deleted my business profile.

I have spent and waisted a lot of money buying and using credits that I can not use the outcome.  I am trying to use the same AI model in Firefly but it keeps replacing the AI model that I am using with a new model.  The generated video clips are 8 seconds long therefore in order to continue the video I have applied everything that has been suggested such as using consistent text prompts, and leverage features like Seed numbers and utilizing Structure Reference (for composition) for consistency; for sequential clips,  I have used the last frame of the previous video as the starting image for the next to maintain flow and style. There should be an option of refusing the generated video if it is not what you wanted.I do not even know how to request credit for all the credits that have been waisted!  Is there a version history? to see the exact settings I used previously? Please

Hi, all. I'm doing an update soon to include a hotfix that references this JVM flag. I'm not a Java guy, so please excuse the question if it is ridiculous, Everywhere I read about this flag on the Web, the purpose is stated something like this: "...this flag prevents ColdFusion from executing pre-compiled CFML code (Java bytecode) at runtime." This confuses me, because ColdFusion works by executing precompiled Java bytecode at runtime, right? It would be very inefficient if it did not. A Google search for the flag indicates such bytecode is in "older" code, but CF's uses precompilation to this day. I've already installed the hotfix on a dev server and my code still works, even when "save class files" is turned on in the CF admin, so I'm guessing this JVM flag only applies to a different kind of precompiled java bytecode. If so, what kind? How might I determine whether there is any of this Java bytecode present in my (large, inherited) application? Thanks!

When I use Image Trace in Illustrator, the edges don’t come out clean or accurate. How can I fix this? I want to convert the image into a high-quality vector.    For example, if I show you the issue using a free image, the lines don’t trace cleanly like this. Even when I adjust the sensitivity in the Image Trace panel — like Advanced > Paths or Corners — it still doesn’t come out clean. If there’s another way to get a cleaner result, please let me know.    🙂
