Solved

Hi, I wrote a function that deletes empty table rows, but for some reason it works very slowly. When 180 rows have to be deleted, it takes 21 seconds to do so. Considering I have two such tables and many data merged documents, it rather adds up. I was wondering if someone knows why it is this slow. We thought that perhaps we could make it faster by deleting a range of rows at once rather than deleting rows one by one, but I don't know how to delete multiple rows at once. Here is the code: function delRows(doc){ // If the tables' rows' contents are 0 in length (i.e. empty), delete the rows var myRowsApp1 = doc.textFrames.itemByName("Appendix1").tables[0].rows.everyItem().getElements(); for(var i = myRowsApp1.length - 1; i >= 0; i--) { var rowContent = myRowsApp1[i].contents; rowContent.shift(); if(rowContent.toString().replace(/,/g,"").replace(/\uFEFF/g,"").length != 0){ myRowsApp1[i].

Hi,are Firefly's partner models (Nano Banana, Ray, Sora etc.) available for commercial use or do they come with any restrictions? I need to make footage for a video clip, and while the Firefly built-in 'commercially safe' models are good at generating images, they don't seem to be as versatile when it comes to merging multiple reference images into one output: so I was planning to use the 'commercially safe' Adobe models for creating the assets and then animate them in Nano Banana, Ray or Sora ...Thank you

I purchased adobe premium to edit some files. I purchased through Apple. Sometimes it works but most of the time I get "Adobe Subscription error domain 12". How do I fix this? When it works, if I leave Adobe it does not work when I return and it says restore purchase.  when I am a premium user. Thank you It does this for both my iPhone and my iPad  The operation couldn't be completed.(AdobeSubscriptionErrorDomain error 12.)

I opened my lightroom one day and was faced with a completely grey photo libary, none of the photos would load, even after reinstalling lightroom the images still won't load. The lightroom on my mobile phone is uneffected but the computer one is completely not usable.

SIgned up for Pro, downloaded installer, double clicked. Nothing happens. Downloaded again. Nothing happens.Looking in Task Manager, I can see the process is running, but there's nothing I can interact with except to kill the process.

Hello, I have a really strange bug in PP 24.6.8.When i launch the soft everything seems to work fine, i can watch and edit my rushes fluently, use the Option effect panel, etc... But as soon as I open the effects panel, PP crash instantly.I tried older version of PP 2024, still have the same issue. I don't have this problem on PP 2023 and PP 2025, but for this project i have to work specifacely on PP 2024. Has anyone else encountered this situation? Is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks in advance! Léo

Danke euch.

Adobe Pro Online will not let me download my files in the cloud in one fell swoop. I have a problem with my computer and I need to do this. I own the files right? Anyone have someone to contact? I've tried privacy to get them downloaded. Download is not an option once they are all checked, only upload and then it doesn't let me tell them a destination.

Hi, my Adobe Cloud won't load (taking longer than usual stuff) when the Windows 11 Domain Firewall is enabled. Has anyone experienced this before? What should I do to get the Cloud to work with Windows Firewall?

Hello,  I am working on some accessible PDFs, and have already implemented Paragraph styles and a Reading order. However, when I export the PDF to Acrobat and test out the Screen Reader I find that it reads the document much to quickly, and in most instances cause it all too run on together.  I've tried searching with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to add a delay between my components (H1, H2, P, etc), so that the screen reader reads the document at a normal pace, and doesn't cause it all to run on together and become incoherent?  Thanks!

I want to use Adobe PDF iFilter 11 in a Windows Service to extract text from PDF files. I have two questions:**Technical Issue:**I get error 80004005 (E_FAIL) when calling IClassFactory.CreateInstance() in our test Windows Service. The same code works with PDF iFilter 9. The service runs as LocalSystem and properly initializes COM. What could cause this failure? Are there restrictions for using PDF iFilter 11 in third-party services?**Licensing:**Is PDF iFilter 11 free for commercial use in third-party applications? If a license is required, where can I get pricing and licensing information?

Recently with the AI masking bug needing all premeire pro files to be downgraded I've come to a big error. So I can't open my origional premeire pro file, I look up the issue, find the downgrading software and downgrade the PP file, boom, the PP file now works good and well. The problem now is when I open up the After effects file that had dynamic links connected to that inital premiere pro file. Since AE is trying to link the dynamic links in the bugged version of PP and is finding that the file can't be opened, it ends up either crashing or stuck on 100% of opening project. This is a big problem for me as it'll mean that all my work in After effects will have to be done again and since I'm using it for work, it'll set me back massively.Hopefully there's a solution.

Hello people,I was trying Adobe Premiere during the trial period, and I forgot to remove my card, so it kept charging me every week even though I wasn’t using the program. Please tell me how I can get a refund and stop this from happening.

When I went to an ADOBE bootcamp a decade ago the instructor said Illistrator tends to worked better then photoshop when dealing with graphics inside inDesign, so I primarly do everthing in illistrator. I just recently started to save things to the cloud and now I find I am running into an issue. Why when I use a InDesign file saved to the cloud and I try to import graphics also on the cloud it doesn't see any of my illustrator files at all.? It sees only InDesign, Photoshop, and Firefly files, it dosn't matter if it is in the project folder or just in my files. I only have this issue when it is a adobe cloud saved file. I have 32 files but it sees none, I then have to save to my computer to import them into my indesign file into a library.

HiI lost my Find/Change shortcut and option in indesign.I can not Find and Change text very annoying.Anybody knows what is going on? Thank you Bas

How to manage multiple Premiere Elements licenses with one Adobe account?

Dear support staff, I have tried to reach Adobe via phone but there is no chance to get in contact with a real person. I'm still waiting since 15 minutes of phone call. As mentioned above I can't activate my Acrobat Pro v17 license although there are no activated devices listed in my account. There was an incident that my former Lenovo Notebook completely crashed so that I was not able to deactivate this device the proper way. But after deleting all devices in my account I still can't activate Acrobat Pro v17. Is there a way to release my license on your license servers again? I have bought this license in 2019 and it should still be working, as you still provide the desktop application as a download package. Thank you!

Cómo he de hacerlo? Gracias!
